Hotel a 4 stelle in Alberta, Canada

The RCL was a complete surprise to me the junior suite was recently updated and was amazing, so much space with a great fireplace, large comfortable bed, attractive furnishings, coffee, fridge, ironing board, lovely robes and a swimming pool and steam room with little gym plus free apples and flavoured water in reception, would definitely stay again. Plus the only downside was the underground parking which costs $20 per night

I don’t know for what reason temperature in the room was 17 that was super cold and took long time to adjust. It’s below standard btw. All other is good , staff is nice

Perfetto soggiorno, spazio pulito, comodo letto re enorme, amiche donne del front desk per check-in e check-out, bagni da crab & evelyn odore davvero buono, asciugamani, specchio a lunghezza piena, scatola di sicurezza, macchina da caffè ecc tutto in. I cookie sono gratis al check-in e sono così sveglio e tempestivo. Risposta reattiva al email, ha tenuto la stanza per noi per il super check-in tardi. Parcheggio gratuito, entro 15 minuti di auto all'aeroporto di Calgary. Offre anche la navetta a $5. Seconda volta rimanere e sarà sempre il nostro andare quando voliamo! Trip.com offre il miglior prezzo dopo le monete fuori, grande!

Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

Non è la prima volta che ci siamo fermati qui, ma oggi abbiamo lasciato un senso di frustrazione! E' iniziato quando il desk front non riusciva a trovare la nostra prenotazione - due volte ! (anche se un telefono è stato chiamato 2 ore prima di accedere). Doveva prendere la licenza del mio conducente e andare “alloggiare qualcuno in fondo” - poi è tornato (dopo 2 o così  La prenotazione era stata trovata, senza riuscire a farlo, senza alcuna spiegazione. La guardia del desktop ha cercato di farci pagare qualcosa dal bar del snack in camera nostra - avevamo letteralmente lasciato la nostra stanza due minuti prima. Non poteva dirci quale articolo avevamo “consumato” (non avevamo consumato nulla - soprattutto a quei prezzi!) e poi quando ci chiedeva come potevano sapere entro 2 minuti (da noi lasciando la nostra stanza) che un oggetto era stato consumato - sono diventati molto difensivi e non hanno potuto effettivamente rispondere alla domanda di “come sapete cosa ci imputare” e la risposta era “è per la relazione alla fine del giorno - nessuno dice che avete effettivamente preso nulla”. Except that’s exactly what the desk cleark said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. Dopo aver contestato la tassa, ci è stato detto che non sarebbe stato pagato alcun onere sulla carta di credito. Mi sembrava che avessimo rubato qualcosa quando abbiamo chiesto ulteriori chiarimenti sull'accusa. “Non vi scusate né vi ringraziate per essere rimasti con noi”. Delusione. Nota laterale - il servizio in ****** è stato grande - compreso il ristorante.

Il nostro hotel è stato molto tranquillo, a 20 minuti a piedi da Banff Town o a una cartolina di autobus roam durante il soggiorno dalla ricezione dell'hotel.  Il nostro hotel ha un ristorante - Good Folk.Il cibo è fantastico, il servizio è amichevole e conosciuto.  Adorare i tubi caldi sul primo piano che guardano le rocche ...  Sarà certamente tornato se visita Banff di nuovo ..

E'una casa molto felice.Due notti, una notte.Puoi cucinare.C'è un modo sicuro a tre chilometri di distanza.Comprare il cibo di nuovo e fare un buono.Il proprio hotel familiare cinese.Il capo e il personale sono molto entusiasti.

Siamo stati alloggiati all'hotel Deerfoot Inn & ****** perché volevamo provare il buffet di 50 dollari di ribbon prima al Mohave Grill. Mio marito e ha notato che quell'ultimo weekend gli hotel erano davvero costosi, quindi abbiamo pensato di pagare un extra $40 e rimanere da qualche parte che pensavamo saremmo stati più candela che un Econolodge. Quando il personale si accingeva, ci facevamo visitare presto senza alcun costo. Le camere erano pulite e pulite. Tuttavia, i letti non erano più comodi, quindi il sonno non era così grande. Il tubo non era nemmeno il più grande, perché si sente come fosse fatto per un bambino, e io sono un edificio medio a 5'3. Ci siamo trasferiti in Comfort Inns, Econolodges e altri hotel come loro e abbiamo trovato il Deerfoot Inn come la stessa camera. Abbiamo avuto il nostro soggiorno per 200 dollari per la notte e questo era senza un colazione continentale. Molto tempo ho visto questo hotel a oltre 300 dollari per notte. Non mi fermerò di nuovo qui a meno che le camere non siano circa 160 dollari, che per noi è quello che dovrebbero essere. È stato un spreco di $40 per rimanere qui quando si può ottenere la stessa camera in un hotel più economico con colazione. Sì, hanno il ******, quindi c'è un po' di più da fare camminare, ma non vale ancora il prezzo della camera.

Il check-in è stato fatto molto facile! Le camere sono grandi e ristrutturate. Hanno un grande wifi e era pulito. La piscina era grande e divertente solo in basso il fine settimana doveva prenotare un slot di orario per utilizzare la piscina. Prenotare di nuovo!

Pros: EV Charging: Great to find third-party L2 chargers on-site ($2/hr, added about 40km range per hour). Very convenient for EV owners. Cleanliness: The main room area was generally clean and well-maintained. Cons: Housekeeping Fail: When preparing the sofa bed, I found the provided bedsheet had a massive hole right in the middle. I tried calling guest services multiple times but no one answered. I eventually had to hunt down a housekeeping staff member in the hallway to get a fresh sheet. Breakfast Frustration: My booking clearly included breakfast for myself and my two children. However, the restaurant staff insisted it was only for two people and made me go to the front desk to resolve it myself. It was an awkward and unnecessary hassle during a family trip. Tipping Pressure: After the breakfast confusion and mediocre food quality, being presented with a $0 receipt that explicitly prompts for tips felt like a cash grab. Verdict: While the hardware (charging, cleanliness) is decent, the service and communication between the front desk and the restaurant need major improvement. I shouldn't have to ”prove” my booking status or chase staff for basic linens.
