Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District

Location not very ideal

酒店太老舊了，大堂黑咕隆咚，設備都老化了，湊活用，周邊有公園，可以散步，周邊基本沒有商業，逛街不方便

Excellent hôtel avec personnel aux petits soins

The hotel was very clean, the staff was awesome, and the hotel has a very unique vibe that made a cool place to stay.

Great hotel to explore museum district in Houston ! Very friendly and helpful staff. I will come back again

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice and in a great location. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but the shower was excellent. We were only there two nights and didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because it rained.

Nice hotel with most staff being helpful . Pool quite small with areas around it restricted unless you’ve booked it apparently with no clear markers . Restaurant on site so it’s a pity breakfast isn’t included Gym was well appointed and quite a size My disappointment came when we checked out to be told we would be charged an amenity tax $35 per night which I had not been obvious whilst booking nor told on check in . Goodness knows why that has to be added and if it’s for the cookies at 3pm, the bottles of water at night then I would rather have said no to all those extras we really didn’t need . And why apply that after you’ve paid for a room at a certain rate This hotel is lovely but that really changes my view of the place

Rooms were super musty and mildew smelling. Vents were disgusting, full of mold and dust and dirt. Water damage in the rooms. Beds were lumpy and mediocre. . Sinks were moldy around the grout. Shower backed up with water. Valets scuffed the back of my vehicle. Hotel is old and rundown needs a complete overhaul.

Everything on the property was very great ... we really like the way valet had our car on time when we needed it... we will come again... Thanks for the stay
