È stato piacevolmente incontrato alla reception e è stato molto bello mettere tutto quello che si potrebbe volere sarà di nuovo visitare per qualche notte

Few niggles but fantastic stay overall especially the Spa service! Didn’t order food or try the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Toilet facilities fully equipped with essentials you might be missing, like toiletries for women, dry shampoo and deodorant. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, so it’s a nice touch! Close to the station which is a bonus, a little walk to the city centre with plenty of places to eat.

Poiché non sono auto guidato, la posizione dell'hotel è un po' lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria di Southampton. Solo un'ora di autobus dell'hotel ha un'ora. Un po'inconveniente, ma la decorazione dell'hotel è completamente conforme ai miei requisiti. È molto storico che l'architettura inglese ha una piscina, La colazione è molto dolce nello spazio vecchio inglese come nuovo giorno.

A repeat visit to Norton Park Spa Hotel. I really enjoy the peaceful location with beautiful grounds where you can walk through woodland or sit on a swing gazing out at the lake. The spa is perfectly acceptable - no idea why some have left bad reviews. Great sauna and steam room, plus real ice pile and strong, cold (or hot) shower available close to these two facilities which is great extra. Pool is big enough to swim laps (not just a token effort) and there are couple of heated, tiled loungers pool side too. I treated myself to a treatment of back massage and full body exfoliation with oil application, which was absolutely wonderful. Relaxation room after the treatment was welcome touch. I have used spas across the world at top hotels and this was up there with the best. Restaurant is really high quality, certainly above my expectations of British hotel catering. The breakfast buffet has everything you could require - although it is self-service on the tea/coffee which I'd rather have served to table - plus you can order extras for free, like poached eggs and porridge, which are then cooked to order. There are also some pay-for extras if required. Dinner was even more fantastic - have eaten there four times in two stays and cannot fault.

Servizio amichevole da tutti noi incontrati. Le signore alla reception hanno preso cura speciale della mia 2 anni quando siamo entrati e le hanno dato un'attività di colorazione di Pasqua mentre ci siamo accolti. Le camere sono di base ma ok. Il letto è enorme e molto confortevole. Il con non circola molto bene, sotto di esso, congelamento, nel letto che sto bollindo. Anche cosa è il contratto senza frigorifero nella stanza? Il ristorante è ok, un po' sopra costoso per quello che è davvero e è stato un giorno soleggiato e così, così caldo.il solo aprile e io svegliavo! Potrei fare con un po' di aria con o circolare l'aria in essa. Ma è un posto bello, se il tuo fan di cricket lo ama e si oppone ad un campo da golf così bello guardare anche quella parte. Sono rimasto prima e sarà di nuovo

Le camere sono state molto confortevoli e confortevoli solo a terra, ma per la strega di nuoto è necessario che la gente che si ferma li paghi gratuitamente.

Lovely stay, would recommend!

It was a great experience for us as a family, I have to booked 2 rooms to accommodate the family of four, everything was absolutely fantastic. Kids enjoyed the food. It was 9/10 stars for all, except that it took us so long to wait for the room that was interconnected with the other room. I was told at first that it was interconnected but then when we went in there it wasn’t. huge thanks to Ms. Nadia from the front desk who was there to help us and got everything sorted for 10 minutes. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly 😊 we will definitely be back again.
