Service not applicable. The room was large enough and bathroom very clean!!! The noted price for bottled water ($4 each) - no good and the they were old.

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Per essere un hotel così costoso, ho aspettato che le cose sarebbero state più pulite nella stanza dell'hotel. Potevi vedere il perimetro di base facile di pulizia nella camera da bagno, soprattutto. Ci sono alcune tinture sul letto, così come che immediatamente mi hanno dato un'occhiata. Arrivato il venerdì sera e controllato per un ritardo di partenza e nessuno era mai nella nostra stanza per rifornire così abbiamo dovuto chiamare e chiedere più asciugamani che non erano così grandi di un accordo abbiamo appena avuto un sacco di bagagli nella nostra stanza dal fine settimana e un mento di È stato un fine settimana estremamente occupato, mentre eravamo li' per un torneo di volleyball e tutto era molto prenotato! Penso che le “tasse di ristorazione” fossero davvero inutili, perché non abbiamo nemmeno avuto molto da fare e i miei bambini sono andati a fare a meno di guardare e pagare 1000 dollari solo per il prezzo normale dell’hotel è sufficiente. È stato un soggiorno per giocare a evento, quindi non abbiamo avuto altre opzioni per rimanere altrove. Ristoranti all'interno erano mediocre e insulto costosi!! Mi sentivo come fosse un pozzo di soldi e che è l'unica intenzione che aveva. Siamo stati al 15° piano e abbiamo avuto una grande vista sul risalto/sola del sole intorno all'angolo dalla porta dell'hotel e penso che sia l'unica cosa che ci sia davvero divertita.

Ottima posizione (anche se ho provato a camminare, ed è molto più comodo aspettare la navetta visto che bisogna attraversare un sacco di strade). Non c'era il frigo in camera, ma il letto e i cuscini erano ottimi! Il bagno era piccolo ma con articoli da toeletta profumati.

Non c'era nessuna distanza alla TV che ho chiamato servizio in camera Ho chiesto un telecomando. Ho ricevuto il telecomando circa mezz'ora dopo. E il telecomando non funzionava. Ho chiamato immediatamente il desk per un po' di ora e non c'era risposta.

Service throughout was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Asbury Ocean Club delivers genuine five star hospitality in a setting that feels both refined and refreshingly relaxed. We left already counting down to our next visit, and we cannot recommend it more highly.

Aveva un inizio di ruff alla pianificazione di questo viaggio ma Trip.com ha fatto bene. Era un grande soggiorno di notte. Grazie trip.com. Non posso aspettare di fare il mio prossimo viaggio.

La stanza era pulita. Ovviamente non lussuosa. Solo una bella stanza regolare. L'hotel non è familiare, perché hanno solo la piscina all'interno disponibile. E i bambini non sono ammessi nel jacuzzi. E nessun jacuzzi nelle piscine esterne che erano molto basilari. La vista dalla stanza era buona. Poiché le finestre esterne erano pulite. Non capisco perché vi si dimmi il nichel e il dime, prelevando il parcheggio. Poiché le nuggette d'oro vicino alla porta hanno parcheggio gratuito. Una buona opzione in AC ma niente di speciale. Stiamo trascorrendo tutto il tempo dall'hotel, perché è stato più facile stare sulla spiaggia tutto il giorno e giocare a Caesars ****** invece. Probabilmente non fa differenza per loro, perché il ******* potrebbe essere collegato. Se hanno una piscina più amica per bambini, abbiamo sicuramente passato tutto il giorno in hotel e godere del ****** come è stato un buono.

Well located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

Il personale era estremamente cordiale. Lascia che io e mio marito facciamo il check-in prima. Estremamente facile arrivare a Manhattan. I letti erano ok. Non ho utilizzato nessuno dei servizi, quindi non posso commentarlo.
