Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Prefettura di Aichi

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire. The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it. That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

The room is spacious, clean with good facilites. There is outdoor public bath apart from the indoor one and this is exceptiknal with business hotels. The semi-buffet style breakfast with very fresh food is good value or money. The hotel is right in front of the Inuyama Station.

Dalla strada, l'ingresso dell'hotel passa inosservato. È un hotel moderno e molto confortevole. Colazione in stile giapponese. Ottima posizione, a 5 metri da una stazione della metropolitana. Ha piscine termali, ma non le abbiamo provate. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Il servizio è stato eccellente per tutti i membri del personale, compreso il team di cucina, ed è stato eccezionalmente gentile e attento. Eravamo particolarmente impressionati che il personale aspettasse nel lobby di ascensore per salutare gli ospiti con un rispettabile arco 90-degree, che riflette davvero il alto livello di ospite giapponese. Durante i nostri dieci giorni in Giappone, ci siamo trasferiti in diversi hotel, e questo era chiaramente per la sua qualità di servizio e servizi. Il colazione era semplice, ma piacevole, ben fatto senza provare troppo duro. Very good capsule hotel with complete facilities. I went during rainy season and we were required to put our shoes in the locker which cause it to not dry the next day. Could be an improvement in the future to allocate a place for our shoes to dry.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

Really love this place it’s in a really narrow street but right in the middle and next to the Westport the amenities are generous great and I’ve never been in a sauna where you can actually see the ocean. They also have a big cold bath and in addition to do Hansen another hot bath next to the sauna they also play really nice music and From analog amplified hi-fi equipment that is top-notch. It’s a real pleasure, even though I’m not geek in that area. The whole island is of course very small does not much to do and you have to go there if you really want to relax and just enjoy some seafood. There are not many restaurants in the area and I would recommend to just reserve food at the hotel I had to breakfast, which was outstanding. It was Shabu Shabu tako squid, and lots of other Japanese sites.

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno! L'hotel mi sentiva nuovo, la stanza era pulita e le strutture erano eccellenti. Amo i popsici liberi nel lobby - era un trattamento perfetto per battere il calore estivale! Il fatto che Donki sia vicino all'hotel è stato un enorme plus per gli acquisti e i pasti di sera.

Situato vicino al fiume Ure, con una bella vista dalla stanza.Poiché ha solo 5-6 camere, è piuttosto esclusivo. Puoi usare i loro 2 bagni a caldo ogni volta per 45 minuti in privato, o puoi andare a piedi per i loro 2 ospiti per i bagni a caldo più grandi. Poiché l'hotel sembra essere convertito da una casa tradizionale, le scale possono essere ridotti e non sono adatte per portare grandi valigie, quindi imballare un piccolo sacchetto e lasciare la valigia giù o in macchina.
