UUtente ospiteHo un soggiorno fantastico e buona esperienza durante il soggiorno. L'hotel è lo stesso che mostrato in foto sembra elegante e antico, ma la condizione è buona. Il servizio dal personale è fantastico, siamo ben serviti dal personale poliziotto che è sempre pronto ad aiutare. Prima del soggiorno, ho avvicinato il personale per la decorazione della stanza per la mia proposta al mio partner, il personale è responsabile e il risultato è soddisfatto.
Una buona varietà di cibo per colazione e tempo di tè, anche, le esperienze globali sono fantastiche
CCalvan TanThere was a hiccup when checking in. Hotels could not local our booking number from Trip.com but it was resolved after some wait. Rooms was clean and breakfast was good. Please avoid the local crowds on their peak traveling period as it could turn out to be very rowdy and noisy. Overall this is not a bad hotel. Thank you
WWinky NguyenI had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around.
The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.
UUtente ospiteI had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương.
I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before.
Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family.
When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything.
The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best.
Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. PPandhu PidadeI stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated.
The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor.
Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours.
The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately.
I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up.
I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure.
Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

Ho riferito al responsabile del servizio l’atteggiamento del personale di ricezione e il modo in cui è stato affrontato il problema. Vorrei esprimere la mia apprezzamento alla signora Nhi per la sua disponibilità a ascoltare e riconoscere il feedback dell’ospite. La signora ha affrontato la denuncia con un atteggiamento positivo e ha compiuto ogni sforzo per migliorare la situazione. Durante il soggiorno di due giorni, i suoi sforzi hanno consentito al cliente di riconoscere la sincerità dell’hotel.
Come hotel a cinque stelle operante sotto un marchio internazionale, l'atteggiamento di servizio è di fondamentale importanza se l'hotel intende attrarre più ospiti internazionali. Il rispetto reciproco è essenziale. Mentre la proprietà può ancora essere considerata per i futuri soggiorni, coloro che si aspettano un vero standard di servizio a cinque stelle sono consigliati di moderare le loro aspettative.

Il pranzo è meglio lungo la strada in un foschnit, o un caffè con crociere, andando a 300 metri a destra)))) spiaggia come tale no, piscina su quattro) ma siamo venuti con un cane, così su tutto, ma,, occhi chiusi. Nel problema dell'anima con la funzionalità dei mixer e a noi e nella stanza dei nostri amici ..... È possibile vivere, ma non molto ....))))

Solo cosa manca non avere la propria spiaggia marina e. Un po' lontano dalle strade pubbliche Mui Ne. Ma se si passa solo il tempo in una zona isolata, è un posto di ritiro eccellente.
