Malesia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Penang

It was a wonderful stay! My family and I really love the hotel. From check in until check out, everything was smooth. Extra credit to the team and staff. We had a stay there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, they helped out with the decorations of the room. It was so delightful.

Great hospitality and service throughout my stay in Penang Amari Spice Hotel. Upon arrival, the reception team kindly upgraded me to a Premier King room without any request, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent—everything was excellent. I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the midnight team on 21/03/2026. During our stay, my friend suddenly fell seriously ill during midnight . We attempted to call emergency services (999), but unfortunately were unable to get through to the nearby general hospital immediately. The situation was critical, and waiting another 10–20 minutes could have put my friend’s life at risk. Thankfully, the Penang Amari hotel team acted swiftly and professionally. They followed up with us, and the female manager along with the guy management team arrived promptly to assess the situation. They provided immediate support and helped arrange transportation to the nearest hospital, ensuring we arrived within 10 minutes. Thanks to their quick response and care, my friend’s life was saved. And even after check out they still texting us to concern on the guest safety. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication during such a critical moment. Le strutture, il personale, il cibo sono tutti fantastici. Ma l'unico lato negativo sono le troppe formiche Charlie, il che è piuttosto pericoloso per noi. Nel complesso è buono, con margini di miglioramento per quanto riguarda il problema delle formiche Charlie.

Lots of great things to say here. After spending a good amount of time in the main city Penang, this hotel in Batu Feringghi was a well deserved and almost dream-like escape that provided my lovely companion and I not only a chance to reset but it gave us the most romantic beach experience in all of Malaysia. The hotel itself is nestled on a clifftop overlooking the wonderful and vibrant Malaysian beach and is walking distance not only to great restaurants and shops but also to many beach and water activities. I highly recommend having a dinner on the beach and watching the fire show before retreating back to the comfort of this hotel. The hotel campus is nicely laid out with a gleaming downstairs entrance area that made us feel like we were in comfortable luxury from the first moment there. Our views from the room were spectacular and the room itself was quiet and peaceful. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and the on site amenities (spa and pool) were all above and beyond all our expectations. This was a perfect getaway trip and an excellent chance to see another side of beautiful Penang.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Title: Strategic and convenient The hotel is perfectly situated near Pacific Megamall and major roads. It’s a classic business hotel—nothing too fancy, but it has everything you need. The breakfast spread is decent, and the Wi-Fi is stable enough for working in the room. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on the mainland without the island's higher prices.

If you want to enjoy the beautiful beach, facilities and hospitality of a 5 star hotel you get the right choice of Hard Rock Hotel Penang. The hotel is far away from downtown where the attractions and fantastic street food are located. The room is comfortable and I got a free upgrade to a sea view room. My partner slept well but not me because the pillow of mine is lumpy, felt like it had clumps of filling. Overall I am satisfied with my stay in Hard Rock and had some good times.

Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti della nostra camera all'Hotel Penaga, che è una suite situata al secondo piano nell'altra ala. Non è adatta a chi ha grandi bagagli perché bisogna salire le scale. La camera accanto alla nostra è come un loft e ha due piani. L'arredamento della camera sembra molto antico e Peranakan, ci è piaciuto il poster funky e gli ornamenti in legno, persino l'armadio aveva dei bei dipinti. Il bagno aveva anche una vasca da bagno ma l'acqua calda ha impiegato molto tempo a riempirsi. Il buffet della colazione non era niente di speciale, è meglio provare qualche bar o cibo da venditore ambulante locale, perché Penang è un paradiso per il cibo! In termini di posizione, Penaga si trova nella città vecchia ed è abbastanza facile da girare a piedi, incluso il famoso posto cendul, l'edificio Komtar Penang e le aree dei murales (circa 15 minuti a piedi). La zona è tranquilla di notte, ma i bar e la zona della vita notturna sono raggiungibili a piedi. Nel complesso siamo rimasti qui per 3 notti e ci siamo goduti l'intera esperienza.

Soggiorno incantevole ma da migliorare ❤️❤️❤️. Gli articoli da toeletta non hanno un rasoio, una sorpresa, il giorno del check-in non è stato preparato alcun gel doccia, bisogna chiamare la reception per riempirlo, niente bevande omaggio nel frigo (omaggio come ha detto la reception), bisogna dire al personale di mettere le bevande, la stanza in cui ho soggiornato potrebbe avere problemi di perdite, il water ha sempre avuto acqua sul pavimento, bisogna chiamare il servizio di couverture ogni volta dopo la doccia. Ho letto nella recensione di qualcuno che avevano i sali da bagno ma io non ne ho ricevuti, e li ho anche richiesti 3 volte, hanno promesso di metterli ma niente fino al giorno del check-out. Il cibo era buono, il personale era gentile, forse è solo il momento di punta per il loro hotel, comprensibile.

Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno, la camera era abbastanza grande e il personale di servizio era sorridente! L'unica lamentela è che l'altro giorno ho trovato degli scarafaggi in camera e al ristorante... Spero che l'hotel riesca a gestire bene il problema delle zanzare!
