Hotel a Samarcanda con piscina

Mi sono sentito a mio agio fin dal momento in cui sono entrato in hotel. Avevo programmato di depositare i bagagli solo la mattina presto, ma sono riuscito a fare il check-in in anticipo e a rilassarmi in hotel. La camera era pulita e sono stato particolarmente contento di avere una vasca da bagno. A Samarcanda faceva caldo ad agosto, quindi è stato bello poter tornare in hotel tra una visita e l'altra per fare una doccia e riposarmi. Ho potuto fare colazione dalle 7 del mattino successivo per prendere un treno la mattina presto. Non c'era molta scelta, ma tutto era delizioso e mi sono divertito moltissimo. Anche il personale è stato molto gentile.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

L'esperienza complessiva presso l'EmirHan Hotel di Samarcanda è stata al di sotto delle aspettative. La pulizia della camera era molto scarsa e il soffitto del bagno presentava delle infiltrazioni, rendendo il soggiorno scomodo. Di positivo, la colazione era al di sopra della media con una discreta varietà e la piscina all'aperto offriva un buon luogo per rilassarsi. Tuttavia, considerando i problemi di manutenzione e igiene, ci sono sicuramente opzioni migliori in questa fascia di prezzo a Samarcanda.

We had a mixed but overall positive experience at this hotel. When we first checked into our room, we noticed that the air conditioning was not strong enough, making the room quite warm. However, the front desk team acted swiftly and sent staff to help resolve the issue right away. In the end, they kindly arranged a room change for us, which we greatly appreciated. A special shoutout to the front desk team for their outstanding hospitality! Ismigul and Sevinch, along with another lovely lady whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, were extraordinarily warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They truly made us feel welcome. As for the dining, the food at the restaurant was quite good! However, the dining service experience could use some improvement: Room Service: Ordering room service was rather difficult. The staff taking orders struggled with basic English, which made placing a simple order a bit challenging and frustrating. Restaurant Service: While dining in the restaurant, we noticed the staff were often busy chatting among themselves rather than attending to guests, which felt a bit unmindful and unprofessional.

L'hotel mi è piaciuto. La camera era pulita, accogliente e spaziosa. La posizione era eccellente. Molte attrazioni erano raggiungibili a piedi. Le colazioni erano davvero ottime, con un'ampia selezione di piatti deliziosi.

Miglior in Samarkand Silk Road da Minyon è assolutamente il miglior posto per soggiornare a Samarkand. Bello design, atmosfera calda, eccellente servizio e posizione perfetta. Un'esperienza veramente memorabile molto consiglia.

L'hotel stesso era fantastico. Molto pulito e posh. Il colazione era ampia di selezioni. Piscina e spa era un modo divertente per rilassarsi.  Quando ci chiediamo, ci hanno fatto uscire felicemente tardi. Molto grato! È stato un piacere rimanere.  Solo in basso era la posizione, anche se è vicino a un parco, abbiamo trovato difficile trovare yandex. Era piuttosto costoso e ci voleva 10-15 minuti per arrivare. Poiché abbiamo usato yandex in molte città diverse, questa volta era la più disturbata.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were rhe only guests at that time but the staff was always around to help us. They cooked and served us our breakfast and asked us about our food preferences. All facilities were clean, modern and beautifully made. There was also a nice indoor pool and sauna. That areas also included a shower, toilet and changing room. Additional towels were provided. We can only recommend staying at this hotel.

這是我這次行程中最滿意的一次酒店了，原本以為它衹是距離夏伊辛達近，但是沒想到實際距離主要景點都很近！對面是夏，然後面對酒店的右手邊就能步行到達那個巴扎還有比比哈內姆以及哈茲拉特，而沿着這條路也能步行去其他景點。（打車的時候繞到後面去的酒店，讓我一度以為這裏很偏僻，但是當你自己摸清楚路線時才發現這裏位置很好！） 酒店佈置的很精緻，連窗台的燈光還有窗簾的掛鈎都有小驚喜，老闆的審美很好。 原本應該下午14點才能入住，但是老闆讓我提前入住了，人很好！ 他們家的早餐也很豐富，一些當地的特色糕點也好吃的，水果也不錯。服務員人都很熱情，就是衞生可能不是每天都做，如果連續入住需要和對方溝通一下。 最驚喜的是他們家三樓的露台，看風景特別美！
