Hotel was clean for the most part, except under the bed which was absolutely disgusting; but who goes under there anyway? The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!! Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too. My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge. I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking. My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked? Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again.

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno qui meglio di quanto ci si aspettava. La stanza era decente e pulita. Check-in era molto veloce. La colazione era di base, ma siamo stati a posto. Era un po' oltre 20 minuti per arrivare a Disney che non era troppo cattivo. Utilizziamo Uber che costano $16-$40 ogni volta a seconda del tempo. Io viaggiavo da solo con un bambino e mi preoccupavo davvero di rimanere in un posto che mi sentiva sicuro, e non ho mai avuto alcuna preoccupazione per tutto il tempo all'hotel.

Questo è un ottimo posto proprio fuori Sequoia e non esitarei a rimanere qui di nuovo. Grande colazione con bagaglia, waffle, frutta ecc. La stanza era confortevole e calda, ma potevamo sentire il nostro vicino sbattere di sopra e la TV della porta accanto. Anche se tutti sembrano andare a letto presto, non è un problema importante.La lavanderia è a buon mercato (totale di $3.50 per lavastoviglie e asciugamani).
I negativi non erano asciugamani freschi con servizio in camera e anche il personale sembrava un po' miserabile, tranne Emily che era sorprendente!

La stanza è abbastanza grande e molto vicina alle prese. L'unica cosa è che il suono impermeabile del bagno è molto forte non oso aprire il bagno dopo averlo usato di notte per paura di svegliare i miei colleghi L'ingresso è alle 4. Tutto il resto va bene.

The staff were all excellent. Professional, efficient and pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable if somewhat cramped. All was clean.
The lobby area is quite smart, but the decor in the rest of the hotel is gloomy and dull. The carpet in our hallway was noticeably rucked in places.
The restaurant is one of the most depressing places I have ever been in. I feel very sorry for the staff working there. Dark, with truck stop vibes at the tables in the main bar. I was not surprised that at both dinner and breakfast it was very quiet.
The food was mediocre. The burger at 18 dollars was no better than a fast food place and very greasy. The breakfast was somewhat better but the french toast was solid and had an unpleasant artificial taste.
In the UK Crown Plaza has a reputation as somewhat upmarket brand in terms of decor and food. This American one did not even meet my expectations of a budget hotel in terms of food and atmosphere.

If you are looking for a stay not too far from the airport for the last 2-3 days of your trip, i highly recommend this hotel, The room was clean and the service great, we didn’t the chance to try their breakfast but from what i heard it is a very good breakfast.

Il prezzo dell'hotel non è costoso. Nella zona vicina è un rapporto buono. E'difficile trasferirsi per sette notti. Durante il soggiorno, il servizio è in tempo, e ogni giorno c'è qualcuno che pulisce l'igiene

First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

UUtente ospiteLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

RRachel KayThe lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

La reception ha anche introdotto dettagliatamente le strutture dell'hotel. La piscina all'aperto è molto calda. Il tempo aperto all'inizio di ottobre è molto comodo. Molte persone stanno guardando il sole, raccomandano il ghiaccio nella piscina, molto grande.La camera della suite è molto storica e antiquata. Il divano della sala non si ricorda, il letto della camera da letto è anche molto comodo. L'unico difetto è che la camera della suite è in strada, che è un po'scura, ma la strada stellare può essere svolta attraverso le finestre.

First front reception impression was bad. 2 receptionists, one on the phone helping a lady with an issue. She seemed very stressed. The gentleman helping the rest of us making a line. When it was my turn, my card wouldnt go through. When the lady receptionist was done with the call she seemed like she was about to get a mental breakdown. He then decided to try my card on her side and was successfully processed. He didn’t explain or gave me any instructions about the key. Key needed to work the elevators and power in the rooms I had to figure it out on my own. He Didn’t offer or explained parking, I went back after we unloaded our stuff drove around and found out there was no place to park. The receptionist pretty much just processed my card. I stayed 3 nights and no one went into my room to take trash or pick up the dirty towels. Only thing they did was put a set of clean towels the night before my check out day and that’s about it. I was given an accessible room. I did not ask for one. A light on a night stand were unplugged. Found multiple lotto tickets inside the pull out bed. Toilet paper handle was broken. By the way…..what kind of bar closes at 8? The bartender didn’t seem professional or welcoming. When checking out I was asked how I wanted my receipt. On paper or email. I told her I rather get an email. I checked out around 8am and it’s 435pm and I haven’t received my email. The only people I will say were amazing at their job were the valet guys. They were friendly, helpful and did their job.

KKI recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none.
I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed.
The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge.
Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!
