Taj Gurugram mi sembra la mia seconda casa in India. Rimango qui per almeno 10-15 giorni ogni sei mesi e godo sempre il servizio eccezionale e l'ospitalità che questo hotel offre. Faranno del loro meglio per garantire un soggiorno confortevole e sicuro, che è particolarmente importante quando viaggiate da soli. Ritesh, il servizio di custodia, che ha preso cura della mia stanza e la ha tenuta in buone condizioni per tutta la mia permanenza, e io scelgo certamente Taj di nuovo per la mia prossima visita a Gurugram.

Rimango sempre all'hotel Skycity quando visito Gurgaon per affari. Mi piace il personale amichevole e gentile qui. Il ristorante serve cibo sia indiano che giapponese. Un prezzo ragionevole e una posizione conveniente sono anche buoni punti.

good hotel and well maintained. has a spa and massage with good gym facility. Perfect for business traveler. on the highway so makes time travel a lot more easier.

The hotel looks decent from the outside, but the rooms are dated with a stale smell. The room is spacious, so was the bathroom but the taps were creaking with age and the bed and pillows were so soft I find myself sinking into them (in an uncomfortable way). Soundproof needs improvement as I could hear rumblings ***** the corridor as my neighbours walk past and even their closing of doors. Breakfast was quite a spread but nothing much appealed to me (the bacon was so tough it was like plastic I couldn't bite thru), the only plus are their desserts, the muffins were decent. The front desk appears understaffed but they try their best and kept the smiles, mostly.

L'hotel è bello e il letto molto comodo. Anche se abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto non ci sono cammini se volete andare a fare una passeggiata. Ottima funzionalità. La piscina era un po' deludente. Molti pigeoni intorno a lui con pigeon poop non hanno cercato una nuotata, quindi se stai cercando un hotel con una piscina questo non è per te. Il personale era molto attento e sempre a mano così non si può sbagliare la ricezione, ristorante e custodia. Molte varietà nel ristorante. Bella gesto per ottenere una piastra di cookie e cioccolato consegnati alla vostra stanza a mezza sera. Bello bar con orario felice.
