Stayed the night with my boyfriend it’s been a great place for us the last few weeks we’ve been here having a rough time but this has been keeping us float until that changes decent rooms and affordable prices can’t ask for anything more

We stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the ******. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.

Ahmed ci ha salutati e, da quel momento in poi, ci siamo occupati in modo caldo, curato e professionale. Stayed here for one night during the eclipse. The hotel was completely full. They did a great job. The room was clean and quit. It was small and sparsely furnished. The breakfast was good and even though the place was packed, they kept the hot fresh food coming. My only compliant was the price. Almost everyone jacked up the price for the eclipse. I paid over twice what the room was worth. I understand supply and demand but DAMN!!

A bit out-dated but clean, friendly staff, location was very close to what I needed, but too close to everything else! Breakfast eggs were lacking but the biscuits were good! I liked that you could actually open the windows! I recommend staying in a room that faces out the front of the bulding, you get waymore traffic and hospital/ambulance noise on the back side.

Ci piace sempre le Suite Springhill perché sono spaziali e con tre di noi e bagagli, è bello poter avere spazio per diffondersi. Queste Suite Springhill non erano diverse. Dirò che queste Suite Springhill avevano docce spettacolari. So che è un commento strano, ma come qualcuno che viaggia molto, una buona doccia non è sempre facile da trovare, lasciatelo solo uno spettacolare!La colazione era solo ok-- niente di speciale, ma era gratis.

Ottimo soggiorno di 2 notti. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile al check-in. Il colazione era sempre delizioso e caldo. Le camere erano pulite. Grande posizione se stai andando a qualsiasi gioco Arkansas. Varie località di cena vicino. Non ha usato la piscina ma sembrava molto buona.

Abbiamo scelto un ottimo affare online e non ce ne siamo affatto pentiti. Bel posto. Adoro il pavimento in laminato nella stanza. Mio marito adora stare vicino all'aeroporto.

Le lastre da letto (nessun biancheria né un conforto) erano rotte e non pulite. I dispositivi di cucina non possono essere chiusi. Il tappeto aveva pelliccia di animali. Abbiamo un pudello di giocattoli che non lancia! Il letto da letto divano aveva anche qualche rottura. Quando si è verificato, il sistema informatico era sbagliato, quindi non c'era personale sul desk front, doveva essere conveniente, ma le strade circostanti sono in costruzione, quindi dobbiamo fare giri e è stato frustrante.

We had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

Free transportation anywhere within five miles of the hotel. We had a driver that was kind enough to stop by an old college and took photos for us. The manager seemed never to go home. She was so nice. My son and his family were coming in the next day and the manager set up his room so there would be no issue as his father would not be there for his arrival. Another employee saw me with my camera, waiting for my son and grand babies to come in from the airport on the shuttle. She offered to videotape them when they saw me. That was above and beyond customer service. There are many more examples but you get the picture! Absolutely better than the Four Points San Diego!

Paid for a ”suite”; no couch or chair to sit on. There was a rolling desk chair. The room was recently renovated so perhaps the new furniture hasn't come in. Nice large TV for the bed but I couldn't pull up a channel guide. Expanded cable the best I could tell. No premium channels; the best I could tell. Room was clean; comfortable bed. I consider it a safe area; next door to a Twin Peaks restaurant. Prepaid online through Wyndham's website. Check in employee could not see that the reservation was paid; although she admitted the reservation rate was ”pay now”. Sort of self explanatory. She would not accept me showing the charge on my credit card. I personally had to call Wyndham headquarters who in turn called her to instruct her to check me in. This meant looking up the confirmation number and writing it down to communicate with corporate after a day of travel. The Wyndham agent apologized for the experience; the employee did not. I left the desk feeling as if she still thought I was lying. She was never rude but a semi apology for the confusion was warranted and putting me through the hassle of having to call corporate. Having top rewards status with Wyndham should have meant something; or so I thought. Breakfast was much better than expected considering there were very few tenants with the renovation. Pre-fab eggs, link sausage, biscuits/gravy plus many forms of carbs. Several restaurants in the general area; with many choices within a mile. Close to the main freeway but far away enough to be a quiet environment. I understand it will be changed to a Best Western when the renovation is done. I will not return.

Non dirai al cliente che non c'è niente che puoi fare. Anche nota, il motel è proprio fuori strada. Quindi, se sei un sonno leggero, basta notare che sentirai le auto che vanno tutta la notte. Per concludere con un'osservazione positiva, la posizione era ragionevolmente conveniente, le camere erano pulite (nessuna matita in forma strana o letti da letto come ho visto in Florida). Inoltre, se siete disposti a rimanere nella sala fumatori, potete ottenere un buon prezzo!
