Nice and quite. Large rooms, low cost. The lobby and lift definitely smells like a swimming pool. But there's not much else to complain about. Free breakfast, though very little variety - don't expect much.
This is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.
This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

UUtente ospiteGreat hotel, modern and large rooms. King studio suite has fully stocked amenities to prepare food if desired. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was good with helpful staff.
We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era un buon prezzo. Il tubo caldo non si sentiva molto pulito ma la piscina e la zona della piscina erano buone. Le camere erano pulite, anche se piccole. E' stato bello avere un frigo e microonde nella stanza. Il pranzo era medio - bagelli, muffin inglese, waffle, cereali freddi, succo, uova scramblete e salsa di maiale (non possiamo mangiare maiale a causa delle convinzioni religiose); avrebbe apprezzato più opzioni proteiche.
NNoel MarianoL'hotel era molto pulito. Era molto tranquillo e il check-in e check-out era molto veloce e fatto professionale. Il colazione era preso e andare in borse preparati che aiutavano con la distanze sociali. Rimarrà qui.

Le mie uniche denunce sono che vorrei che fossero puliti meglio le camere. E' incredibilmente polvere dietro letti e tavoli di fine e in carpette lungo i pannelli di base. E vorrei che ci fossero letti, in particolare, un po' più caldi e più confortevoli. Altrimenti siamo molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel e la stanza erano puliti. Due reclami: anche se la stanza era senza fumo, la nostra stanza si scioglieva come fumo di sigarette. Un'ultima cosa, le mutandine si sono davvero succhiate. Ma il personale era molto amichevole, il colazione era buona, buona posizione vicino all'autostrada.
