Il custode ha fatto un buon lavoro per mantenere la stanza pulita ogni giorno, molto apprezzata. Il personale del desk front (cambio di notte e giorno) è amichevole e utile per rendere il nostro soggiorno facile. È un hotel decente per soggiornare e un prezzo ragionevole, soprattutto vicino all'aeroporto SFO.

L'hotel era pulito per la maggior parte, tranne sotto il letto che era assolutamente disgustoso; ma chi cammina sotto lì comunque? Il personale del desk front era bello, quindi non ci sono denunce, o da nessuna parte tranne per parcheggio!! Apparentemente c'è un cliente che è ”VIP” (così mi ha detto il personale del desk front) e loro sono autorizzati a parcheggiare il loro rimorchio e a prendere 5 spazi, anche se il resto di noi paga anche per le nostre camere. La mia famiglia e io eravamo in vacanza in Disneyland, quindi il secondo giorno siamo tornati più tardi alla sera al soggiorno. So che non andavamo a trovare il nostro punto originale, ma non c'era parcheggio. Mio marito ha guidato tutto il tempo due volte e per fortuna qualcuno aveva appena lasciato, altrimenti dove avrei parcheggiato la mia famiglia e io? La posizione è grande e il personale era amichevole, ma questa esperienza da sola non mi permetterebbe mai di prenotare di nuovo qui.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

La posizione geografica è buona, vero? Ambiente: anche bene.Ma l'effetto di isolamento sonoro della stanza può sentire il suono dei passeggeri di sopra.Altri dovrebbero essere dire che corrispondono al prezzo che gli corrisponde

Questo è un ottimo posto proprio fuori Sequoia e non esitarei a rimanere qui di nuovo. Grande colazione con bagaglia, waffle, frutta ecc. La stanza era confortevole e calda, ma potevamo sentire il nostro vicino sbattere di sopra e la TV della porta accanto. Anche se tutti sembrano andare a letto presto, non è un problema importante.La lavanderia è a buon mercato (totale di $3.50 per lavastoviglie e asciugamani). I negativi non erano asciugamani freschi con servizio in camera e anche il personale sembrava un po' miserabile, tranne Emily che era sorprendente!

Il prezzo dell'hotel non è costoso. Nella zona vicina è un rapporto buono. E'difficile trasferirsi per sette notti. Durante il soggiorno, il servizio è in tempo, e ogni giorno c'è qualcuno che pulisce l'igiene

Giusto in tempo per la ristrutturazione dell'hotel sul lato del fiume di fronte al fiume, la camera con vista sul fiume prenotata era così famosa che ha dovuto essere cambiata dall'altra parte. Per altri aspetti, non è male. È a un passo dal famoso Tower Bridge. Vado in giro un paio di volte al giorno e ho scattato foto di tutti i tipi di paesaggi al mattino, al pomeriggio e alla sera. La colazione non era male, era solo un passatempo. C'erano happy hour nel pomeriggio e il livello di alcol era un po' alto.

Abbiamo fissato quattro persone, la camera dell'hotel è molto grande, 2 letti 1.5 metri, 4 persone dormono completamente senza problemi. Il letto dell'hotel vacanze è comodo come sempre. L'unico insufficiente è il rumore del vecchio stile di aria condizionata molto grande. Il ristorante bianco standard dell'hotel non è molto variabile, mangierà, La piscina è calda ogni pomeriggio!

From the moment we got there staff was helpful and patient and really nice, in general amazing staff. Once we got to our room it was clean plenty of space, love the layout of the room. Very clean plenty of amenities.
