Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Prefettura di Niigata

The hotel is close to the train station, but need to walk uphill. Although we clearly booked 2 adults 2 kids in Trip.com but the hotel still charged the extra costs for 2 kids (2 years old) for additional 4400 Yen, pay cash at the checkin counter. The room was ready at 3PM and got the room on 3rd floor with mountain view at the back of hotel. The room was spacious, nice and clean. Staff came for turning down the bed futon in the evening. The breakfast was so amazing and plenty of choices. Overall, we had a good stay. 

1.是一間有年代感的旅館，進到旅館裡面要換室內拖鞋，自己的鞋子須拿到左邊的置鞋櫃放，無鑰匙，櫃檯的兩位服務人員態度極佳，女性人員英語能力較好，但年紀也是蠻大的了，辛苦他們！ 2.有越後湯澤車站到旅館的來回接送車，在車站的東口9號站牌位置，到達車站後，請至札口斜對面的雪具行，進去之後再往左邊方向往前，有一個服務櫃台，請把飯店傳給你的訊息（有出現湯澤電氣旅館的字樣就可），跟服務人員說要預約接駁車（說Reserve shuttle bus就可以），他們會給你填單子，寫個名字跟人數而已，然後他們會幫忙打電話給旅館告知，會再跟你說幾點會到，然後在車站哪裡等（會有地圖），也會跟你說是什麼顏色的車子來（當天是綠色的）；退房當天再跟旅館櫃檯預約說要搭幾點的車回車站，接送時刻表都放在櫃檯給旅客看，可以滑完雪回來的時候再講，目前最晚的班次是18:10，過了就要請旅館幫你叫計程車了，或是到附近的「岩原滑雪場前站」搭電車到越後湯澤站！ 3.旅館到岩原滑雪場也會有接駁車（會坐到滑雪場中腹），可以在滑雪的前一晚跟旅館櫃檯講一下，最早班次是08:40，最晚是11:40，從滑雪場回來從13:00開始每個小時一班，最晚是17:00回來旅館，當天如果有坐接駁車去岩原滑雪場的話，司機會問你下午想坐幾點的車回來，他會統計人數位置夠不夠，如果時間上來不及，中腹有公車可以坐下來到山麓，山麓走到到旅館路程不會太遠！ 4.旅館可以租借滑雪服裝跟裝備，價格是比滑雪場便宜的，但還是建議服裝自己自行攜帶，因為當天租借服裝口袋內有發現前一位客人遺留的垃圾跟雪票，很明顯應該來不及洗就掛上去，而且服務樣式、大小選擇性有限，早到是可以早選，從頭到腳所需都有租借（除了貼身的護具沒有之外）服裝跟頭盔可以前一晚租借，滑雪板跟滑雪鞋要當天才能租（早上8點後，要去地下一樓，但還是要先跟櫃檯講）；另櫃檯有販售附近雪場的雪票，有折扣，有需要的人可以給櫃檯買，是雪票兌換券，到雪場的時候在跟售票處換票就好！ 5.旅館有提供晚餐餐盒跟早餐自助吧，都是要自費，在櫃台前看得到資訊，不想買的話，旅館走出去右轉大概3分鐘路程就有一間超商Lawson，建議早點到旅館早點去超商買東西的，因為熟食跟飯糰三明治類的容易被拿光；旅館一樓有微波爐兩台可以使用，在櫃台左方的一個小隔間！ 6.當日住的是和式房間，很有氛圍感，裡面有浴室跟獨立廁所間，也有冰箱，但沒提供飲用水，床鋪要自己鋪，寢具都放在櫥櫃裡面，房間桌上有一本旅館的說明書，裡面會教你怎麼鋪！ 7.有公共澡堂，是一個大池子（開放到凌晨2點），有戶外的一個小池可以泡（只開放到晚上11點），澡堂就在櫃台同一層樓右手邊進去（有告示），澡堂裡面有提供沐浴乳、洗髮乳及吹風機，但毛巾或浴巾要自己從房裡面帶過去，而且東西只是放在一個籃子裡面，沒有上鎖的置物櫃，所以不要帶貴重物品去澡堂！ 8.旅館樓層表示較怪，2樓就是大廳1樓處，所以房號如果是201的話，其實就是在1樓而已，房號301就是在旅館的2樓了，以此類推！ 9.退房的時候還是可以寄放行李，跟櫃臺說聲就好，他們會指定一個大廳位置給你放，當天記得取回就是！ 10.整體來說，這間旅館適合要去岩原滑雪場滑雪的人住，因為滑雪場離這裡真的很近，惟附近真的沒有什麼店家可以用餐（但附近有一間超商，還有加油站可以加油），櫃臺服務人員態度很好，旅館設施較老舊，但不影響住宿，有電梯，也有wifi，一樓有販賣機，也有接駁車接送，不要求旅館要住多高級跟現代化的人，可以來體驗一下日式旅館的氛圍，而且房價也不會太高！

The place is very close to Gala Yuzawa station around 8mins walk. The place is great with attentive staff. There is an available shuttle service where you can call the hotel to fetch you. Downside is that there is no available restaurants nearby so you have to go to Echigo Yuzawa. You can avail the shuttle service. Would have been great if there’s supplementary breakfast. There’s a 300yen fee for bath.

Bella hotel con camere di vario calibro. Per me era abbastanza spazioso. Il letto era comodo, avrebbe voluto un altro cuscino. La stanza era pulita, e mi piaceva poter aprire la finestra. Era piuttosto calda nella stanza perché il riscaldamento era aperto. Anche se l’ho spento, è uscito. La stanza era pulita e aveva tutto quello che avevo bisogno. Il pranzo era buffet e molto buono con molte scelte, sia giapponese che locale e occidentale. La posizione era molto conveniente vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. A circa 5 minuti a piedi. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel ci sono molti posti per mangiare o bere. La stazione è un centro commerciale.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. It was quite a walk to the sightseeing spots so we had to go to the station to catch a loop bus. The hotel was clean and has nice onsen. It's convenient that Dormy Inn provides drinks or even noodles and icecreams. The rooms are not big though.

員工都很有禮，很幫忙，殷勤。有電梯上落各層。有專車接送到JR新幹線站和某些雪場，請跟客服溝通約時間。優雅有早古味道，但設施都狀況良好運作正常。有大型儲物櫃供應，可放雪板，或沒有房間時候放置大型行李。自助早餐還好，雖然是天天同款，不過方便我們快點回房換衣服出去滑雪。地點接近JR站。

We are not allowed to wear our own shoes once we enter the lobby. If we are expected to walk bare feet, maybe the hotel should consider providing guest with indoor slippers. It is very uncomfortable walking to the restaurants barefeet as no matter how clean they keep the floors, there’s bound to be food spills and oily surfaces. Breakfast and Dinner are great, just need more variety for guests staying more than 3 days.

Really love the hotel. Convenient, 10 mins walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station. Rental shop next door is cheaper than in Gala Yuzawa n they provide free shuttle. Room spacious and good amenities. Dinner and breakfast variety and sometimes has halal beef. They have game room so kids can enjoy. Value for money. Will repeat staying here.

温泉目的の一人旅で利用させていただきました。 周辺は田んぼと川が流れており、夜窓を開けておくと、田舎に帰ったような、カエルの大合唱が響いていました。 温泉はぬるめなので夏場の入浴にはとても気持ちよく、疲れを癒すことができました。
