Turchia: hotel con piscine nella provincia di Provincia di Adalia

I am sorry to say that a mistake was made in my reservations for this hotel. I initially booked Nov. 5-7. Then I thought that it had been extended from Nov. 8 -12 and paid for that time but somehow it wasn’t. So today the reception person was very difficult telling me that I had to move immediately and was no help to me at all. I had stocked my room with food in the kitchen, about $ 100 worth which I cannot now use. In fact he suggested another hotel and I asked him to telephone that hotel and he said that he did and they had a room. When I got to that hotel, they did not have any call from the him from the Villa Sonsta so he lied to me about that and they had no room so I had to find another which you will see that I have done at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel with no kitchen. So I had to cancel that extension at the Villa Sonata who refused me sny reimbursement saying that I had to contact you. You will find my new reservation at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel. So please reimburse my account with the Villa Sonata. I am very upset with the way that this was handled by them. They said my room was booked anyway so they will have booked it to somebody else for that period Thank you.

Vivevano in un hotel dal 24 al 27 ottobre, vivevano in una camera standard. La stanza è piccola ma abbiamo avuto abbastanza, la pulizia è stata fatta ogni giorno, colazione, buon colazione ”Tavola svedese”, tutto standard ma fresco e delizioso. Abbiamo avuto finestre per la strada e la notte rumore, La società e il suono delle macchine sono molto sentiti, ma qui penso che le rivendicazioni non sono all'hotel.

Ottima posizione: nella Città Vecchia e vicino a molti ristoranti, bar e negozi, al porto turistico della città vecchia, alla torre Hidirilik, al parco Karaalioglu e al punto di ritrovo per gite di un giorno che si trova appena fuori dalla porta di Adriano. La stanza era piuttosto piccola e molte cose non funzionavano. Cassetti comodini inaccessibili, TV e cassaforte non funzionavano, piccola vecchia doccia senza ventilazione adeguata, nessuno spazio per appendere/asciugare nulla tranne l'armadio, biancheria da letto che puzzava di cibo per gatti. L'aria condizionata funzionava davvero bene. La comunicazione con lo staff era cortese ma terribile. Avevo bisogno di un check-in anticipato e contattarli prima di soggiornare è stato un incubo. O non venivano a prenderci, o se lo facevano, ti dicevano di non saperlo/richiamavano più tardi. Quando siamo arrivati ​​la mattina presto alle 6:00, il responsabile del turno di notte ci ha detto che ci avrebbe dato la stanza presto intorno alle 9:00 e abbiamo concordato che non aveva senso pagare per il check-in anticipato solo per 3 ore e che avremmo potuto semplicemente oziare a bordo piscina fino a. Ma era una bugia. Il direttore giornaliero ci ha semplicemente licenziati e ha chiesto il costo di una notte extra per una stanza che era in soffitta con a malapena lo spazio per stare dritti. Frustrati e delusi, abbiamo finito per aspettare fino alle 14:00 per il check-in. Non abbiamo avuto il wifi per un giorno intero nonostante le lamentele. Il wifi nelle camere è diverso dal wifi nella hall, cosa che il personale non sembrava capire. Semplicemente non si sono preoccupati di completare la procedura del wifi, motivo per cui non siamo riusciti ad accedere al wifi in camera. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo ricevuto informazioni diverse da 5 membri del personale, il che è stato molto molto frustrante. La bottiglia d'acqua e i servizi ecc. vengono forniti solo il primo giorno, cosa che non è chiaramente menzionata nella descrizione. Un membro del personale ci ha detto che le pulizie vengono fatte ogni tre giorni quando abbiamo chiesto alcune cose, tuttavia questo non è vero come hanno detto altri membri del personale/proprietario. La colazione era ok. Non molta scelta di cibo caldo, solo patatine, salsicce e uova. L'area interna sembra carina con le piante e la piscina. Un sacco di gatti carini. Ci sono 3 pappagalli e uno di loro parla! i livelli di rumore sono prevedibilmente alti se ci si trova di fronte all'area piscina. Non è l'ideale se si ha il sonno leggero. Nel complesso, ottima posizione ma necessita di un servizio migliore.

Ho prenotato due camere contemporaneamente, una con vista sulla città e una con vista mare per la luna di miele. La vista dalla camera con vista mare per la luna di miele era più piacevole e la camera era leggermente più grande della camera con vista sulla città, ma il prezzo era molto più alto. Entrambe le tipologie di camera erano confortevoli, con divani e terrazze. Personalmente, ho trovato la camera con vista sulla città più conveniente. Sebbene l'acqua del mare non sia paragonabile a quella di Kaş, considerando che si trova nella città di Antalya, la piscina e la spiaggia sono già ottime e il servizio è particolarmente buono.

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Great apartment hotel close to the airport! It has everything you need—you can cook and do laundry, which is super convenient. Just note that you may need to ask the reception for laundry detergent or dishwashing liquid. Overall, a very comfortable stay

This beautiful hotel is located in the heart of Kaleici, prime location for exploring the old town, and in close proximity of many excellent restaurants and bars. The breakfast was decent and the hotel restaurant serves good food. Service was excellent - staff/front desk were friendly and helpful. My only gripe is, some of the rooms get very, very loud music from the next door club. Usually this is not a problem for me, but even with earplugs this time, it felt like the DJ was in the room with us, and impossible to sleep as it went on till 3-4am. Hence we had no choice but to ask for a room change, which thankfully was arranged by the accommodating staff - very much appreciated!

Abbiamo soggiornato il fine settimana e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Anche se l'edificio è un po' vecchio, è stato sottoposto a un processo di riparazione molto successo. Le aree generali dell'hotel e le camere erano estremamente pulite, e la pulizia è per noi più importante. La qualità dei cibi e delle bevande era alta, i pasti, gli appetiti e i desserti serviti erano freschi e ben preparati, quindi ogni pasto era piacevole. I piatti principali che abbiamo scelto dal buffet aperto sono stati preparati e presentati in piatti dal personale della cucina, e ci sentivamo speciali come se fossimo a la carte, e ringraziiamo anche il pita cuoco, pita e pasticceria sono molto deliziosi. Ci ha sorpreso anche la facilità, l'amicizia e le competenze professionali del personale, che ci hanno aiutato con qualsiasi necessità o domande che abbiamo avuto, e non abbiamo mai incontrato alcuna risposta negativa. La musica che giocava intorno alla piscina era molto buona. Siamo molto felici del nostro tempo a Xanadu e abbiamo decisamente intenzione di tornare.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a short rest before or after your trip. It’s an absolute must for some relaxation and recovery either after a long flight or in preparation for one. An oasis amid dusty roads, yet just 7 minutes from the airport. I tried the spa and didn’t regret it — the service was excellent. Just be aware that the prices are comparable to London, but well worth it. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely view of the outdoor pool. I also used the indoor pool, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight, especially with the company of a fluffy resident cat. The staff were professional, polite, and spot-on with taxi timing. One more thing worth mentioning — the hotel offers a very comfortable transfer service, even late at night. Many thanks to the team!
