UUtente ospiteWe stayed at Royal Canadian Lodge in Banff from March 26–29 with my 7-year-old daughter, and overall we had a great experience.
Check-in was simple and straightforward. We arrived in the early evening, and Jason at the front desk was the most approachable and helpful hotel staff member I have ever dealt with. He remembered my daughter’s name, greeted her every day, checked in with us throughout our stay, and added little touches that made the trip feel extra special for both of us.
The renovated room itself was fairly standard for a hotel room, but comfortable. Our room had two queen beds, which worked well for us. The bathroom had a shower only, with no bathtub, but that was not an issue. The pillows were big and lumpy, all 8 of the pillows in our room were too high/tall for my daughter to use comfortably. There are robes provided in the room, it would be a nice touch if they could also provide kids size robes. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, and kettle with tea provided in the room.
We ordered room service one night and tried the pulled pork poutine, which was the daily special from the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was not very good, and I would not recommend it.
The TV included free cable and on-demand programming, as well as pay-per-view movies. I had brought my laptop and an HDMI cord, and we were able to connect it to the TV easily to watch our own movies. Watching on-demand, my daughter discovered The Simpsons and loved it (lol)
The pool area was a big highlight for us. The pool is salt water rather than chlorine. The water itself was on the cooler side, but there was also a good-sized hot tub and a large steam room. My daughter quickly made friends with another family staying at the hotel, and the kids spent multiple hours a day in the pool together.
The gym was small but functional. In the four days we were there, it was empty every time we walked by.
Parking is $20 per day, which does add up. There is also free street parking behind the hotel if you are able to find a spot.
One fun feature in the lobby was the robot, which the kids absolutely loved. We were told that after construction is complete, it will be delivering items to guest rooms. During our stay it moved around the lobby, told jokes, and handed out free apples.
The hotel was reasonably priced compared with other options in the area. I chose it specifically for the pool setup, knowing we would be spending a lot of time there, and it worked out really well for that. Shops and restaurants on the main street were about a 10-minute walk away, or you could take the bus that stops outside the neighboring hotel for $2 per ride, with kids riding free.
I would definitely stay here again in the future. The price, location, rooms, and pool make this a very family-friendly hotel option in Banff.

EEntengInaMoAbbiamo avuto una splendida permanenza all'aeroporto di Sheraton Cavalier Calgary. L'hotel è convenientemente vicino all'aeroporto, che ha reso il nostro giorno di viaggio molto più facile, anche se vale la pena notare che non vi è alcun servizio di navetta. Tuttavia, il commutatore veloce non è stato un problema per noi.
Abbiamo apprezzato l'offerta di un'unità di stoccaggio, che è stata molto utile e rende la gestione del bagaglio molto più facile.
La nostra stanza è stata nuovamente ristrutturata, pulita, moderna e molto confortevole , sicuramente, un'accento sulla nostra permanenza.
In generale, ci siamo davvero divertiti qui e saremmo felici di rimanere di nuovo!

It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so
minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered.
Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card.
Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge.
“No apologies or thank you for staying with us”.
Disappointing.
Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.

The hot pools were refreshing. Lots of cozy areas to sit and relax- perfect for a couples retreat.
Would have enjoyed a coffee and water station, and a spot to grab a muffin or fruit. Aside from that, zero complaints here! We’ll be back.

MMichelle BillingtonMi piace sempre il mio soggiorno al Deerfoot Inn & ******. Il mio viaggio era quello di andare fuori con mia sorella e catturare le nostre vite. La camera della regina deluxe era spaziosa e accogliente. Ho trovato una tintura sulla foglia superiore quando il coperchio cadde via. Eravamo come una tazza di caffè, ma jeez?! Abbiamo fatto un buffet per cena, e le prime righe e le patate scalpe erano deliziose, così come le altre entrate. Dopo aver mangiato, ci siamo seduti in salotto vicino al ristorante. Mi piacevano le sedie grandi e confortevoli che scelssimo di sedermi, e quando mi sono alzato per usare la stanza delle signore, i miei cuccioli erano fuori per un certo numero di passi, perché le sedie erano troppo basse. Posso suggerire che aggiornano i mobili come ho notato altri ospiti anziani che hanno la stessa questione.

GGTANKSIl mio collega Rotary e io siamo venuti alla Conferenza internazionale Rotary 2025 a Calgary. Il soggiorno era piacevole. Il servizio era eccellente. La stanza era pulita ogni giorno, che era bello tornare a una stanza pulita. Il caffè e il tè sono stati riempiti ogni giorno, che è stato grande. Raccomando molto agli amici e alla famiglia. L'hotel era così vicino all'aeroporto. Il servizio di navetta è stato fornito all'aeroporto che era conveniente. Mi piaceva l'esposizione di lobby pronta per il 2015 Calgary Stampede dal 1° luglio 2025 per dieci giorni.

UUtente ospite我們第二次入住這家酒店了，因為去年的體驗還不錯，所以今年再次來，但這次入住體驗沒有那麼好了。
給服務差評是因為，離店那天早上8:45，酒店清潔人員居然敲門來問我們幾點退房，我住過很多酒店，第一次遇到這種情況，感覺很奇怪，按理説我們衹要是在11點之前離店就好，這樣做非常不專業，簡直不敢相信這是Hilton Double Tree！酒店是很希望我們早點走嗎？為了不耽誤打掃工作而打擾客人休息？無法理解這是酒店方面培訓員工這樣做，還是員工自己的做法？當時清潔人員拿着紙和筆去敲門填寫check-out 時間。
酒店的房間設施也不太令人滿意，沒有微波爐、電水壺，床頭電話無法使用，吹風機是壞的（後來找房間服務人員換了）。
好的方面：乾淨，床很舒服，超西邊的窗户視野很好，其他大部分員工態度熱情，早餐不免費但種類豐富，位置不錯，離西Mall 10分鐘左右車程。

UUtente ospiteIl servizio era buono, ci diede dei biscotti caldi all'arrivo e al check-out.La piscina e le camere d' fitness erano pulite e le camere erano tese, anche se erano un po' bui da mancanza di luce.
Un paio di cose da notare: le matite erano estremamente morbide (anche come qualcuno che preferisce le matite morbide), mi sentivo come se mi stavamo lentamente infilando nel pavimento. La prova sonora è anche piuttosto debole, quindi consiglio di dormire con le orecchie o potrebbe essere difficile dormire con gli ospiti che correno intorno.
Una cosa da notare è che la porta balcone non era chiusa quando ci siamo accolti. Poiché siamo al settimo piano era sicuro, però la prossima volta, mi accingo a doppiare solo il caso, perché ci sono molte persone che visitano l'hotel per funzioni e eventi.
