Arabia Saudita: hotel con piscine nella provincia di Provincia di al-Sharqiyya

It was very good experience from check in to breakfast room. Staff were very polite and friendly and always with smiles on their faces.  Food was well displayed and there was good selections. Room and bed were very comfortable. Overall experience was very pleasant and I recommend Centro for  business travellers and holiday stays.

Il personale che si trovava in un luogo centrale ha bisogno di una formazione in servizio clienti, perché è molto rude.

Ho solo un problema, perché la stanza non era quella che si può sentire tutti camminare al corridoio, più l'acqua dalle altre stanze (forse bagno) e la campana della porta per l'altra stanza sembrano essere anche loro a colpire la vostra porta.

Così tanto rumore da condizionamento non può dormire bene

Il mio hotel di transito prima di lasciare KSA dopo poche settimane a Jubail. 35-45 min all'aeroporto. Vicino a Dammam corniche. Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze possono essere raggiunti camminando a distanza. Desideri rimanere più giorni qui.

Tutto è molto bene, ci sono anche posti in cui mangiare intorno, e le banche, come se fossero più lontani dal negozio.La minaccia è che il segnale di rete è troppo pesante, e non c'è modo di normalizzare la diffusione vocale.Questo deve davvero essere migliorato!

Even though I arrived before check in time, they let me check in without questions.

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.
