Tunisia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Governatorato di Susa

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro storico, con comodi trasporti. Il servizio del personale è buono. La camera è spaziosa, ma i servizi sono nella media, il che è significativamente diverso dallo standard a cinque stelle. I servizi delle camere sono al massimo a quattro stelle. L'acqua non è liscia, gli asciugamani sono vecchi e l'isolamento acustico non è molto buono. Ma il prezzo è economico.

L'hotel è collegato alla spiaggia e al mare, l'ambiente è fantastico, il cibo nel ristorante è delizioso e delizioso, la colazione a buffet è troppo affollata e il servizio non è molto puntuale. Il rapporto qualità prezzo nel complesso è buono, bisogna prenotare in anticipo, è sempre pieno.

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Questo hotel si trova proprio vicino alla spiaggia. La posizione è ottima. L'hotel ha così tante camere che i tempi di attesa potrebbero essere piuttosto lunghi.

Sono rimasto a Green Park tre volte. L'hotel offre un'atmosfera rilassata e fredda. Il personale è piacevole e costoso . Il bar manager Lotvi è attento e professionale. Il mio cameriere al colazione e al pranzo, Mahmoud era benvenuto e niente era troppo difficile. L'esperienza alimentare si è certamente migliorata da allora, con maggiori problemi di risolvere e di vedere i dipendenti, e ritengo che la qualità dei cibi possa ancora essere migliorata. Quando scelgo di mangiare in barbecue barbecue locali, riflette la scarsa qualità del pesce poi servito all'hotel. È stato bello tornare a visitare il parco e sentirmi benvenuto. L'hotel è senza spot e il nuovo direttore ha incoraggiato cambiamenti molto positivi. Sono molto grato di aver goduto di un altro bellissimo soggiorno e continuerò a tornare a Green Park .

Had a lovely time, excellent location, close to Hannibal park, marina, sousse mall and directly on the beach. Hotel is looking quite dated inside but everything else was spot on
