It was a wonderful stay! My family and I really love the hotel. From check in until check out, everything was smooth. Extra credit to the team and staff. We had a stay there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, they helped out with the decorations of the room. It was so delightful.

My husband and I stayed for one night on the 29th, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was cozy with fresh linens, making it perfect for a restful night. The service staff were friendly and attentive, and both check‑in and check‑out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international dishes, tasty and satisfying to start the day. Overall, we were happy with the stay. It’s a great choice for couples or families looking for comfort in Penang, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

L'esperienza complessiva dell'hotel è stata eccellente. Ci sono due negozi vicino, e la piscina e il jacuzzi dell'hotel sono grandi. Room is clean, spacious, comfy. Location is not walking distance to Batu Ferringhi beach and night market, but a free shuttle is provided on Fri-Sun once per day, or can take a bus. Buffet breakfast has lots of varieties with good quality food. The dining hall is large and spacious as well. It is worth it.

Un dettaglio degno di nota è stato il filtro per l'acqua 3M in camera, che forniva acqua potabile pulita senza bisogno di bottiglie di plastica: un tocco di classe sia per il comfort che per la sostenibilità. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

The breakfast spread is decent, and the Wi-Fi is stable enough for working in the room. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on the mainland without the island's higher prices.

Great hospitality and service throughout my stay in Penang Amari Spice Hotel. Upon arrival, the reception team kindly upgraded me to a Premier King room without any request, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent—everything was excellent. I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the midnight team on 21/03/2026. During our stay, my friend suddenly fell seriously ill during midnight . We attempted to call emergency services (999), but unfortunately were unable to get through to the nearby general hospital immediately. The situation was critical, and waiting another 10–20 minutes could have put my friend’s life at risk. Thankfully, the Penang Amari hotel team acted swiftly and professionally. They followed up with us, and the female manager along with the guy management team arrived promptly to assess the situation. They provided immediate support and helped arrange transportation to the nearest hospital, ensuring we arrived within 10 minutes. Thanks to their quick response and care, my friend’s life was saved. And even after check out they still texting us to concern on the guest safety. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication during such a critical moment.
