Ho fatto il check-in molto tardi il primo giorno, ma il personale della reception è stato molto gentile. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è comodo. C'è un Dennys alla porta. Le stazioni di servizio circostanti sono molto comode la porta sud del punto panoramico. Tuttavia, devi comunque pianificare il tuo percorso quando visiti Yosemite. Entra attraverso la porta sud. Ci sono due percorsi per raggiungere il canyon e il punto del ghiacciaio, entrambi richiedono un'ora e mezza Là. L'hotel è decorato e decorato con molte foto classiche di luoghi panoramici, da cui puoi apprezzare e imparare. Ci sono anche souvenir turistici in vendita. Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars; First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review. The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-) Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance. 1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process. 2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance. Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

Casa Cody was truly one of the most charming and memorable hotels I've ever stayed at. If you're looking for a peaceful boutique hotel with character, this is the perfect place. From the moment we walked through the gates, it felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. The beautifully landscaped gardens, mature palm trees, colorful flowers, and stunning mountain views created such a relaxing atmosphere. It's hard to believe you're just a few minutes' walk from downtown because the property feels so private and quiet. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Every detail—from the comfortable bed and luxurious linens to the high-quality bath amenities—made the stay feel special. The room had so much personality, unlike the typical chain hotel experience. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from check-in to check-out and were always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the complimentary breakfast by the pool each morning. Sitting outside with fresh pastries, fruit, coffee, and the peaceful desert surroundings was the perfect way to start the day. The pools were beautiful, quiet, and never felt crowded, making it easy to completely relax. The location is unbeatable. Downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance, yet the hotel remains wonderfully calm and secluded. We barely needed to use our car during our stay. Casa Cody has a unique charm that larger luxury resorts simply can't replicate. The combination of rich history, beautiful grounds, exceptional hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere made this one of my favorite hotel experiences. I left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to returning. If you're visiting Palm Springs and want a boutique hotel that feels authentic, romantic, and relaxing, I can't recommend Casa Cody highly enough.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

L'hotel numero uno dovrebbe essere un nuovo hotel a cinque stelle che ha iniziato a crescere negli ultimi anni?L'hotel ha usato un sacco di legno grezzo come ispirazione per il design ecologico originale, il lobby e la decorazione della stanza. La posizione è buona. L'hotel è sulla collina. La grande piazza dell'hotel può essere sfruttata in tutta la città. La serata di LA è molto bella ～ Vieni qui per sapere che la casa di Xijiang è la città di ragazzi ～ Il fulmine di arcobaleno è anche molto interessante e divertente vicino a hahaha. Non come molti vagabondi nella città, ho vissuto cinque giorni nel complesso e mi sento molto comodo ～ Oh, giusto, la colazione dell'hotel è molto buona. Ho quasi provato ogni piatto principale sul menu. Non c'è nessuna miniera, la frutta è anche grande. L'hotel utilizza tutti i frutti della stagione in California, Se viviamo, provate a fare il bagno. Caffè e tè sono solo un po'difficili. Non è buono bere ... ci sono altri punti di tintura: per esempio, il custode non ha controllato il frigorifero, c'è una bevanda non finita nell'ultimo ospite del frigorifero ... l'hotel è molto nuovo, ma la manutenzione non è molto buona. L'indirizzo ha un grande pezzo di sporco ... la ricezione ha un atteggiamento del cameriere Molto cattivo ... ha anche raggiunto la sciopero collettivo dei dipendenti dell'hotel LA, e alcuni servizi non possono seguire.

La posizione è buona, l'accesso è comodo, l'ambiente generale è pulito e igienico, i servizi sono completi e i punti di rifornimento e shopping nelle vicinanze sono molto comodi. Nelle vicinanze si trovano vari ristoranti. Buon servizio. Peccato che l'hotel non avesse ombrelli da noleggiare nei giorni di pioggia.

Staying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

La posizione è fantastica. Ci sono molti buoni ristoranti, bar, negozi a piedi e passeggiata è facile, dal momento che la città di Palm Springs è fondamentalmente piatta! Parcheggio nel lot dell'hotel e camminato ovunque volevo andare. L'hotel non ha un ristorante o un bar, ma lo sapevo quando ho prenotato, e hanno una piccola sala cantina dove si possono comprare snack, qualche sandwich, bevande, caffè, ecc. e macchine di ghiaccio ovunque. Il servizio era molto buono, tutti i dipendenti dove è utile e amichevole. La mia stanza era molto pulita e ben dimensionata con una grande bagno. La posizione della stanza era anche buona, sul pavimento vicino alla piscina con vista di un parcheggio parcheggiato. La piscina era grande e piena (arrivo sabato pomeriggio) e tutti sembravano divertirsi. Ho preso una goccia la mattina dopo la manutenzione finita di pulire la piscina e ero l'unico lì, era fantastico! Rimarrò certamente al Palm Mountain Resort.
