I had dinner at the hotel and I did not realize that the waitress made a mistake and charged my credit card in US dollars instead of 33.990 TZ shillings. An hour later, the waitress knocked my door and told me about the mistake and that they would reverse the transaction in the morning. It took the hotel 2 days to sort that out with their bank (NMB Bank). I spent about US$500 on international phone calls with my bank in SA so that they undersand the problem and help me solve it. After a long struggle, I got my money back after 25 days. I am writing this to alert tourists who visit Tz. Please look at the credit card machine to ensure that the correct currency is being charged before pressing the buttons. Scrutinize the receipts that you get and keep them until you get home. Regardless of the nerve-racking experience that I had, I would like to thank the Kibo Palace Hotel administration and staff for their honesy (admitting the error) and for the great efforts they put forth to ensure thae reversal of the reve money as they had no experience with this issue before. Everybody at the hotel was sympathetic and very supportive. Every now and then they contacted me to see if I got the money or not. My advice to the hotel is to train their staff especially waitresses/waiters in using payment machines, and even improving their English to avoid such mistakes and hastles. I wish the accountant tooke me with her to the bank so that I know exactly what is going on so that I give solutions or ask my bank for solutions. if I come back to Moshi, I would definitely stay at the Kibo Palce Hotel and enjoy Mt Kilimanjaro views.

Guesthouse con il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo! Prima di tutto, la camera era pulita e confortevole. Aveva un'atmosfera fresca e ordinata e ho dormito benissimo. Dato che ero in bassa stagione, ho potuto usare la camera tutta per me. Personale cordiale e disponibile Mi hanno gentilmente aiutato con la configurazione della SIM e mi hanno dato consigli utili. Ho perso la chiave durante il mio soggiorno, ma hanno subito sostituito la serratura, il che è stato di grande aiuto. Cibo delizioso al ristorante sul tetto C'è un ristorante sul tetto e il cibo era ottimo! È stato anche un bel posto per incontrare e parlare con altri viaggiatori, il che mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio. Se cercate un posto pulito e conveniente dove soggiornare a Moshi, qui non potete sbagliare. Grazie mille!

Esperienza e servizio incredibili. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Uno dei membri del personale Josephine era molto utile nel aiutarmi a organizzare un pick-up aeroportuale, insieme al conducente. Vorrei consigliare al 100% di rimanere lì. Buona vibrazione anche.

Questa e'una vera esperienza molto piacevole!Abbiamo volato dall'isola di Samba, e'molto tardi, ma l'hotel ci ha ancora dato una ricezione molto entusiasta.Benvenuti a bere, aiutare il bagaglio e il cameriere a presentare le strutture dettagliate nella stanza. Abbiamo prenotato una camera a tre persone, la stanza è davvero molto grande e completamente al di là delle aspettative!La più sorprendente è che la porta della stanza ha una piscina separata, appartenente alla nostra stessa! Ma l'hotel non ha una lista di persone. A proposito, abbiamo portato un sacchetto da letto a Mazaro. Ho scoperto che l'hotel è stato dato a una lista di Sand Island. Quella notte, abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel. Il sapore dei piatti è molto buono, soprattutto la loro verdura miscela, il sapore è buono e molto fresco. Il giorno dopo, la colazione di autobus, anche se la varietà non è molto grande, il sapore è anche fantastico. Questo è un hotel molto caratteristico e delicato.Dal layout generale a ogni dettaglio decorativo, si può vedere il cuore dell'hotel, molto stile, e l'ambiente è particolarmente pulito. If you just look for an accommodation which is closed to the airport, then this is value of money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer basic facilities.

酒店的位置還不錯，樓頂可以看到乞力馬扎羅山，雖然沒有電梯，工作人員幫拿行李，非常熱情，早餐也不錯，就是設施老舊，地漏很慢，洗澡下水困難，不過能夠理解，酒店斑馬可是真皮標本哦，還有中國元素的花瓶

Everything was fantastic. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. Having delicious local food in the rooftop terrace with Kilimanjaro view is magical. The room is spacious, with a balcony, a shower and a good bed.

Il servizio è stato eccellente dal momento in cui siamo entrati nell'hotel. La vista del Monte Kilimanjaro è fantastica dal loro bar al tetto. Buon posto per stare pronta a salire Kili e per riposo quando si scende.
