Hotel a Samarcanda con piscina

La camera è spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Un plauso al servizio dell'hotel: su nostra richiesta hanno unito due letti singoli per formarne uno matrimoniale extra-large, e ci hanno anche aiutato a conservare la frutta fresca che avevamo acquistato. La colazione a buffet è stata eccellente, con una vasta scelta di piatti che variavano ogni giorno, e persino il caviale! L'ambiente dell'hotel è incantevole, con giardini, gazebo, ponticelli, giochi d'acqua e fontane illuminate. C'è anche una piscina esterna ad uso gratuito. La posizione è ottima, con ampi parchi nei dintorni e a poco più di 20 minuti a piedi dalla famosa Piazza del Registan, dove la sera si può assistere a un magnifico spettacolo di luci e musica. Nei dintorni dell'hotel ci sono anche molti ristoranti e caffè. In particolare, ho trovato deliziosi i gusti ”Oasis Garden” e ”Chocolate”. I camerieri, tutti ragazzi gentili e simpatici, sono stati molto disponibili.

Ci sono stata fuori stagione l'8 marzo. Non c'era molta gente in hotel, le camere erano pulite e ordinate. Non c'erano abbastanza accappatoi in camera e avrei aggiunto qualcosa di idratante per il corpo (crema) al set di cosmetici. Un cavatappi e dei bicchieri. Nel complesso, lo consiglio, incluso l'uso dell'area spa. Non c'era nessuno fuori stagione, ed è così che mi piace.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…

非常舒適的酒店，硬件衞生和服務都很好。如果還來撒馬爾罕，我還會入住。 酒店雖然在城外的一個會展園區，但用yandexGo打車去古城也挺方便。適合玩了一天想要回到現代生活的遊客。如果你是喜歡住古城的，那麼這裏就不大適合。 早餐雖然不如國內星級酒店那麼豐富，但應有盡有，所有本地特色早餐都可以嘗試。就是咖啡一般般。 窗外俯瞰園區景色，很震撼。 遇到點小問題，房間的膠囊咖啡機無法使用。也沒去聯繫服務員，不過瑕不掩瑜。

Il personale è molto amichevole. Tutti i dipendenti sono giovani, e penso che il personale possa comunicare. Quando ho consultato la ricetta, ho detto che non potevo caricare per il smartphone, perché quando il sedile di alimentazione non corrisponde, mi ha prestato un caricatore, che sembra essere un altro personale. Inoltre, quando lascio il bagaglio prima di sottoporlo alle procedure di imbarco, posso comprare acqua di miniera e ottenere acqua dell'hotel gratuitamente. Questo è il mio unico momento di rilassamento, perché vivo in un hotel sulla terra straniera. Voglio andare di nuovo a Samarhan. A quel tempo, volevo restare in questo hotel di nuovo. Un altro hotel dello stesso nome a circa un chilometro dall'hotel, si può vedere a Yandex.

We really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, a circa dieci minuti a piedi dalla piazza Regististan e dal giardino di Gur Camil. L'hotel è più vecchio, le strutture sono più vecchie, ma non sono usate in modo scorretto. L'hotel non ha fornito acqua potabile e turbine attive, non ha dato quello che voleva con la ricetta in passato, ma penso che l'iniziativa sia migliore. Il colazione dell'hotel è anche buono, tranne uova di latte e banane, altri sono fondamentalmente un pasto freddo. Ricorda!Non andare a mangiare Shoxjahon dall'altra parte dell'hotel!Questo hotel non è delizioso, ma deve pagare 15% del servizio, ma non c'è nessun servizio! Il mio pagamento di carte bancarie è successo dopo il pagamento della carta di Zhang, e l'hotel ha detto che l'accordo è stato cancellato e ha insistito che mi rimborsassi, quindi ho pagato 180 yuan per un pasto sgradevole!

La mia scelta è sempre stata quando sono a Samarkand. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha avuto la gentile esperienza di aggiornare la mia stanza durante il mio soggiorno. Situazione strategica a molti luoghi storici, negozi e ristoranti. In generale la stanza era spaziosa, confortevole e pulita.
