I stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts. We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day. As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5. Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days. The restaurant/bar was excellent.

Could definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if I’d paid $75!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the décor and amenities. The facilities were top-notch—quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the breakfast. It was phenomenal! There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries. They even make fresh custom omelets. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was excellent. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return!

Familia preferita! Ci siamo trasferiti diverse volte negli anni da quando abbiamo avuto due figli a Univ. di Arkansas, e questo è più come una casa lontana da casa che un hotel. Il personale è professionale ma personale e amichevole. Il caffè è la birra alle 03:30 Am. Buon colazione con cereali, frutta, uova (omelette, scrambled), salsa e bacon, patate, biscotti e sega, pane, pesche di cavolo, ecc. E un'Ora felice con cibo gratuito (sottosolo, salate, ecc.) e bevande. Le camere sono grandi e senza spot, e ci piace soprattutto le suite con soggiorno, cucina (completamente memorizzata), e due camere con 3 letti grandi. Ci danno anche microonde di popcorn e un sacco di caffè per il produttore di caffè. La prossima volta prendo foto! Dottor Bill.

Ho chiesto di entrare presto, se potessi, perché sono sopravvissuto a un colpo di ferita e ho guidato tutta la notte. La giovane donna mi disse che non aveva le camere disponibili, ma che avrei un figlio come poteva.Tornai in macchina e mi sono cacciato per un po', ma entro quindici minuti la bambina mi disse che aveva una stanza pronta. Sono stato sconvolto e o così grato! Queste giovani signore in questo ufficio frontale erano così piacevoli e così bello e mi hanno fatto sentire così bene e benvenuto. Era come vedere vecchi amici. Avrei consigliato questo posto a qualsiasi mio amico o famiglia

Le cose importanti prima. Pulizia, Ambiente sicuro, Bed Comfortable, Grande Doccia, Bella TV, Buono Size Refrigeratore e un AC che vi congelerà. L'unico sfondo (se non) è il desk front è solo staffato dalle 9 alle 9:00. La colazione continentale complimentare è stata eliminata dal mio soggiorno l'anno scorso. Tuttavia, è possibile ottenere ancora il caffè complimentare da un Keurig nella zona comune che ha precedentemente ospitato il colazione giornaliero. Per il prezzo, penso che sia un grande negoziato. Ho un'altra prenotazione qui entro 30 giorni.

We had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

We selected this hotel primarily for its convenient location, just a short drive from our daughter’s home, as well as its proximity to various shopping options in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help, making us feel right at home. Our room exceeded expectations; it was impeccably clean, thoughtfully arranged, and notably free of any musty odors that can often linger in hotel accommodations. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the attention to detail and excellent service.

We stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the ******. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.
