excellent service, all the staffs are kind and helpful! the room is clean, the corridor is clean, bright and aesthetic with not too much deco. i'm just a bit unsatisfied with the pool because it's a bit dirty, many bugs in the water, and it doesn't cold enough. the food for breakfast was ok, not too many choices but still good because of their taste. i will recommend this hotel for those who need short transit from the airport because it's near.

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente all'arrivo da Septi che ha organizzato il nostro check-in. Ci è stato detto che le nostre camere non erano pronte perché siamo arrivati ​​molto prima dell'orario di check-in alle 15:00. Siamo andati a Marioboro, la principale via dello shopping della città. E veniamo avvisati da WhataApp quando la nostra camera è pronta. Ci è stata assegnata una camera al 6° piano che ha una bellissima vista sulla piscina e sul campo da golf. L'hotel dispone di un ampio complesso ed è concepito come un resort. È vecchio ma tutto funziona. I servizi non sono tutti lontani. Non li trovi più nei nuovi hotel. La colazione era buona con una buona scelta di piatti locali e internazionali e cambio giornaliero del menu. Abbiamo apprezzato 3 colazioni durante il nostro soggiorno. Nel complesso, tutto il personale è stato cordiale e ha offerto il miglior servizio caloroso con un sorriso. Ci siamo sentiti molto rilassati e accolti. Continuate così Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta!

Si raccomanda di raggiungere un hotel di bilancio , appena oltre la stazione ferroviaria , a piedi a Maliboro Street a soli 2 minuti dall' hotel .

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

Overall the stay was very comfortable. Room was big for 2 pax and bed was comfortable. Good TV channels. Location wise, it is opposite the train station and walking distance to malioboro. Despite being close to train station, the room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Food at restaurant (or can order Room service) was really memorable I.e. iga bakar and pisang goreng keju. Very good service by hotel staff. Overall, recommended and we will definitely come back here again.

La camera era bella e pulita, il letto era comodo e l'aria condizionata era ottima. Il bagno era molto piccolo ma funzionava bene. Siamo rimasti delusi dal dover pagare un extra per l'uso della piscina, dato che avevamo prenotato questo hotel perché ne aveva una, che davamo per scontato fosse inclusa nel prezzo della camera.

Stayed at this resort for 5 nites in July 2023. Check-in was smooth. Upon checking in we were given packet of koi food pellets for feeding. Room was super comfy with private balcony & lake view. Breakfast was great. This resort provide laundry service at an affordable price and daily housekeeping. For added convenience, westlake resto is just around e corner less than 5 mins walk. However, it is quite a distance for one to travel to Malioboro. Overall, it's a great experience & great resort for vacation.

Where to begin? The Manohara hotel is simply amazing. The ambiance, the staff, the facilities, and even the fragrance you can feel in the air. It had one the greatest and most complete breakfasts we have ever had. You will find a great variety both for western or eastern turists. Even a cotton candy station! We put the bar, the restaurant, the spa, the gym and even the laundry service to the test and the result was always incredible. Thank you, everyone!
