The Gold Standard of Service The staff here truly understand the meaning of ”service with a smile.” The reception team was incredibly professional and went out of their way to assist with every request. A standout feature is their generosity with basic amenities—you can easily request additional bottled water at the front desk whenever needed, a small but significant gesture that makes a big difference for travelers. Hotel molto pulito, vicino all'aeroporto, la camera è abbastanza grande, tranne che molto poco profumo che è tipico di hotel nel nord-est della Cina e molto meglio di altri hotel; amo lavanderia gratuita e BF, lavanderia fornisce detergente più asciugamani, BF è ricco, tra cui stile occidentale e cinese, frutta, bevanda, tosta, uova, salsa e zuppa cinese, verdura, dumplings, noodles, e altro ancora.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were warm, friendly, and always quick to respond to any request. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable every morning. And the staff assist with extension when im having night flight. As a returning guest, I’m happy to say that the experience remains just as wonderful as my previous stay. One of the reasons I chose to return is the 小度 AI assistant, which is intelligent, responsive, and genuinely enhances the in-room experience. It makes everyday interactions effortless and adds a modern touch that many hotels still lack. The hotel’s location is also excellent, with most tourist attractions just a short distance away. Having travelled across Shandong and Dalian during the same trip, this was by far the best hotel I stayed in. I would definitely return again and highly recommend it to others.

Located in the core area of Zhongjie, you can go shopping downstairs and be a few steps away from the subway entrance, which saves time and effort to get to various scenic spots. The hotel is simple and stylish, with a strong atmosphere in the lobby. The guest rooms are cleaned spotlessly, and the details are carefully handled. After visiting the scenic spots, feeling exhausted, | lay down on a soft bed and instantly relaxed. It is particularly quiet in the bustling city, with excellent sound insulation and high cost-effectiveness. It has been included in the list of next stays in Shenyang.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Exit D of 西安路(Xianlu) Station, and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. Right in front of the hotel, there’s a nightclub and a street lined with food stalls mainly frequented by locals. It gets lively at night. I stayed in a room facing the street, but since it was on the 6th floor, the noise from outside wasn’t too bothersome. However, the soundproofing between rooms isn’t great. I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms. The shower and toilet facilities are basic. Note that in some rooms, the bathroom isn’t fully separated from the rest of the space. Two 500ml bottles of water were provided and replenished daily. Towels were replaced during daily cleaning, but it seemed like the sheets weren’t changed though that might be different for longer stays. There’s no fridge in the room, but you can ask the front desk to store things in their staff refrigerator if needed. Foreigners can stay here without any issues. During my 3-night stay, there was a different staff member at the front desk each day, but everyone was friendly and helpful. They actively assisted me when I had any issues, and I’m really grateful for that. Even if you don’t speak Chinese, using a translation app works fine. For basic things like check-in and check-out, you won’t need Chinese at all.
