Cambogia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Provincia di Siem Reap

Questo posto era sul buon lato, ma il personale era un po' schizzoso e il prezzo dei loro servizi ha un'altra commissione del 10%, che per me è troppo. Questo forse spiega perché non ci sono molte persone che mangiano o che ne fanno uso; e poi sono arrivato alle dieci del mattino e mi sono chiesto se potessi controllare presto. Mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare $5 per controllare in anticipo, ma poi ho detto che ero disposto ad aspettare. Pochi minuti dopo, mi hanno chiesto di dare loro un buon esame sia su consulente di viaggio o su Google, così possono permettermi di entrare. L'ho fatto per il controllo, ma vorrei solo farle sapere che è successo, e spero che possano migliorare la situazione.

Full smile and warm welcome greeting welcomed us when we arrived at the Hotel. Although the Hote isn't big nor the facilities aren't full, necessary ones are all there and are compact, useful enough and placed nicely. But out of them all, the most impressive thing is their hospitality. Mis. Chet Somnang (her nick name is Lucky), a front staff is kind, friendly and perfect in achieving her assignment with her wonderful communication skill of English. She answered to all of our questions and solved all our troubles in short time that made our stay more comfortable. If there was any other chance to visit Siem Reap I would have no alternative than Memoire Siem Reap Hotel to stay. Thank you so much, Lucky and all staffs of the Hotel.

Cambiato stanza in singola. Non c'era posto per mettere le spese quotidiane nel dormitorio. I servizi erano sufficienti, tutto il personale parlava un inglese perfetto. Il prezzo del cibo era ragionevole. Il ristorante era spazioso e confortevole. Il cibo era gustoso.

We had an unforgettable five-night stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most thoughtful, kind, and generous staff who went out of their way to make our trip special. A particular thank you to Naza, who was absolutely exceptional—her warmth and attention to detail truly stood out. The facilities were amazing, especially the infinity pool, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The Moroccan theme throughout the hotel was beautifully done and genuinely made us feel like we were transported to Morocco. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from the Old Market and Pub Street, with a laundrette, coffee shop, and pizza restaurant conveniently located right nearby. We also loved the food and drinks at the hotel, everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. Over the course of our stay, we ordered food and drinks daily, spending a total of just $160 USD, which was incredible value for the quality. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be recommending it to our friends and would love to return next year!

It was truly a memorable experience, clean with beautiful decor, comfortable bed, the amenities were excellent, The staff was attentive and friendly. I must say it was an incredible experience.

Questa è una sorpresa preziosa nascosta: questo hotel offre comfort e servizio ristorante come nessun altro nella sua categoria. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall'ospitalità e dalla semplicità dei portieri che mi hanno fornito tutti i servizi e hanno soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste. La piscina è fantastica, anche se mi sentivo un po' ”sola”, non è un male (non ci sono troppi inquilini che nuotano). Anche se è sulla NR6 e sembra che sia nella periferia della città, tutto è a 2-3 km di distanza e un tuk-tuk è sempre disponibile di fronte all'hotel per portarti ovunque tu voglia. Circondato da numerose caffetterie e ristoranti locali all'aperto. Se ci tornerei la risposta è: certo che sì! Altamente raccomandato.

Passato 3 notti in questo piacevole, conveniente hotel nel cuore di Siem Reap.  Le strutture e le camere erano come si aspettavano per questo hotel 5 stelle, ma ciò che lo ha fatto brillare è stato l'amicizia del personale per cui non c'era molto sforzo. Più importante, i migliori cocktail che abbiamo avuto in 4 settimane in SE Asia!

I am pleasantly stunned by the level of service at this mansion. Throughout my 4 days, 3 nights stay here - my fiance and myself have felt taken care of like we've never experienced before. Service with a smile, attentiveness at a level beyond imagination. Some examples (i) had a mini buffet line line day for breakfast, and I saw the staff taking out some fresh papaya, I told my fiancé to be ready and grab them as it's her favourite, the staff came by and asked if w we'd live some fresh cut papaya and she had it delivered to us. (ii) Had a nice sit down by the pool, a staff came by and offered complimentary honey lemon tea and fresh cut apple (iii) got a birthday cake on late arrival back to the property (iv) they take feedback seriously here - made a pleasant remark regarding the laksa served during breakfast - seemed like the entire crew are aware of it prior to the grand send-off on check out. I don't think I'd ever find another accomodation that offer services at this level, oh and our room is clean spacious and smell good throughout our stay! I miss all them already, wish to come back again

Dotazioni: non male, con un senso del design Igiene: relativamente pulita, asciugamani e teli da bagno verranno sostituiti in tempo Ambiente: ha un senso del design. Il corridoio è semiaperto e ci sono molti insetti, caratteristica anche del sud-est asiatico Servizio: Nel complesso buono, lode ai camerieri del ristorante, il servizio è molto buono. Si è verificato un episodio durante il check-out, ma alla fine è stato risolto facilmente. La piscina è bella, ma per i bambini che amano nuotare è più adatta una quadrata.
