4th of July and birthday weekend trip. We booked the king contemporary room. Checking in was fast and easy and the room was ready at checkin time. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Fabulous inlet view with the huge floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks, big shower, and water closet. We were on the 39th floor and catching an elevator is no problem. The resort is huge but easily navigable. We dined at Wahlburgers and Villian & Saint. Food at both places was great and reasonably priced. Even with a holiday weekend we were able to dine at the time we wanted without a long wait. Caffeccino is open 24 hours so it was great to grab early morning coffee and a pastry or a late night snack. The birthday bar was fun. They gave me a free happy birthday sash to wear. It was cool walking around the ****** floor having strangers wishing me a happy birthday. I signed up right away for the rewards card. This gives you discounted parking if you drive there. The beach was clean and we were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella. This was my first time staying at this resort and I would definitely go back again!

Tutto bene in hotel insieme alle strutture vicine molto bello ma un po' vecchio (necessita di piccole operazioni di manutenzione come macchina caffè rotta, ecc). E' rimasto solo come un giorno di transizione per un'altra visita.

Non c'era nessuna distanza alla TV che ho chiamato servizio in camera Ho chiesto un telecomando. Ho ricevuto il telecomando circa mezz'ora dopo. E il telecomando non funzionava. Ho chiamato immediatamente il desk per un po' di ora e non c'era risposta.

Il discorso del personale era un po' scomodo, e il personale di sicurezza ha visitato la nostra porta chiedendoci di ridurre al minimo il rumore, anche se non era molto alto da iniziare. Abbiamo visto che i membri del personale ci stanno prendendo ingiustamente e cercando di trovare motivi per imporre ulteriori oneri, ma purtroppo la biasima razziale sembrava un fattore di contributo.

Sono stati venduti, ma abbiamo avuto la stanza attraverso trip.com. La stanza di corner era spaziosa, pulita e aveva una doccia grande. Il asciugacapelli del bagno non funzionava, ma ne hanno lasciato un'altra. E' arrivato più tardi di quanto volevamo per il traffico, è andato allo spettacolo, ha incontrato amici e ha mangiato tardi di notte. Grande selezione disponibile per il cibo di lavanderia tardi. Burger era eccellente (sono un buffone sui hamburger). La mia unica denuncia - pensavo che il posto fosse troppo freddo. Amore che Hard Rock offre sia camere da fumare che camere da non fumare. Odio avere una stanza che è stata fumata.

Molto buono, l'hotel offre servizio di trasferimento aeroportuale gratuito tutto il giorno. La colazione è inclusa Poiché sono dovuto partire troppo presto, ho ricevuto anche una colazione al sacco, il che era buono. La stanza è pulita e ordinata e vengono forniti fazzoletti struccanti, il che è molto meticoloso. È solo che l'interruttore del condizionatore è nascosto molto in profondità.

Very nice staff and employees. Service was good, just not exceptional. The facility was old, but that was to be expected. Bathrooms could use a bit more space for toiletries and hair supplies. The bathroom was not accommodating for two individuals to ready themselves at the same time. We didn’t eat there much, however what we did have was very good.

Finalmente capisco cosa intendono le recensioni con ”non si può negoziare in modo amichevole”. L'hotel ha fatto il check-out alle 11:00. Dato che il tempo era un po' limitato, ho voluto negoziare un ritardo di 30 minuti. Di conseguenza, mi è stato detto che se non fossi riuscito a fare il check-out alle 11:00, avrei ricevuto una multa di 80 dollari. Alla fine, ho fatto le valigie e me ne sono andato il più velocemente possibile. È davvero disumano 🙄

The hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the ****** looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly.
