We highly recommend this hotel. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The distance is only about 10 minutes from the airport. Since we were transiting in Fuzhou, we intentionally chose a hotel that was close to the airport. The hotel is clean and modern, and one of the main highlights is their receptionists, they are truly friendly and caring. The hotel is also not far from the market; it only took me about 7 minutes to get there. Within a 15-minute walk, I was even able to find a halal restaurant. I highly recommend Lanou Hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Fuzhou again, I would definitely stay here again.

È molto comodo uscire a fare una passeggiata la sera, godersi il fresco, fare shopping e mangiare. Il servizio della reception dell'hotel è buono, ma il servizio dell'addetto alle camere non è abbastanza buono. Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati ogni giorno e il lavandino non viene pulito. Spero che l'hotel possa rafforzare la gestione del servizio degli addetti alle pulizie e non trascurare i dettagli.

Un punteggio perfetto per un soggiorno in famiglia, sono particolarmente soddisfatto. Il servizio è eccellente, l'igiene è buona e la posizione è fantastica. Lo consiglio vivamente. Vorrei elogiare in particolare il personale, che è super gentile e ha un atteggiamento davvero fantastico, senza alcuna impazienza! Sono stato attratto da un amico e sono venuto qui per la prima volta oggi. Era proprio come descritto dal mio amico, molto buono! Il prezzo per due persone è davvero conveniente. Bisogna comunque fare le ricerche online in anticipo in modo da poter consumare direttamente al negozio, il che è comodo ed economico. I camerieri sono molto professionali, i loro movimenti sono puliti e veloci e l'esperienza del cliente è particolarmente positiva. 👍 Nel complesso è molto bello e un posto rilassante. Sono particolarmente grato al personale per la loro guida paziente e professionale di ieri. C'è una mensa n. 㐅 accanto, non ricordo quale sia, i materiali sono freschi, l'ambiente all'interno del ristorante è igienico e il prezzo non è alto Abbiamo viaggiato in modo indipendente e abbiamo scelto l'hotel giusto L'hotel offre anche tè bianco, wolfberry, datteri rossi e crisantemo.

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è particolarmente buona. La salsa della stanza è un grande punto luminoso.La salsa è molto pulita, non c'è salsa d'acqua e odore, e ci sono anche oggetti di salsa unica, particolarmente intimidi.Ho lavorato un giorno per la preparazione di un caldo salsa d'acqua, tutto il corpo è rilassato, l'intera struttura e il servizio sono online, vale la pena raccomandare.

I was looking forward to this hotel after seeing the pictures and reviews on trip.com, but it left a lot to be desired. -They don’t provide large towels by default. I assumed they forgot my towels, then when I asked they brought me a set but showed me the disposable ones that were sitting in the room. I couldn’t believe they offer the tiniest, thinnest packets and think that’s an acceptable replacement for normal towels. At this price point, that shouldn’t be a reality anywhere in the world— after countless dozens of hotels I’ve stayed at in China that’s the first time I’ve witnessed such a thing. -They leave the toilet scrubber in the bathroom too, which I also never saw after countless hotels in China; clearly that’s an antiquated practice and doesn’t inspire confidence in the cleanliness of a room. Cleaning tools like that shouldn’t be stored in the guest rooms. -The city view was okay but the window was filthy -The room is no-smoking but they leave an ash tray My booked room says the 20th floor— when I arrived, I lugged my heavy bags to the 20th floor, but they immediately redirected me; we went back down, exited the building to another one nearby, then they checked me into an old room on a 10th floor. I didn’t understand why they did this (that room reeked of smoke too), then we packed everything up and went right back to the original building, to the 20th floor like I booked. Clearly that could have been avoided if they communicated to me the reason for the switch (they said afterwards they were upgrading me to a bigger room? But it was nearly the same size and the 10th floor one was just older, smellier and clearly a downgrade. Odd decision on their part). I’m not sure if this hotel does the delivery robot like most others, I doubt it. Luckily I came to town a day early, so the extra day I booked allowed me to see the condition of the hotel and I was able to cancel the rest of the stay I had booked— but for a fee of over 500rmb. The vast majority of Chinese hotels on this site offer free cancellations but this one was costly. I switched immediately to a brand hotel to be safe— there are countless other options in Xiamen at similar prices, I’d have to recommend looking elsewhere.
