L'hotel sembra grande e in generale bene. Hanno un'app per prenotare il servizio di bugs, ma i tempi sono incoerenti e a volte non rispondono. Il nostro ultimo giorno ho prenotato e cinque bugs sono passati e ho dovuto battere la bandiera il prossimo. Il colazione è un completo disastro e non la più grande varietà. Quando siamo arrivati, andate al ristorante italiano e hanno un buon menu di cocktail, ma il server ha detto che non li fanno in quel ristorante. Ho chiesto perché hanno un menu completo di opzioni e lei ha detto che non lo sapeva. Non c'è nessun accesso vicino alla spiaggia, ma la piscina principale è ok, ma può essere un po' piena. In generale l'aspetto è cinque stelle, ma al meglio 3 sarebbe giusto. Non molto per le coppie di sera, siamo andati al ristorante Matador in strada e è stato sorprendente. Da la prospettiva del costo per l'esperienza, non ripresero' a questo hotel.

The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning.
Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable.
When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy.
Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

The most of the staff can't speak English!
Very negative attitude for our questions,
Gave a wrong info or I don't know!
The food was so TERRIBL, we ordered for lunch on 1st day.
Pumpkin soup and Pizza - So terrible !
No Hot pepper or no Hot sauce. They brought chilli sauce for the Pho!
But one manager was so professional, she gave us all we need plus many helpful tips
so we could finish our trip without any further trouble.
A huge hotel but very few trained staff!

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e ho avuto una grande esperienza in tutto. La proprietà è bella, con un ambiente verde lussuoso che crea un'atmosfera rilassante. Il minibar gratuito è un bel toccamento, la spiaggia è ben mantenuta con sabbia morbida e acqua chiara. Un altro aspetto unico è il deserto vicino con dune di sabbia gialla e bianca, offrendo splendide viste.
Tuttavia, un punto di svolta è il numero limitato di camere da sole, e anche durante la stagione estiva è stato difficile trovare una gratis, che potrebbe essere scomodo per gli ospiti che cercano di rilassarsi dalla spiaggia o dalla piscina.
Nonostante questa piccola questione, consiglio ancora l'hotel per le sue eccellenti strutture e la sua pittoresca posizione.

Wow! This place was amazing, right next to the beach. I could ocean from my room balcony. I absolutely loved the swimming pool bar, cocktails were awesome, need to try their Mojito it was so herbal alcoholic fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet food was exceptionally good. You can conveniently book tours at the reception. The layout and design of the resort was creative and beautiful with a mixture of culture. You could explore the resort for a days and not get bored. They have their own convenient store on the premises. The markets is not to far away and I found that Taxi and grab drivers tend to camp out the front waiting for customers so it was easy and fast to book one. An Unforgettable stay. We are definitely going be staying here again in future

La stanza è grande: spaziosa, pulita, mobili è di grande qualità, il letto è perfetto ... E la vista 🤤, non riesco a ottenere abbastanza, potrei solo rimanere tutto il giorno nella stanza solo godere la vista e chiamarlo vacanza. Il complesso è anche grande, amo le piscine, bella, pulita e la vista sull'oceano è da morire. Ci sono abbastanza ristoranti con prezzi ragionevoli da mangiare in e molti piccoli negozi di comodità con una gamma molto limitata di snacks. La posizione è lontana dal centro turistico, ma è quello che mi piace, quindi ho noleggiato una bicicletta e mi ci vuole 20 minuti per andare in città se voglio più opzioni di ristorante.

Отличный отель, очень понравился! Отлично было все - отличная территория, отличное обслуживание, отличные завтраки, номера. Свой хороший пляж.
Два хороших больших чистых бассейна. Первые дни в отеле было вообще очень пустынно и прекрасно - было очень мало людей, после привезли групповых туристов из поднебесной несколько автобусов, стало конечно очень шумнее, но все равно хорошо!
За всем ухаживают, везде помогают, у каждого бассейна и на пляжу всегда есть сотрудник который следит за безопасностью. Везде есть лежаки и их всегда всем хватает, всегда найдешь место.
Есть парковка своя где оставляли арендный автомобиль.
Расположение прекрасное - есть рядом и магазинчики и кафешки, все по близости.
Номера брали в корпусе с видом на море, хороший корпус - не зря там взяли.
В целом прям рекомендую, в следующий раз если поедем в эти края, то скорее всего будем останавливаться здесь же!

Spent 10 days in this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Big and comfortable room on the second floor with garden view. It was pleasure to sit in this wide and comfortable armchairs watching squirrels and listening to the sound of sea waves. Really nice spa near the pool. Good breakfast, helpful staff, nice location and beautiful sunsets.

It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore.
We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials.
Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat.
We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished.
We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards.
The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls.
Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing.
Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there.
On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

WWinky NguyenI had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around.
The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.

UUtente ospiteOur stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday.
One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable.
The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND.
The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials.
APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. We would highly recommend it!

UUtente ospiteDecided to choose Allezboo Beach Resort & Spa for our stay based on some recommendations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and service was impeccable. During out stay, we had to leave the resort really early for a day tour and mentioned that we might not be able to make it back for breakfast. The receptionist readily offered to prepare and pack us a breakfast box to go which we really appreciated. The rooms were big and spacious, and facilities such as the swimming pool, walkways and gardens were clearly well maintained, making it a very enjoyable experience. There were some wear-and-tear noted in the bathtub and metal structures around the room (door handles, chairs, cabinets etc), possibly as the accommodation was right by the sea. Good sea view and the beach was very easily accessible from the resort. However, there was nothing else much to do nearby (apart from chilling by the beach) and we had to take a Grab out for food. Overall still a quiet and relaxing experience!
