Bahamas: hotel con spa nella provincia di New Providence

Oltre a una tassa giornaliera di $55, che non è mai stato menzionato, hanno messo una tassa sul mio biglietto per $200. Un giorno per le attrezzature o le tasse giornaliere, TOTALE $800 BUCKS OBLIGATORI. Non ero in possesso di alcuna proprietà a meno che non fosse dormire nella mia stanza. Quindi, dopo aver controllato, mi hanno informato che sarebbe stato cinque a dieci giorni di business prima di rilasciare il mio $800 deposito. Ora hanno avuto i miei soldi per cinque giorni e ora vogliono tenerli per altri cinque a dieci giorni.. Chi lo fa???

Abbiamo trovato questo resort dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza eccellente. La maggior parte del personale è stata molto accogliente e cortese ogni volta che li abbiamo incontrati. Ho trovato i baristi del bar della hall non molto cordiali. È stato difficile attirare la loro attenzione e a volte mi sono sentito trascurato. Per il resto, ho solo parole positive su questo resort. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie per aver reso il nostro viaggio indimenticabile.

Hotel di supervalutazione, il più bello dei Bahamas, non può essere ritorto e temperato.La famiglia è un buon posto per le vacanze. I bambini amano la spiaggia dei Bahamas molto bene, non sarà troppo caldo, raccomandato.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!) The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?! The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one. All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!

E' stata una bella esperienza, un po' lontana dal centro, ma non c'è stato problema, e' facile raggiungere con un taxi o un autobus, e l'oceano è stato un piacevole viaggio in vacanza proprio davanti all'hotel.

Non lontano dall'aeroporto, ma devo anche chiamare un'auto, questa volta è il miglior hotel delle Bahamas, meglio del countryt di dt, lo stesso prezzo dovrebbe essere il migliore, questo hotel è stato prenotato temporaneamente lo stesso giorno, perché stare L'airbnb a Pig Island è un peccato, quindi ho deciso che la casa sembrava buona e Ctrip non ha commentato, quindi ho pianificato di giocare. Sono arrivato presto, ma ho anche fatto il check-in in anticipo. Se la tariffa è di circa duemila RMB a notte, ho pagato quasi cento dollari di tasse al momento del check-out. Sfortunatamente, non ho avuto l'esperienza della piscina dietro l'hotel. Sembra molto buono. Il soggiorno è molto confortevole, c'è un balcone, l'arredamento è abbastanza nuovo, si consiglia di provare, c'è un casinò al piano di sotto, non è andato.

While this resort should have been the ”highlight” of our trip to Nassau, some things happened during our trip that made us reconsider if we should stay here again if we were to ever return again. The good: the property have lots of wildlife, plants and water park to keep you entertained while you're here. Variety of food options in resort. The bad: While the food is average about $30 per person per meal, the taste is mediocre for what you get. Older property, some things did not work well in our rooms, i.e., Loud AC, broken hairdryer. The really bad: Got charged to my room for something we didn't use we're still trying to dispute. Hotel staff doesn't ask you your last name, just your room number to charge to your room. Seems like anyone to charge anything to your room.

原以為這是一家在度假海島的四季酒店，對服務、衞生等都有期待和預估。沒想到在同一層次中比較，這家相當令人失望了。第一，除了海水的藍令人着迷，酒店設計空間太普通，特別是房間既沒有層高又比較小，設施偏舊。第二，還時常打掃衞生不是太乾淨。有兩個晚上換的被單不乾淨，被搞得過敏了，甚至有輕微異味，第三，最印象深刻的是這裏的服務員，除了個別人合格＇大多數不僅缺乏服務意識，還足足的透着一股隨時指導客户的味道。當我們選擇一次90分鐘的SPA時，房間大亮着，沒有對水療空間的特別設計和關注，混亂、着急的按摩，實在讓人非常吃驚，體驗了這麼多世界頂級的度假酒度，差到這個水平的，實在沒見過。特別是相比於兩個月前，我們剛去過的墨西哥瑰麗酒店，真是有點天上地下的差異了。第四，餐飲普通。唉！放照片時才發現，竟然沒拍房間照片，估計是太差了。沒興趣拍。

Lonah is an asset to the business, fantastic communication pre and during our stay. We stayed in Abacus cottage which was lovely and comfortable and had modern facilities and excellent AC. We used the kayak which was great and enjoyed our time on the sun beds and soaking in the warm sea. Lonah provided excellent tips for places to visit and eat out at, we especially like NRG, turn right at the road and carefully cross the road and go past Swiss Pastry shop and NRG is upstairs within the next shops, sells tasty shakes and wonderful wraps, shrimp and chicken being our favourites, Social Sushi & Johnny Canoe Cafe great for evening food and close by. During our stay in Bahamas we have continued to use Lonah’s suggested taxis contact - Big Mama (aka Leona), she is great and very knowledgeable, we are still using here now. Jitney bus has to be experienced and can either be caught from a bus stop or you just wave at the driver and they will stop, $1.50 per person, Fish Fry approx. 15 mins away on the bus, downtown approx 25mins depending on traffic. We would recommend to all to stay at Blue Ocean Village as you can enjoy the deserted beach away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nassau, but still easily access it via Jitney or private taxis.
