Impeccable Rooms & Layout From the moment I entered, the first thing that struck me was the cleanliness. The housekeeping staff is meticulous, performing a thorough cleaning every single day to ensure the space feels fresh and welcoming. The room design is modern and thoughtful, particularly the bathroom. It features a clearly defined split between wet and dry zones, which is a practical touch that many hotels overlook, making the daily routine much more organized and comfortable. The Gold Standard of Service The staff here truly understand the meaning of ”service with a smile.” The reception team was incredibly professional and went out of their way to assist with every request. A standout feature is their generosity with basic amenities—you can easily request additional bottled water at the front desk whenever needed, a small but significant gesture that makes a big difference for travelers. The overall room quality and cleanliness at this hotel are okay. The room was comfortable, but the lack of reliable food supply and deceptive scheduling ruined my stay. There is no room service available at this property, which became a nightmare because all outside food delivery apps and takeout services were geographically blocked across the entire region due to a special local event. I went down to the vending machine late at night, starving, and could physically see cup noodles inside. However, because the machine requires a mobile app to operate and the app failed to list the noodles, a tech glitch made it impossible to buy them. There was also no operational backup plan for the staff to just take that vending item out from the machine, forcing me to go to bed completely hungry with zero alternative food options. There's also a problem of deceptive breakfast hours and very limited food options. Prior to booking, I checked their online listings which clearly state that breakfast starts at 07:00. Upon my arrival, the staff simply used a pen to cross out 07:00 on my breakfast voucher and hand-wrote 07:30 instead, without any prior notice. They did it very casually, as if the time change would not affect anything, showing a lack of awareness and respect regarding a guest's time and schedule. This unannounced change ruined my morning business schedule, meaning I could not eat the breakfast I paid for for one of the days. For those days that I could eat the breakfast, I found a large room for improvement in terms of food quality and options.

Il controllo generale e l’esperienza superavano le mie aspettative, e una valutazione di 5 stelle, il personale del desk front e il paziente con un atteggiamento amichevole durante l’ispezione in camera erano senza alcun odore sgradevole. La scommessa era morbida e confortevole. L'isolamento sonoro era eccellente. L'acqua calda era stabile e tutte le strutture erano complete e funzionali. La posizione è conveniente per shopping e trasporto. Il servizio di manutenzione a casa era pensativo e attento ai dettagli. Grande valore per soldi, tranquillo e confortevole.
