Vietnam: hotel con spa nella provincia di Provincia di Lao Cai

Ho ricevuto un servizio di upgrade della camera come una grande opportunità per una bellissima vista. Anche se ha piovuto, ho trascorso una giornata fantastica con una vista meravigliosa e sono deluso. Sarebbe stato fantastico se il tempo fosse stato bello, ma anche se piove ed è un po' nuvoloso Bella vista e nessuna comunicazione in vietnamita Abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per fornire il miglior servizio utilizzando l'inglese e il linguaggio del corpo. Mi hanno aiutato a utilizzare le strutture comodamente. La colazione non è un pasto a buffet. Te lo portano quando ordini, così puoi goderti una varietà di uova. Puoi mangiare quanto vuoi senza appesantirti, come frutta, yogurt e spaghetti di riso. Ho potuto fare una colazione rinfrescante con una vista fantastica. La migliore sistemazione! Altamente raccomandato se andate a Sapa:)

Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is beautifully designed — Bensley really created a masterpiece right in the heart of Sapa. Loved all the little details, the beautiful pool and the cosy atmosphere. The breakfast also offered a wide spread of selections. The service was also genuinely top-notch and everyone was so warm and attentive. Definitely one of our favourite stays in Sapa!

Vorrei esprimere i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti all’Hotel e al Spa Sapa, che hanno detto di voler fornire “un’abitazione lontana da casa”, e che hanno davvero fatto la promessa. Da quando siamo arrivati a Sapa al mattino, il personale ci ha consentito di controllare in anticipo; dopo un treno di notte, riuscire a riposare un po’ prima di esplorare Sapa era una benedizione. Non appena entrammo nella stanza, ci sorprendeva la sua spaziosa e pulita, e la vista chiara del lago dalla finestra era semplicemente bella. Il ricevitore ha anche suggerito diverse attività locali per noi, e anche se non potevamo unirci a causa del tempo, apprezzavamo davvero le sue conseguenze. Il giorno della partenza, abbiamo preso un autobus di notte da Sapa, e l'hotel ci ha lasciato usare generosamente la loro bagno per rinfrescarsi prima del viaggio. Ci siamo sentiti veramente curati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, e io consiglio sinceramente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Sapa.

Our group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process. The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure. While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high. Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them. The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks. In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Ho soggiornato due notti al Sapa Bamboo Hotel. La posizione era fantastica, con molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. Alcune attrazioni come la Chiesa di Pietra, Sapa Square, il Museo di Sapa, Sun Plaza e Moana sono raggiungibili a piedi (5-15 minuti). La colazione era deliziosa. Il personale era disponibile e cortese. Le strutture sono generalmente pulite e ben tenute, ad eccezione dei bagni della piscina che necessitano di miglioramenti. Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno in hotel.

