La stanza è abbastanza grande e molto vicina alle prese. L'unica cosa è che il suono impermeabile del bagno è molto forte non oso aprire il bagno dopo averlo usato di notte per paura di svegliare i miei colleghi L'ingresso è alle 4. Tutto il resto va bene.

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Only negative was the people in room next to us that were smoking skunk **** all night. Came thru vents and we felt like we had a contact high. We had asked for non smoking.
Mexican restaurant was good. Had nice bartenders and great shrimp cocktail. Very open and airy.

L'hotel era pulito per la maggior parte, tranne sotto il letto che era assolutamente disgustoso; ma chi cammina sotto lì comunque? Il personale del desk front era bello, quindi non ci sono denunce, o da nessuna parte tranne per parcheggio!! Apparentemente c'è un cliente che è ”VIP” (così mi ha detto il personale del desk front) e loro sono autorizzati a parcheggiare il loro rimorchio e a prendere 5 spazi, anche se il resto di noi paga anche per le nostre camere. La mia famiglia e io eravamo in vacanza in Disneyland, quindi il secondo giorno siamo tornati più tardi alla sera al soggiorno. So che non andavamo a trovare il nostro punto originale, ma non c'era parcheggio. Mio marito ha guidato tutto il tempo due volte e per fortuna qualcuno aveva appena lasciato, altrimenti dove avrei parcheggiato la mia famiglia e io? La posizione è grande e il personale era amichevole, ma questa esperienza da sola non mi permetterebbe mai di prenotare di nuovo qui.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, last minute booking was a bargain on trip.com. Due to my late light departure, I requested for a late check out and the hotel staff immediately granted till 1300, which was very helpful.
Shuttle service was provided to airport.

L'hotel è pulito e pulito ogni giorno. Il migliore è la colazione dell'hotel, lo stile è variabile, e molto delizioso. Il personale di servizio è gentile e professionale. Questa posizione è molto vicina a tutte le attrazioni. Il viaggio è circa 9-12 minuti, sia per il zoo sia per il Museo dell'isola di Medio Camino. Penso che resterò di nuovo.

First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

UUtente ospiteLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

The quiet neighborhood has a coastal walkway with Bay Bridge views. The property is somewhat aged, with fair breakfast options featuring fruit but limited variety. Rooms are spacious with bay views, though amenities must be requested from the front desk. The hotel is popular, especially with coach tours, leading to queues at peak times. Hilton Honors members can request two complimentary bottles of water.

UUtente ospiteStaying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

La stava lavorando lentamente un check-in per l'ospite davanti a me. KKI recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none.
I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed.
The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge.
Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!
