UUtente ospiteLa camera è grande e spaziosa. Il bagno e la doccia nelle nostre camere sono separati. Il lavandino è esterno, quindi chiunque può usarlo in qualsiasi momento. La posizione è ottima! C'è una stazione ferroviaria proprio fuori, ci sono anche molti ristoranti all'esterno e una piccola strada commerciale proprio di fronte. La vita notturna è molto vivace. Il servizio e il personale dell'hotel sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Ci è stato concesso il check-out posticipato (fino alle 14:00) gratuitamente.

Dall'efficace coordinamento dell'intero processo di check-in alla rapida risposta alle richieste dopo l'arrivo, la professionalità è stata costante. L'attenzione ai dettagli e la capacità di anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti sono state impeccabili, mostrando tutte le qualità di un professionista del servizio esperto. Le dotazioni dell'hotel sono in linea con gli standard del marchio, il controllo qualità delle camere è rigoroso e la manutenzione delle strutture è eccellente. La collaborazione tra i vari reparti è fluida. Il servizio professionale di Kiki Wang ha reso il mio soggiorno di lavoro più efficiente e confortevole, un'esperienza di soggiorno di alta qualità che ha soddisfatto appieno le esigenze degli ospiti di fascia alta.

La posizione è grande, vicino alla Crowne Palace. La stanza era grande e ha una grande vista. La vista dal bagno è il prossimo livello. Mi piaceva tutto su questo hotel, grandi dettagli, personale ben addestrato, tutti potevano parlare inglese con mio figlio, che è sorprendente. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. CChee MengIl personale in prima linea è disponibile e cortese, in particolare due donne ci hanno persino aiutato a trasferire il vecchio sistema dati mobile su un nuovo telefono Xiaomi. Davvero apprezzato. La colazione dell'hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo ed è inclusa nella tariffa. La cena gratuita è un'altra opzione per chi desidera un pasto leggero. Molti ristoranti e un grande centro commerciale nelle vicinanze. La stazione della metropolitana non è lontana. Molto pulito e tranquillo, la qualità dei materassi è buona.

Svegliarsi fino al suono delle onde, salire sul balcone per vedere il sole salire sull’acqua, e avere la spiaggia solo passi lontano fa sentire ogni mattina come un sogno. Per una vacanza di famiglia, non si fa semplicemente meglio di questo. Ma ciò che ha reso davvero inoltrabile questo soggiorno non è stato le splendide viste o le camere lussuose era il personale. Dopo aver fatto il check-out e andato a casa, abbiamo capito che l'orso amorevole di nostro figlio era stato lasciato in camera. Prima di avere anche la possibilità di panico o chiamare l'hotel, ci hanno raggiunto prima. Un membro di squadra ci ha contattati per farci sapere che l'avevano trovato e senza di noi chiedere offerto di mandarlo direttamente a casa nostra. Non posso sovrascrivere quanto questo gesto ci ha significato. Per un bambino, un giocattolo stufato non è solo un giocattolo è un migliore amico. Il fatto che il personale abbia capito che, prendendo l'iniziativa, e gestendo tutto con tale calore e cura, dice tutto sulla cultura di questo posto. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. La palestra è ben attrezzata, la sala colazione è sempre pulita e ordinata, e le tagliatelle Crown e le uova strapazzate fresche sono deliziose. A cena c'è un buffet con gamberi di fiume freschi a volontà, e il personale di sala è attento e premuroso, consegnando anche i pasti in camera. La cosa più sorprendente è che l'aria nella stanza circola benissimo; basta aprire la finestra per sentire una fresca brezza, senza alcuna sensazione di aria viziata. UUtente ospiteThe location is great. When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible. The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door. When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed. When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also. The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay. I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night. However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place. Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors. Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette. Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me. The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.
