"L'arredamento interno mostra i segni del tempo, e c'è un solo ascensore, ma le camere sono controllate in modo smart, la pulizia è buona e il letto è confortevole. La posizione è ottima, a meno di 200 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana e dalle fermate dell'autobus. In taxi, ci vogliono solo 16 yuan per arrivare al Giardino dell'Amministratore Umile. La posizione è molto vicina alle stazioni della metropolitana per il Giardino dell'Umile Amministratore, il Museo di Suzhou e il Giardino del Bosco del Leone (proprio di fronte), e a circa 10 minuti a piedi da Pingjiang Road.
Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Per cenare, si consigliano le offerte per gruppi. Se desiderate un pasto sul lungomare, potete approfittare delle offerte per gruppi per recarvi nella zona di Pingjiang Road. MMin YeeL'hotel si trova nella pittoresca zona di Pingjiang Road, dove è stato piacevole passeggiare per la zona alla ricerca di souvenir, artigianato, snack e cucina locale. Il personale e il direttore dell'hotel sono cordiali, disponibili e hanno un buon atteggiamento di servizio, anche se le nostre camere si trovano al secondo piano, non abbiamo dovuto preoccuparci di trascinarle su perché il personale ci ha aiutato a portarle su e giù. Ci sono piaciuti molto i biscotti e gli snack gratuiti forniti alla reception. La camera con vista sul fiume è bella e ci offre scorci di cultura viva mentre gli anziani sedevano su panchine di pietra per chiacchierare, il trambusto dei pedoni che camminavano in giro. Poiché l'ingresso principale dell'hotel si trova in un piccolo vicolo, sarà utile contattare l'hotel in anticipo per le indicazioni.

Potete fare una passeggiata lungo Pyeonggang-ro ogni volta che ne avete voglia. Potete fare una breve passeggiata a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte.
La colazione è pulita e conveniente. Anche la camera è pulita.
È piacevole sedersi in camera o sul balcone in comune e rilassarsi. Anche la vista notturna è splendida, quindi prendetevi una tazza di tè caldo e rilassatevi!

2205316****Attratto dall'arredamento unico della camera, ho cambiato itinerario e sono andato a Zhouzhuang. Il parcheggio n. 2 è a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'alloggio. La sala da tè dell'alloggio è ricca di dettagli. Ci sono piccoli ponti e acqua corrente, uno studio fotografico di famiglia e una piscina all'aperto (la qualità dell'acqua dimostra l'attenta gestione del proprietario). Il tè Kung Fu e il camino sono perfetti per chiacchierare. Gli articoli da toeletta, come olio di cavallo, polistirolo e spazzolini da denti, dimostrano l'attenzione del proprietario alla qualità (paragonabili a quelli per uso domestico, non volevo buttarli via, quindi li ho portati a casa). La colazione gratuita è servita da Laozaotou sulla strada (girare a sinistra dopo essere usciti dalla porta, accanto al Tempio Taoista di Chengxu). A partire dalle 6 del mattino, è possibile scegliere tra vari snack locali come wonton, xiaolongbao e noodles Aozao. La colazione è deliziosa. P.S.: La proprietaria di Manxingju, Huanmei, è una donna meravigliosa, bella e di buon cuore. È stato un viaggio meraviglioso. Non vedo l'ora di incontrarti di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteI really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy.
The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city.
Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options.
Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

LLiuzhuyuanInnanzitutto, un elogio speciale a Luanne che mi ha contattato il giorno prima del mio arrivo per organizzare il viaggio. Durante il soggiorno, è stata estremamente attenta alle esigenze e al benessere degli ospiti, dimostrando una professionalità e un impegno eccezionali.
In secondo luogo, l'hotel nel suo complesso si presenta in modo impeccabile, con una gestione fluida delle procedure, politiche flessibili e una colazione deliziosa. Le camere sono pulite e la vista incantevole (anche se un giorno c'era molta nebbia e non si vedeva granché, quindi non posso esprimermi su ogni singola vista).
Infine, ringrazio Luanne e tutto il personale coinvolto per il loro duro lavoro. Nel complesso, do un giudizio di cinque stelle all'hotel!

MMusaOur stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime.
Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor.
The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish.
Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

UUtente ospiteServizi: Un po' datati. Trattandosi di un hotel a cinque stelle di lunga data, potrebbe migliorare ancora, soprattutto per adattarsi alle tendenze attuali. In particolare, è necessario aggiungere box doccia; avere solo la vasca è piuttosto scomodo.
Pulizia: Abbastanza soddisfacente, ma si potrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli. Ad esempio, le macchie d'acqua sui comodini, forse difficili da rimuovere a causa del tempo, sono comunque spiacevoli da vedere.
Ambiente: L'ambiente è molto buono, in una posizione centrale e ben collegata. La hall è maestosa ed elegante, e l'atmosfera generale è molto piacevole. Anche l'offerta gastronomica è completa e varia, si mangia bene. Sarebbe però meglio se al momento del check-in venisse comunicata la posizione della camera. Alcune camere si affacciano sul retro della strada e non offrono alcuna vista, il che può influire sull'esperienza degli ospiti.
Servizio: All'altezza di un hotel a cinque stelle. Ci sono addetti che accolgono gli ospiti all'ingresso e all'uscita, e un portiere. La reception è cordiale e attenta, aiutano con i bagagli e offrono anche un piccolo omaggio. Si percepisce molta cura e attenzione. Tornerò sicuramente per provare l'ambiente e il servizio della nuova ala.
