Hotel Pandanaran Prawirotaman is a great place to stay, especially for its affordable price of around RM240++ for a full 4D3N trip. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the location is very strategic. It’s just 5 minutes from Malioboro for shopping, and right next to the famous Tempo Gelato. There are plenty of coffee shops and food options nearby, making it easy to find something to eat. The service is excellent—food arrives in under 30 minutes and the spa offers relaxing in-room massages. Plus, the plugs work with all devices, so there’s no need for a travel adapter. Highly recommended for a comfortable, convenient and budget-friendly stay!

This is exactly 5 Star Hotel 5 star location 5 star service. Due to my tiring journey, i am a bit moody upon check-in. It's just a silly mistake that's blown me out during check-in. Poor receptionists have to face the situations . Honestly, they are professional and manage to handle the situation. Congrats to the front office manager and general manager that you trained your staff well towards 5 star standards. Not to forget Ms Chantika guest service officers, you are amazing. You turned my anger to guiltily. Overall, the hotel service tip top 5 star , the location fantastic attached to the big mall that you can find everything there. Cleanliness superb. Even i just request for prayer mate they delivered with sarong which is well packed for hygiene purpose. The bed is pretty comfortable. I feel like I don't want to leave the room . From top management to the service staff, they are pretty humbled. Listen to your problem and take immediate action to get the hotel guest feel comfortable. Thank you for making my day .

We had a great stay of four days at this wonderful heritage hotel that has been maintained and preserved in an excellent way. Our rooms balcony lookout wasn’t great and we were moved by kind staff who responded quickly to our concerns. We had a lovely room with beautiful local decorations. The pool and the gym were maintained very well and had modern equipment. There were lovely service areas for the bar and restaurant that kept to the heritage traditions, as well as a local room that was restored with historic arts and furniture. All in all a great stay - it was quiet although on a major road and close to tourist sights and shops and restaurants. Very good value as such a hotel in other cities around the world would be many more time as expensive.

This hotel doesn't look like a 5 star hotel, there are dirty stains on the sheets and pillows, but overall the service is good, the staff is friendly, clean and comfortable

È un bel hotel con un senso di lusso. Il piacevole odore all'ingresso crea un'atmosfera accogliente. Il design interno è unico e moderno.. Mi è davvero divertito il mio soggiorno di due notti qui. L'ospitalità era eccezionale e mi sorprendeva piacevolmente ricevere cioccolato al check-in entrambi i giorni.

Stayed at this resort for 5 nites in July 2023. Check-in was smooth. Upon checking in we were given packet of koi food pellets for feeding. Room was super comfy with private balcony & lake view. Breakfast was great. This resort provide laundry service at an affordable price and daily housekeeping. For added convenience, westlake resto is just around e corner less than 5 mins walk. However, it is quite a distance for one to travel to Malioboro. Overall, it's a great experience & great resort for vacation.

However, the amenities could use some improvement. While the basics were covered, I noticed a lack of certain facilities that are typically expected, such as a fully operational lounge. During my stay, the lounge was not open, which was a bit disappointing as it limited some of the expected conveniences. The available amenities were functional but felt basic, catering to travelers with minimal needs. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, this might not be the best fit, but for a short, peaceful trip, it does the job well. The dining options were decent but not remarkable. There was a good variety of dishes, and the quality was satisfactory, though it didn’t particularly stand out. Swiss-Belhotel Airport Yogyakarta is a good choice if you prioritize convenience and peace over proximity to the city’s main attractions. It serves as a functional stopover for travelers who value being near the airport and are okay with fewer amenities. While there’s room for improvement in terms of facilities and accessibility to the city, it’s a suitable option for a short and quiet stay. Would I stay here again? Possibly, but primarily for the convenience of its location near the airport.
