inizialmente volevo pernottare a Sleman perché eravamo di Kaliurang. ma si scopre che anche il servizio di Alana Malioboro è così buono. This was a lovely hotel, the staff were so accommodating. The breakfast was good and because trip.com automatically charged me for a four person booking when there was three, the hotel let me have an extra breakfast each day for take away. Highly recommended hotel.

staffs were nice, warm, and helpful. clean room and facilities all around. welcome drinks provided at rooftop bar. location wise, close to plaza ambarrukmo and old airport but not so close to city centre.

The hotel reception was very helpful, even going out of their way to help me print and scan a document I needed. The hotel pool provides a nice atmosphere, and they even gave a coupon for a discount at the restaurant. The room was fine, perfect for what I needed. The AC and water worked great and the Wifi was strong.

Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty.
