Myanmar: hotel con spa nella provincia di Regione di Yangon

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per più di 10 giorni. Quando ho prolungato il mio soggiorno per un'altra notte, mi è stato detto che dovevo cambiare le stanze e che il personale mi avrebbe chiamato con i dettagli. Ho aspettato tutto il giorno, ma nessuno mi ha contattato. La sera, la mia carta chiave si fermò improvvisamente e non riuscivo a entrare nella mia stanza. Il problema non era il cambiamento di stanza, ma la mancanza di comunicazione e la mancanza di gestione della situazione hanno causato molte inconvenienti inutili. Questa esperienza mi ha anche lasciato chiedermi se gli ospiti che prenotano attraverso una piattaforma di terzi siano trattati in modo diverso, ma spero che non sia stato così, ma dopo essere rimasto per più di dieci giorni, mi aspettavo un servizio molto migliore.

I had a really pleasant experience staying at PARKROYAL Yangon. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to stay there again. Sembra un nuovo hotel, ma non soddisfa nemmeno lo standard di 3 stelle. I piccoli voli vengono fuori dal bagno infinitamente e la stanza ha un odore strano. Il rumore musicale dall'esterno è stato terribile fino alle 23:00. La colazione è molto economica e di qualità simile a quella del cantina studente nella camera da letto.

I commend all staff for your excellent service and attention to detail. You maintain the high standards of Myanmar hospitality, and I thank you all. In particular, I really loved the view of Shwedagon Pagoda from my room. You have an excellent location as well, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. I would like to especially thank the following staff: Thinn Zar and Harry — thank you for attending to me and accommodating my late dinner request Thet Aung Linn — I really appreciated his service as a trainee, and I note his potential. I was very impressed with his fluency in Chinese, which is a great asset The cleaning staff were also dedicated and always conscientious

È stato un buon soggiorno. Il personale è gentile e utile. Un ricevitore maschile e una donna che si occupa della casa al 16° piano sono stati particolarmente utili durante il mio soggiorno. La piscina è bella e mi sorprendeva che costruissero una piscina molto profonda per un hotel (1.9 m). I miei piedi non hanno toccato il terreno della piscina, ma hanno avuto il allenatore di fitness che guardava la piscina profonda. La stanza è buona, ma mi sento un po' piccola. Non mi sbagli, sono già tra le più ampie stanze di Yangon, ma la stanza che ho ottenuto ha un'entrata molto stretta. Il bagno è separato con bagno e doccia e bagno. La TV è piuttosto piccola, mi aspettavo di avere una TV intelligente più aggiornata in questo tipo di hotel. L'unica cosa che non mi è stato soddisfatto è il colazione. Sì, hanno avuto varie selezioni, ma i gusti erano misti e sinceramente, non mi piacevano i loro menù. In generale, era una memoria decente rimanere a Melia.

Chatruim Lake View Hotel was a superb experience - I stayed here twice for about 8 days in total. The process from Check in to check out was second to none. We loved the hotel grounds, big rooms with a lake view, the breakfast was great too with a good selection of food.  The service from the bellboy to reception I can't really complain as they responded to all our requests. We checked out early for a flight to Mandalay and they provided us with a packed lunch. The pool facilities were great - alhough I think the water needs a bit of chlorine for cleaning as it was a bit musky - The hotel was nice and quiet with not too many guest, but service was still there. I'd like to mention the receptionist who is always smiling and so kind and welcoming and listening to our travel stories and requests - La Min and Mr Simon were so helpful, but I can't remember the other names. One thing to note- if you don't have a car, then it's not that central to the center of the city, however, you can easily take a Grab to Shwedagon Pagoda or the center, you can also walk to Kandagwyi Lake Graden and enjoy the sunset - which is only a 15 min walk and there is a mall there, too with a great supermarket. If you need to change money - the hotel recommended 126 Grocery Store - great rates no passport needed just new crisp USD notes. It's near Myanmar Plaza. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in the Lake View but if you prefer the morning sun on your balcony then you can take the Pagoda view.  There is a presendential suite if you have the cash which I was told has a good overall top floor view. I hope you enjoy your stay. This was definitely much better than the Chatruim in Bangkok

L'hotel è in generale grande con buone piscine sauna e ristoranti, ma una cosa è che ci siamo svegliati presto e siamo andati a prendere il buffet per colazione che è incluso nella prenotazione. Il personale ci ha detto che non ci è permesso entrare con pigiama, ma con un codice di vestito selezionato.

Ho avuto una bella esperienza in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita e la posizione è buona. Ma la cosa più importante è il personale. Tutti sono così amichevoli e sempre pronti a aiutarti. Sempre sorridente. Vorrei citare Vanessa, Lucas, Thomas e Concierge capo Moo Thaw per il loro eccellente servizio. Vorrei che tutti di loro un grande futuro nella loro carriera. Grazie. 😊

Il personale dell'hotel è tutte persone meravigliose, incarnano davvero lo spirito di ospite. La camera 611 è comoda e ha grandi finestre. Anche se il drenaggio nel doccia non era abbastanza perfetto, tutto il resto era eccellente. La zona di colazione al tetto offre un'atmosfera aperta e aria molto piacevole. Il personale ci ha servito con un sorriso allegro ogni giorno, e ho aspettato di parlare con loro ogni mattina. Anche se l’edificio è invecchiato, l’atteggiamento meraviglioso del personale è più che componente per esso. In Myanmar, è molto difficile per gli stranieri prenotare taxi Grab, ma il personale di ricezione li ha pazientemente organizzati per me e mi ha persino visto fuori finché non sono in sicurezza in macchina. Questa gentilezza è una grande ragione per cui ho continuato ad amare Myanmar fino alla fine, il paese sta affrontando momenti molto difficili, ma i negozi a Yangon sono ancora vivi e la gente è così gentile quanto mai. Chiedo al paese di riprendere la stabilità il più presto possibile.
