Giappone: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Prefettura di Okinawa

La camera era davvero spaziosa! Eravamo in 2 adulti e 2 bambini e al check-in ci hanno subito fornito due divani letto, peraltro molto ampi. Assolutamente perfetto per famiglie con due figli, non esitate a prenotare!Un consiglio: prenotate la formula con due pasti (mezza pensione), perché la cena a buffet, che da sola costerebbe più di 9.000 Yen a persona, se inclusa nel prezzo della camera diventa molto più conveniente! C'è shabu-shabu di Wagyu, sashimi di gamberi dolci e moltissime altre prelibatezze!Per gli ospiti dell'hotel, il trattamento all-inclusive è valido anche in spiaggia!La sera, c'è un'attività di pittura su statuette Shisa (石敢当) al costo di 2.500 Yen per pezzo.

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

Questa scena è invincibile! L'unica cosa è che non è molto insonorizzata, l'emozione dei bambini che passano davanti alla porta si sente anche oltre la porta😂 Magari la mia cantina è vicina all'ingresso dell'ascensore, ma la vista sicuramente la salva. Dato che avevo un piano, non mi sono piaciuti molto i servizi dell'hotel. Sono stato felice di fare il check-in la prima notte, quindi sono andato a cenare in camera e ho prenotato un massaggio a domicilio per l'ultima notte. Il cibo era abbastanza bene, quindi ti dirò cosa ne pensi~ Personalmente parlando, non penso che sia male~ Posso comprare molto al negozio di souvenir e il personale del negozio è molto gentile~ Ci sono così tante stelle di notte, così romantico❤️ Voglio tornare se ne avrò la possibilità😊

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

Trattandosi di un hotel storico, il servizio, dalla reception ai ristoranti, è impeccabile. Nell'iconica area comune centrale, il personale si prende persino del tempo per aiutarvi a scattare foto. L'architettura e le strutture testimoniano chiaramente che un tempo era un lussuoso resort, e il design curato nei minimi dettagli traspare ancora oggi. L'hotel dispone di circa 500 camere, ma la disposizione degli spazi risulta sorprendentemente ampia, anche durante le ore di punta della colazione. Inizialmente, questo hotel doveva essere solo una tappa del nostro viaggio in auto verso il nord di Okinawa, ma ce ne siamo pentiti: il nostro soggiorno è stato troppo breve! Alla fine, abbiamo comprato un bel po' di souvenir nel loro negozio, ahah. Consiglio di dedicare più tempo a godersi l'hotel e le sue attività. Ho sentito dire che hanno persino un'isola privata per le immersioni.

Heartfelt Hospitality in Hoshinoya Okinawa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hoshinoya has long been renowned for its impeccable service, and my recent visit was yet another shining example of that legacy. The hospitality extended by every member of the staff was not just excellent—it was extraordinary. Their warmth and attentiveness are what truly set Hoshinoya apart. Although my tight travel schedule only allowed for a one-night stay, and I sadly missed out on the many indigenous activities the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended, the experience was still deeply fulfilling. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery. Watching the sunset from my room was pure serenity—I could have sat there for hours, soaking in the view without ever growing tired. But what truly touched me was the care shown to my family, especially our 3-month-old infant. Before our arrival, I had informed the hotel via email that we’d be traveling with our baby. To our amazement, they had not only prepared a cozy cot but also thoughtfully provided all the cleaning essentials for baby bottles. It was a level of consideration that far exceeded our expectations—something we’ve never encountered at any other hotel. One moment that remains vivid in my memory was when a staff member, herself a mother, kindly helped us carry our stroller and luggage up to our second-floor room. Later that evening, while dining at Bellezza—the hotel’s exquisite fine-dining restaurant—our baby fell asleep, and the staff graciously brought out a cradle so he could rest comfortably. I was genuinely moved. What other fine-dining restaurant would offer such heartfelt service? Bellezza, without a doubt, stands alone. 🌟 In the end, what made our stay so memorable wasn’t just the stunning views or luxurious amenities—it was the exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff. They made our brief visit feel like a homecoming, and for that, I am truly grateful!

We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience.

Tuttavia, oltre a questo, la zona si trova piuttosto tranquilla tardi alla notte una volta che la maggior parte del villaggio si chiude. A fronte di ciò, probabilmente avrei dovuto rimanere più a nord come base per visitare le attrazioni nordiche di Okinawa. Purtroppo, l’esperienza di servizio è stata deludente, soprattutto dopo le ore, e durante l’ispezione, la sicurezza mi ha rifiutato di parcheggiare temporaneamente nelle aree aperte mentre sbarcava il bagaglio, affermando che avrebbe incoraggiato tutti gli altri a chiedere parcheggio. Considerato l’inconveniente di rimuovere la macchina dal parcheggio automatico di ascensore solo per scaricare i bagagli, la risposta mi sentiva insensata, quindi ho finito di parcheggiare sul lato curvo. Le cose si sono aggravate quella notte, quando ho lasciato accidentalmente la mia carta chiave nella stanza. Ho chiuso la ricezione per l'assistenza, ma il personale mi ha semplicemente mantenuto in mano per usare la mia carta per entrare e mi ha rifiutato di venire per aiutare a aprire la porta, nonostante mi abbia chiaramente spiegato la situazione. Non c'era nemmeno un personale di sicurezza presente nella zona di parcheggio per gestire l'ascensore di parcheggio automatico al mio ritorno, quindi ho parcheggiato nella parte superficiale invece - solo per essere accoltellato dalla sicurezza la mattina prossima durante l'uscita. In generale, l'hotel e le strutture sono eccellenti, ma il servizio incoerente e insufficiente ha inciso in modo significativo sull'esperienza.
