By far the best non-chain hotel in Vietnam I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel and the room are new and clean. Loads of free bottles of water were available in the room and the lobby. The favorable price included a breakfast buffet that offered a lot.

Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

I have stayed at Grand Phoenix Hotel Bac Ninh many times, and every visit continues to reinforce why it is my first choice whenever I am in Bac Ninh. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality mattresses and bedding that make it easy to get a deep, restful sleep, even after long workdays. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and well soundproofed, which is not always easy to find in Bac Ninh. Cleanliness is consistently maintained at a high standard, and housekeeping is both thorough and discreet. Every time I return, the room feels fresh, well prepared, and welcoming. The location of Grand Phoenix Hotel is another major advantage. It is very convenient for accessing industrial zones, factories, and business offices around Bac Ninh, while still being close to restaurants, cafés, and daily necessities. Whether I need to go out for meetings, dinner, or just a short walk in the evening, everything is within easy reach. For frequent travelers like me, this level of convenience saves a lot of time and effort. The service deserves special mention. The staff are professional, polite, and familiar with repeat guests. Check-in and check-out are always smooth, and any requests are handled efficiently. Many of the staff speak good English, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Their attitude is warm but not intrusive, creating a relaxed and reliable atmosphere that makes me feel at home. The hotel’s facilities also meet the needs of business travelers very well. The breakfast is varied and well organized, offering both Asian and Western options. The gym, pool, and other amenities are clean and well maintained, providing a good way to unwind after work. Overall, Grand Phoenix Hotel Bac Ninh is a hotel I trust and return to regularly. It offers consistent quality, comfortable sleep, convenient location, and dependable service. For anyone traveling to Bac Ninh frequently, especially for business, this hotel is an excellent and reliable choice.

I noodles al manzo sono i migliori che abbia mai mangiato in Vietnam. La spa ha 3-4 saune calde. Gli ospiti possono accedervi gratuitamente. Receptionist gentili. Tuttavia, ho prenotato due volte in due mandala la stessa sera (posizione sbagliata). Questo problema non è ancora stato risolto.

近期酒店價格性價比很高，非常適合來住。客氣清新，最重要是安靜。健身房和游泳池在北寧酒店算第一梯隊。接待前台桂英小姐姐很nice，主動幫忙叫車還開車送我到大門口。酒店整體服務一如既往地舒適。下次再來住。

Quando prenoti un hotel, dovrebbe essere bello pensare che il nuovo hotel aperto in 2025, quindi prova.Il risultato è ancora sorpreso, non devi preoccuparti per il modo in cui l'hotel opera. Il traffico dell'hotel è inconveniente, l'ambiente circostante è molto timido e non si sente sviluppato.La nuova decorazione dell'hotel è relativamente vecchia, si sente anche cinque anni fa, e molto semplificata, il mobilio è un materiale relativamente basso. La camera è dotata di un bagno, non c'è ancora nessun bagno, molto inconveniente.Il bagno è ancora in bagno, e il canale d'acqua è molto pesante.Ma l'acqua è molto calda. L'aria condizionata è corretta per il letto, è facile da freddare Non c'è un cappello nella stanza, il materiale mobiliare è molto comune. Pochi sedili, la prossima TV, una sola a letto La luce esterna dell'elevatore dell'hotel non è luminosa. Devi essere buio per trovare l'interruttore. L'aria condizionata non è necessaria al piano di sotto. Il vantaggio è che il Wi-Fi è buono e stabile. Non c'è nessun aiuto per la colazione, non c'è scelta, e alla fine non c'è colazione. Non consigliamo l'hotel.

Tutto è pulito, ma le strutture non sono abbastanza buone. Non hanno sapone e condizionatore a mano.
