la posizione è davvero buona.. la pulizia è anche la stessa.. assicurarsi che la tua stanza abbia una finestra 🪟. Non ho notato questo dettaglio.. ma i letti sono flessibili.. non c'è bollitore o panno per il bagno e lo shampoo era scarso..

Excellent service, as always. Good gym facilities and pool. Changing rooms being refurbished but robes are provided instead. Beautiful room - I was upgraded to a suite on this particular stay. Great location, convenient to M3. I stay here regularly and it never disappoints. Also very good value for money.

Non posso fare nulla, un posto davvero bello per stare con i piccoli. Ci hanno guardato con i loro contatti speciali, tra cui un'ampia zona di gioco e latte e biscotti in letto

This time we have the view overlooking the Utilita Bowl and it was fantastic.

Il personale è eccezionale, e non è troppo per loro, sono molto amichevoli e disposti ad aiutare ogni occasione. La stanza era luminosa e spaziosa e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per il nostro breve soggiorno come coppia con il nostro amico furry in trail. L'hotel mostra segni di bisogno di un po' di TLC nelle aree, ma in generale è stato bello e confortevole e grande al punto di prezzo. Il primo parcheggio sembrava doloroso, ma dopo aver contattato il personale meraviglioso, ci è stato concesso un permesso di parcheggio sulla strada. In generale, consiglierei questo hotel e dire 4-4.5 su 5 è stato un buon punteggio.

Nice, comfortable and very friendly hotel. Huge double bed. All rooms are very clean. A car park is very close to the hotel ( walk out of the hotel door, across the road and your in the carpark.

Poiché non sono auto guidato, la posizione dell'hotel è un po' lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria di Southampton. Solo un'ora di autobus dell'hotel ha un'ora. Un po'inconveniente, ma la decorazione dell'hotel è completamente conforme ai miei requisiti. È molto storico che l'architettura inglese ha una piscina, La colazione è molto dolce nello spazio vecchio inglese come nuovo giorno.

Rimanete qui per qualche settimana e avete una migliore esperienza. Checkin ha detto che siamo pieni e dovete prendere un letto gemelle. Poi ha chiesto di pagare, ma io avevo già pagato. La stanza aveva una finestra che era una vista interna. Il bagno si è battuto per rimanere riempito come problema con il piatto. La luce sopra il bagno si è accennata e si è smesso per un po'. L'atteggiamento dalla ricezione era povero, siamo pieni, niente possiamo fare!

Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests. Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer. I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast. Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise! Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village! It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!
