Hotel a 4 stelle in Alberta, Canada

Purtroppo, il personale del dipartimento frontale non sembrava molto accogliente. La loro espressione e il tono hanno dato l’impressione che non fossero interessati ad aiutare gli ospiti. In generale, tutto era grande, la stanza era pulita, le strutture erano belle e la stanza era comoda.

Good location, however in the faucet everytime you switch to hot or cold water something yellow spits out every couple seconds. There was a mini bar and we did not touch it yet still got charged for a peach water which I did not use and when I phoned once I got the bill they told me that because it was in my room I was charged regardless if it was touched by us or not. My partner and I did not drink anything from there and no one was in our room. Otherwise good location for going out in the downtown and very comfortable beds

Era un ostello molto bello e confortevole. Sono andato da solo e ho usato la stanza, ma era più grande di quanto pensassi e le strutture erano buone. C'è anche un autobus di shuttle all'aeroporto, quindi è molto comodo. ㅎㅎ

- Bene. L'unico feedback è che la descrizione del tipo di camera non corrisponde ai nomi che hai all'hotel.

La posizione strategica, perché ci sono meno persone senzatetto intorno rispetto alla 7a Avenue o al centro commerciale, e non mi sono sentito insicura durante il mio soggiorno. Non mi piace però molto questo hotel, perché non c'è caldaia dentro la stanza, l'aria condizionata è piuttosto forte e non può essere regolata, tranne la temperatura. L'hotel non ha un carattere in sé. La cosa più ridicola è che richiede un deposito di sicurezza, indebitando la mia carta di credito al check-in (di solito gli hotel non presentano la carta per un deposito simile a quello di sicurezza).

Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

Adoriamo la posizione (accanto a ottimi ristoranti asiatici nei centri commerciali) e la breve passeggiata fino al fiume. Anche la camera era confortevole! Anche la colazione era buona, con porzioni abbondanti. È possibile scegliere un piatto principale con opzioni extra dal menu della colazione. Purtroppo, durante il nostro soggiorno si è verificato un imprevisto. Abbiamo ottenuto l'autorizzazione a spostare la colazione inclusa di una mattina a un'altra mattina a causa della partenza anticipata del tour. Tuttavia, la notizia non è stata comunicata al ristorante. Abbiamo contestato l'addebito al momento del conto. Sebbene il personale della reception ci avesse assicurato che non ci sarebbero stati addebiti al momento del check-out, l'hotel ha comunque addebitato la colazione sul nostro deposito preautorizzato. Ci sono voluti alcuni sforzi per contattare la società della mia carta di credito e inviare un'e-mail a un indirizzo generico (l'unico numero di telefono indicato sul loro sito web) prima di ottenere un rimborso.

Great location, clean. Moxies is next to the lobby and it has good food. We found two issues with the parking: 1. The booking said free parking and the hotel during the checkin told us there was a parking fee. 2. The parking is through Indigo parking, and my husband stopped for about 1 minute or less to pick me up at one side of the hotel doors and the Indigo parking attendant was too rude.

Shuttle was very fast and easy! My only suggestion is that the booking include more details about where to go at the Calgary airport to.catch the shuttle and whether guests have to call for pick up or if it runs on a set schedule how often it picks up.

很不錯的酒店，早餐可以點雞蛋卷，也是免費的。在這裏過了一夜，總體滿意，很推薦，性價比高，過去最大的西埃德蒙頓購物中心開車很快的，那個商場值得逛逛，另外，那個河谷公園可以去走走，100多年的鐵橋。