(Visited over Easter 2026) The experience has honesly be extrodinary and I'd say this is one of the most personal service I have experienced in my travels. The hotel itself was beautiful as you would expect from the Garrya and Banyan Tree group. However it's the dedicated team who goes above and beyond that makes the experience so forgettable. Chung and his team has really cultivated a culture where the team not only listens, but actively making your stay as perfect as possible. There are many occasions where my casual comments had turned into their missions to make it happen. Not only is the team professional, but also knowledgeable. I was particular impressed by Trung's (Front of House) of clocking my stay at the Hotel de la Coupole in Sapa (I was carrying their paper bag) and knowing that its the same interior architect, Bill Bensley who also designed my favourite hotel Intercontintal Danang (My work is interiors related). It is moment like this you know you will be well looked after. That is on top of everything else he has done for me during my stay. Meanwhile the F&B Team has also done a great job and making me feel welcome no matter where I am. Notible mentioned are (excuse my spelling from now on) Ivesh, Skritee although young in this hotel, were eager to engage and learn. Meanwhile Minh and Thrugye at Refresh and Charcoal were always ready to help. On my last day I also had the pleasure of meeting the F&B Manager whom as I was in a hurry and her name slipped my mind. It was very thoughtful of her preparing a pastry box for me knowing I have a 6 hr journey back to the airport. Garrya Mu Cang Chai really is the golden standard of hospitality. It is rare to see such dedication especially for a destination hotel which you don't often get a lot of returining customers. I truely wish the team well and I am looking forward to coming back to experience a different season in the region. La vista dall'hotel è molto bella. E il balcone ha un'ottima vista. Servizio eccellente, camere pulite, molto spaziose, non anguste. Strutture complete, facile raggiungere il villaggio dei gatti, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno a The Myst Sapa, e ciò che ha reso speciale è stato l'ospitalità meravigliosa di Henry e della sua squadra Kate, Pink, Claudia e Kelvin. Erano tutti così caldi, amichevoli e utili durante il nostro soggiorno, e ci siamo sentiti veramente attenti. Il resort è solo poche settimane nuove, quindi tutto si sente fresco, pulito e pulito. Abbiamo prenotato due camere con vista sulla montagna al livello 3, entrambe erano spaziose, molto pulite e attrezzate con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Il set di tè giornaliero e le bevande solari erano un bel gesto e rendevano il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Il resort è situato su una cortina, ma ci sono due corteggi convenienti a piedi verso la strada principale. Si tratta di una passeggiata 5-minute a Sun Plaza, dove possiamo facilmente accedere alla macchina monorail e cavo a Fansipan. Molti ristoranti, e caffè a piedi. E' stato anche molto conveniente trovare una tomba in qualsiasi luogo. Ma ciò che ci era stato davvero in mente era come il personale andava oltre quanto ci aspettavamo, e Henry ci ha aiutato a contattare e a organizzare il nostro servizio di limuzina da Sapa a Hanoi. Quando mi serviva un trattamento dentale di emergenza, lui ha assistito personalmente a contattare e a contattare la clinica dentale. Quando mi sprayi il piede, Pink ha anche aiutato a contattare una clinica e a organizzare un raggio X per assicurarsi che non ci fosse frattura. Questi piccoli atti di cura ci hanno significato molto, soprattutto quando viaggiavano. E non dimenticare la squadra di ristorante soprattutto il signor Dur, il cui umore ha sempre portato un sorriso ai nostri volti! 😄 Il servizio caldo di tutti ha reso i nostri pasti ancora più piacevoli. Inizialmente avevamo previsto di rimanere per un breve periodo, ma ci siamo divertiti così tanto che abbiamo finito di prolungare il nostro soggiorno di una notte. Grazie, Henry e l'intera squadra di The Myst Sapa, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così memorabile e confortevole. Sicuramente ci ricorderemo della gentilezza e dell'ospitalità che abbiamo ricevuto qui. ❤️

Ho prenotato il Signature Bungalow. Mi aspettavo una vista dalla vasca da bagno, ma nella prima stanza che ho ricevuto la vasca era direttamente visibile dal giardino antistante. La camera appena assegnata non aveva vista dalla vasca ed era completamente diversa dalla foto fornita da Trip.com. È un bel posto in cui vale la pena tornarci, ma non credo che ci sia motivo di pagare un extra per un bungalow esclusivo.

Un consiglio per il prossimo viaggiatore, inviate un'e-mail direttamente all'hotel dopo la prenotazione per confermare le vostre richieste. Ho richiesto 2 letti singoli più check-in posticipato nella casella delle richieste, ma ho inviato solo un'e-mail per il check-in posticipato, quindi abbiamo avuto 1 letto grande. Chiedete anche che la vostra camera sia lontana dall'angolo del buffet, il 302, per fortuna avevamo il 301, quindi abbiamo sentito solo un po' di attività. La camera era comoda e valeva il prezzo, ma non c'era abbastanza riscaldamento durante il nostro soggiorno. Se partite la sera prima del check-out, informate la reception in anticipo in modo che possano prepararvi degli spuntini. L'hotel è vicino al centro tramite il primo piano, una rampa di scale e un paio di minuti a piedi. Google Maps mostra solo l'ingresso principale, ma non la scorciatoia.
