Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

Grande soggiorno per i viaggiatori di business L'hotel è un grande hotel ben attrezzato che è perfetto per un viaggio di lavoro. Il ristorante al tetto offre un'atmosfera piacevole e buon cibo, e la piscina è sicuramente un stand un grande posto per rilassarsi. L'atrio è adatto per un rapido allenamento durante un giorno lavorativo impegnato. La posizione vicino alla città di Bakhnin è conveniente se siete lì per lavoro, con facile accesso alle aree vicine. In generale, un soggiorno solido per i viaggiatori di business che cercano comfort e comodità.

La stanza è grande, ci sono divano, ci sono lavastoviglie!La sala di lavanderia è cinese, può anche andare a trovare tutti i tipi di cibo vicino alla strada del cibo, il ponte è oltre e un grande centro commerciale.Il rapporto qualità e buon prezzo, vale la pena raccomandare!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was characterized by high standards of cleanliness, a well-appointed interior, and exceptionally professional service. The room was spacious, the linens were crisp, and the central location made it an ideal choice for my trip. However, there was one persistent issue that significantly marred an otherwise perfect experience: the auditory disturbance emanating from the ventilation system during the night. While the rest of the room was a sanctuary of comfort, the exhaust vent above the sleeping area began to emit a series of disruptive noises as soon as the building settled into the quiet of the late hours. The most prominent sound was a constant, rhythmic trickling—much like water rushing through pipes or a leaky faucet—which echoed through the ductwork. This was accompanied by intermittent mechanical clanking and a low-frequency hum that seemed to vibrate through the ceiling. In the silence of the night, these sounds were amplified, making it incredibly difficult to achieve a state of deep, restful sleep. For a traveler, the primary function of a hotel room is to provide a quiet environment for recovery, and unfortunately, this ”pipe music” created a sense of restlessness. It was frustrating because every other element of the room—from the ambient lighting to the ergonomic mattress—was designed for relaxation. I truly appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff and the immaculate condition of the facilities. However, I believe the hotel management should investigate the plumbing or HVAC insulation near the exhaust ports. A simple fix, such as adding soundproofing material or securing loose valves, would transform this room from a ”good” stay into a ”perfect” one. Until then, the persistent sound of running water remains the only shadow over a highly commendable stay.

Stylish and Spacious – Great for Business Stays This is a brilliant hotel with unique architecture that really sets it apart. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is conveniently close to the city, making it ideal for business travelers. The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have been a great addition. Still, the overall experience, design, and comfort make it a solid choice for a work-related stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff who could speak Chinese. Their ability to communicate in my language made the check-in process smooth and convenient. It truly enhanced my overall experience, and I greatly appreciated their effort to make me feel welcome.

Il personale del front desk è super utile e parlano essenzialmente vietnamita, inglese e cinese. La mia famiglia ha avuto un bel tempo qui. È solo un po' lontano dal centro della città dove si ottiene il più ristorante e divertimento.

Mi piace questo hotel, a Bac Giang, mi piace il loro colazione e super comodo in tutto il mondo!

It's one of the best hotels in Bac Giang. Loved the breakfast and plus points for free use of washing machine and its distance to Go! Bac Giang and the big Hoang Hoa Tham park.
