Spagna: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Aragona

My stay at the Catalonia El Pilar was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel has a charm and quality that far exceeds its official four-star rating, and I firmly believe it deserves a fifth star. From the moment I entered, I was struck by the beautiful, character-filled decor. The hotel masterfully blends historic charm with modern comfort, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. This sense of character extends to the rooms, which are impeccably clean and spacious. The excellence began at check-in with the wonderfully helpful and efficient receptionist service. Every staff member I encountered was professional and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide and delicious selection of hot and cold items that provided the perfect start to each day of exploration. It is clear that the management is doing an excellent job. The seamless operation, the motivated staff, and the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property speak volumes about their leadership. A final note on the location: Zaragoza itself is an amazing city, a captivating blend of history, culture, and vibrant local life. For better or worse, it remains wonderfully off-the-beaten-track for the majority of travelers, making it a truly authentic Spanish discovery. Combining this incredible city with a hotel of such high caliber makes for an unforgettable trip. I would not hesitate to return and cannot recommend the Catalonia El Pilar highly enough

Il personale si sentiva inamici fin dall'inizio. Il loro atteggiamento era freddo e rigido. Non c'era senso di calore o benvenuto. Le interazioni si sentivano incomode. Non potevo aspettare di andarmene. La prenotazione era troppo rigorosa. La piscina e il ristorante richiedevano slot rigidi. Non si sentiva come una vacanza. Sentiva controllato invece di rilassarsi. Le regole hanno preso il piacere. Al ristorante, volevo guardare intorno e ammirare il design, ma mi è stato detto di rimanere seduto. Mi sentivo difensivo e inutile, come essere trattato come un bambino. Non mi sentivo mai così incomodo prima. Solo al checkout, mi è stato detto il costo della piscina extra. Non è stato mai detto chiaramente prima, ma, a prescindere da questo ”missinteso”, è molto deludente che un hotel a cinque stelle abbia pagato un premio per l'uso della piscina. L'hotel è bellissimo e il cibo era delizioso. Purtroppo, il personale rovina l'esperienza, e la loro atteggiamento ombra tutto il resto. Io consiglio di visitarla se si passa attraverso la zona, ma non consiglio di dormire qui affatto.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Silken Reino de Aragón during our last two days before flying back to London. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Zaragoza’s old town, making it easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy its historic atmosphere. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well-maintained. We were given a spacious corner room, which felt bright and relaxing, and the beds were particularly comfortable—perfect for a good rest after travelling. There is also a bar and restaurant conveniently located on-site, which adds to the overall ease of the stay. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and friendly, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout our visit. Overall, a lovely hotel that I would happily recommend for anyone visiting Zaragoza.

Located inside of Zaragoza rail station ,super nice to access to another places as a connected transportation.I selected a suit room and enjoyed spacious lounge.very suitable for business travelers who rush to move.but the hotel is being built along the station building, super long horizontally ,hard to walk from elevator ,my room was quite far from elevator even if it was in the middle of building.so might not be a good choice for lazybones .the heater did not work well ,probably due to the big room, I had a cold night unfortunately.if you want to hang out in the downtown, had better book other hotels near central area.

Hugely disappointing. Although the hotel is clean with large double rooms and well situated, it was a huge disappointment to see the state of this 4 star hotel which is in desperate need of renovation. It is simply shameful that a hotel which bears the name of one of Zaragoza's most illustrious painters of all times has been left to such a poor and outdated décor and still charging 4 star rates. Not acceptable on so many levels. This hotel belongs to the same company owning two fabulous 5 star hotels Palafox and Reina Petronila. Hotel Goya is no longer a 4* hotel and should be degraded to a very old 3* star, one in urgent need of a total refurbishment.

Un hotel di base che per dormire in un viaggio di lavoro è buono, con parcheggio proprio davanti.

Molto buon hotel, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, c'è un McDonald's vicino. Molto bene, il proprio ristorante dell'hotel è anche buono, non è costoso.E'che il bagno è in piedi in bagno, la piastra è piatta, non uscire per fare il bagno, pericoloso, c'è un po'di acqua calda sotto il bagno. Oltre a questo, gli altri sono davvero buoni.

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones. La ubicación es ideal para mi intención, la habitación amplia, sólo poco iluminada si hay que poner un pero, y al baño no le faltaba ni un perejil. Muy contenta.

La stanza è accogliente e le nostre aspettative sono soddisfatte. Abbiamo anche pagato 25 euro per persona per godere delle strutture spa per un'ora che troviamo di valore se si cerca una sessione rilassante dopo un giorno di cammino. Il bagno non è il più grande o il più grande, ma fa il suo lavoro con hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, ecc. È tranquillo durante la nostra visita con nessun altro così basicamente abbiamo avuto un'esperienza privata. Ricordate di portare i vostri flip-flop e cappotto di nuoto che sono obbligatori.
