Hotel a 3 stelle in Dipartimento di Antioquia, Colombia

This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week. I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return. The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great. View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night! So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for. I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week. A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.

La stanza è molto grande, è possibile cucinare, il dintorni è molto sicuro, la ricetta è un po' nascosta, proprio al primo piano, andare dentro, non andare al piano di sopra. Non posso fare il soggiorno prima delle tre. Puoi andare intorno

La posizione è eccellente, esattamente nel mezzo di tutto, passeggiata per raggiungere la metropolitana, molti ristoranti vicino, 10 minuti a piedi a Provenza, facile da raggiungere un grande supermercato dove si può trovare tutto quello che ha bisogno, compresi i vestiti da Colombiano - Brands. Sono molto bravi a aiutarvi con tutto quello che avete bisogno. Abbiamo fatto un tour con loro a Guatape come suggeriscono e è stata una buona esperienza. Il personale è così amichevole e utile, non abbiamo avuto una carta di metropolitana e ci prestano per usare per tutto il tempo che siamo stati all'hotel. Ci hanno spiegato dove andare, tempi, ecc., dove hanno una semplice mappa della metropolitana sulla parete, che si può solo vedere tutti i luoghi da visitare a Medellín. Il posto è molto pulito. Sono molto felice e certamente ci saremo di nuovo quando torneremo a Medellin.

E' tutto pulito. C'è solo un ascensore e ci vuole molto tempo per scendere e salire, ci sono persone molto gentili come ci sono altri che sono più seri e non così gentili, non mi hanno pulito l'altro giorno della stanza, anche se non mi ha colpito perché ero molto pulito da quando sono arrivato. Ho chiesto un cambio di camera perché la mia era vista all'interno e quando ho prenotato, diceva che era vista alla montagna, ma mi hanno risolto rapidamente.

Good hotel with some downsides. + Location is amazing + Hotel is pretty + Staff super friendly + Small hotel (~max 10 rooms) +/- good but small breakfast - Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much) - To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel - Some rooms don’t have proper windows

Замечательный чистый отель в хорошем безопасном районе, рядом куча кафе ресторанов, и в пешей доступности все развлечения. Отдельное спасибо за прекрасный завтрак, и очень вкусный кофе. Ребята всегда были приветливы и милы.

L'appartamento è perfetto! E 'spazio abbastanza spazioso per tre persone, il letto è comodo e il divano letto anche. E 'molto facile da usare l'ingresso automatico e ci sentiamo al sicuro nell'edificio. In generale, la posizione è molto buona: ci sono molto buoni caffè e ristoranti, supermercati e palestre. E 'un buon luogo per riposare e muoversi all'interno di Medellín senza essere all'interno dei quartieri con la più vita notturna. Ana & Chris coordinano tutto molto bene e sono stati molto gentili e flessibili durante il nostro soggiorno.

Il processo di check-in non è stato facile senza contatto diretto. Le informazioni di un desktop 24h qui in trip.com sono incorrette, tutte le informazioni saranno condivise via email / whatsapp. La guardia di sicurezza sul turno è stata molto utile, anche se per controllare la nostra entrata. Ma senza essere familiari con i processi, questo ci ha voluto oltre 30 minuti. Situazione e appartamento in sé grande e vicino ai bar, ristoranti e altro ancora. Tutte le bagni pulite e le docce calde con buona pressione idrica.
