L'ambiente è elegante e tranquillo, e la pulizia è impeccabile fin nei minimi dettagli. La presenza dello Xiao Du (assistente vocale) ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, e il gatto dell'hotel è docile e adorabile. La colazione è abbondante e non affrettata, il servizio robotico è premuroso, il servizio di lavanderia e asciugatura self-service è completo, così come la palestra. La vicinanza al centro storico rende gli spostamenti super convenienti. Tornerò sicuramente! Molto soddisfatto.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a The Ritz-Carlton e abbiamo apprezzato il caldo e attento servizio in tutto il tempo. L'equipaggio è stato grande nel fare il compleanno di mio marito speciale con una bella torta di compleanno e una carta pensativa che ha aggiunto un contatto personale. Ogni interazione si sentiva ancora veramente benvenuta, e la nostra stanza era impecabilmente mantenuta. La posizione era anche perfettamente conveniente per esplorare, mangiare e andare in giro con facilità.

Questa è la prima volta che soggiorno al Junting Design Hotel. Le strutture sono molto nuove ed estetiche. È molto confortevole soggiornare qui. Toilette intelligente in camera, purificatore d'aria e, cosa più importante! La TV supporta la funzione screencasting! Il servizio alla reception è molto buono e risolve il problema in tempo. La posizione è buona ed è molto comodo raggiungere la metropolitana, l'aeroporto e la ferrovia ad alta velocità. Sono utili per ritardare l'orario del check-out il caffè nel bar della hall è delizioso! !

Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

È stato un soggiorno davvero sorprendente all'Hotel Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian! La receptionist è stata super cordiale e affabile, con un sorriso dolce e un atteggiamento molto disponibile. Ha risposto pazientemente a tutte le mie domande per tutto il tempo, facendomi sentire davvero a mio agio. La sorpresa più grande è stata l'upgrade gratuito della camera: un ambiente spazioso e luminoso con una vista mozzafiato dalla finestra, che ha immediatamente dissolto tutta la stanchezza del viaggio. Ho anche accennato che le tende della camera potevano essere migliorate per un migliore oscuramento, e l'hotel ha prontamente mandato del personale ad aggiustarle lo stesso giorno. Posizione fantastica, e ho avuto un'esperienza eccellente soggiornando al Lans Hotel di Shenzhen per 2 notti. L'hotel era eccezionalmente pulito, il che ha reso il soggiorno confortevole e senza stress. La sua posizione privilegiata ha reso molto comodo esplorare la città, con facile accesso alle attrazioni e ai servizi nelle vicinanze. Sono rimasto particolarmente colpito da quanto fossero ben tenute le camere e dall'atmosfera generale tranquilla e piacevole della struttura. Darei senza esitazione a questo hotel un punteggio di 5 stelle e lo consiglierei vivamente a chiunque visiti Shenzhen.

BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT IS A NON-SMOKING HOTEL AND STAYED FOR 4 NIGHTS . HOTEL MUST HAVE STRICT NON-SMOKING RULES AS ALOT OF PEOPLE SMOKES IN THE ROOMS EVEN THOUGH IT IS A NON-SMOKING HOTEL. THE SMOKE ENTERS THE ROOM FROM THE CORRIDOR AS WELL WHICH US AND COULDN'T SLEEP. GUEST SMOKES IN LIFT LOBBY , ROOMS AND SOME IN THE LOBBY. THE HOTEL STAFF CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO THESE GUESTS EXCEPT TO ADVISED THEM ONLY. THIS IS THIS ONLY ISSUE WE FACED FROM OUR STAY, OTHER THAN THAT IT IS A VERY NEW HOTEL AND CONVIENIENTLY LOCATED WITH THE SUBWAY BELOW.

Siamo un gruppo di 7 amici. Ho fatto una prenotazione per tutti insieme e pagato circa 8 euro, che mi sembrava un prezzo molto buono. Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, il proprietario ci ha detto che il prezzo era per persona e non per l'intera prenotazione, che era strano, perché la prenotazione aveva già i nostri 7 nomi, ma anche ragionevole considerando il prezzo molto basso. Dopo il nostro soggiorno posso dire sinceramente che il prezzo originale di 8 € per 7 è il massimo che avrei pagato per questo posto. Le camere non sono troppo cattive e in linea con la norma cinese (matrimoni del tutto giusti, molto duri e piccoli), ma anche le foglie pulite e buona privacy con cortine. Il vero problema con questo posto sono i bagni, ma in primo luogo ci sono solo due per più di venti persone, e in secondo luogo non sono meno disgustosi. Uno di loro è una stanza con un bagno a schermo, un bacino e una doccia che puzza di piscia peggio di un bagno pubblico. Il secondo ha un bagno occidentale con un sedile igienico rotto e una doccia senza testa doccia (soprattutto come una serbatoia da giardino). Non mi lamento di queste cose come sono abituato a viaggiare su un bilancio, ma come ho detto, queste sono cose che avrei accettato completamente se il prezzo che ho pagato fosse stato effettivamente l'originale per cui ho fatto una prenotazione. Specialmente perché per questo prezzo (come gruppo di 7) si possono trovare opzioni più economiche e più belle nella stessa area. Non consiglierei questo posto a meno che non trovi davvero niente di più economico o migliore, o se vuoi essere molto vicino al centro civile.
