UUtente ospiteLa camera è grande e spaziosa.
Il bagno e la doccia nelle nostre camere sono separati.
Il lavandino è esterno, quindi chiunque può usarlo in qualsiasi momento.
La posizione è ottima! C'è una stazione ferroviaria proprio fuori, ci sono anche molti ristoranti all'esterno e una piccola strada commerciale proprio di fronte. La vita notturna è molto vivace.
Il servizio e il personale dell'hotel sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Ci è stato concesso il check-out posticipato (fino alle 14:00) gratuitamente.

Da un prodotto di assistenza personale di emergenza bisogna ricordare il mio tempo di svegliarsi e offrire l'ordine di colazione locale per me. Non posso esprimere più quanto il suo servizio era grande.
Ho ordinato anche una cena in camera (spam e noodles di stile HK: il lato soleggiato di uova non era cotto) e sono andato al bar di livello 4 durante il mio soggiorno. Tutto era grande. Sarò certamente tornato se sono di nuovo a Shenzhen.

JJerman VIl mio soggiorno al Ritz-Carlton è stato pulito e confortevole, con il livello di qualità e coerenza che si aspetta dal marchio. La proprietà è bella, le camere sono ben progettate e il servizio è professionale ed efficiente in tutto. Mentre tutto è stato ben eseguito, l'esperienza si è sentita più formale e meno personale di quanto possa essere l'ospitalità veramente eccezionale. In generale, è un soggiorno di lusso solido che fornisce fiducia e raffinazione.

Toilette intelligente in camera, purificatore d'aria e, cosa più importante! La TV supporta la funzione screencasting! Il servizio alla reception è molto buono e risolve il problema in tempo. La posizione è buona ed è molto comodo raggiungere la metropolitana, l'aeroporto e la ferrovia ad alta velocità. Sono utili per ritardare l'orario del check-out il caffè nel bar della hall è delizioso! !

UUtente ospiteHotel magnifico! Il personale è così bello e amichevole! La nostra stanza è stata migliorata e abbiamo avuto una splendida vista, quando visitarò Shenzhen, vorrei rimanere di nuovo! L'hotel non è troppo lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria locale che vi porterà direttamente a Shenzhen, vi è anche una spiaggia vicino a molti stazioni alimentari. YYang IvanDa quando è arrivato il primo momento, questo hotel ha rubato i nostri cuori. Svegliarsi fino al suono delle onde, salire sul balcone per vedere il sole salire sull’acqua, e avere la spiaggia solo passi lontano fa sentire ogni mattina come un sogno. Per una vacanza di famiglia, non si fa semplicemente meglio di questo.
Ma ciò che ha reso davvero inoltrabile questo soggiorno non è stato le splendide viste o le camere lussuose era il personale.
Dopo aver fatto il check-out e andato a casa, abbiamo capito che l'orso amorevole di nostro figlio era stato lasciato in camera. Prima di avere anche la possibilità di panico o chiamare l'hotel, ci hanno raggiunto prima. Un membro di squadra ci ha contattati per farci sapere che l'avevano trovato e senza di noi chiedere offerto di mandarlo direttamente a casa nostra.
Non posso sovrascrivere quanto questo gesto ci ha significato. Per un bambino, un giocattolo stufato non è solo un giocattolo è un migliore amico. Il fatto che il personale abbia capito che, prendendo l'iniziativa, e gestendo tutto con tale calore e cura, dice tutto sulla cultura di questo posto.
Questo separa un hotel davvero grande dal resto, non solo le lobby marmo o le viste oceaniche, ma anche le persone dietro di esso tutti coloro che si accorgono delle piccole cose e si allontanano dal loro modo di farle correre.

There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means.
Arrival and Reception
First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you.
The Club Skyline View Room
If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty.
The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort.
The Mandarin Club
Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people.
Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

La palestra è ben attrezzata, la sala colazione è sempre pulita e ordinata, e le tagliatelle Crown e le uova strapazzate fresche sono deliziose. A cena c'è un buffet con gamberi di fiume freschi a volontà, e il personale di sala è attento e premuroso, consegnando anche i pasti in camera. La cosa più sorprendente è che l'aria nella stanza circola benissimo; basta aprire la finestra per sentire una fresca brezza, senza alcuna sensazione di aria viziata. È stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole!

UUtente ospiteHotel was ok for that price as I expected. Room is big, lot of room, but was difficult to find since hotel is sharing a building with other businesses. Location is walking distance to Dongman shopping or tourist area. Taxi available down the street near the building entrance.
Average cleanliness room since the desk is very dusty. Restroom or hotel is out of toilet paper, receptionist provided tissues instead. Was ok experience for short stay. I didn't have chance to take some pictures, but I think this hotel is ok. Hotel posted pictures are not same as real sight. Overall, average hotel for short trip.
