The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use. We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal. Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend.

Grazie in particolare Afreen (lavoratore di rapporti ospiti), che mi ha guidato personalmente nella mia stanza al mio arrivo all'hotel il giorno prima di ieri. Vorrei certamente tornare qui con mia moglie, spero nei prossimi mesi, non negli anni.

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

Molto felice con il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Taj Resorts! Era letteralmente a 5 minuti a piedi dalla porta orientale Taj Mahal, così molto conveniente posizione. La stanza ha grande, cibo e musica in serata è anche molto bello.

Чистый отель с приветливым персоналом. В комнате вода, чайник, две кружки, два стакана. Постельное бельё чистое, полотенца чистые. У нас был номер после ремонта. Бассейн не работает. В целом переночевать нормально. Завтрак хороший.

Great location. I literally just walked to Taj Mahal from here. This was my biggest room in all my 3 hotels travelling through India solo. I think that they gave me the more modern and recently renovated room because I read some bad feedbacks regarding this hotel being old and that it needs renovation. Also it has a view for Taj Mahal at the rooftop. I didn't expect that because they did not advertise it openly in there postings.

We were travelling with our 18 months old infant & elderly. It was a wonderful stay at Sarovar. The place catered to variety of food & activities for all age groups. The property is kids friendly. The location is easily accessible & readily available parking right in front of the hotel. Food was delicious. All the necessary amenities of good quality were provided. The staff was friendly & approachable. Thank you for making our stay in Agra Comfortable. We especially enjoyed our cold coffee by the Poolside.

I had an amazing two days stay with a really good breakfast buffet, the rooms were so clean and quiet, they have all the amenities you would need, it might be one of the best hotel at this price range, peaceful and comfortable, really good staff as well, including dining and other services.

Ogni interazione, sia all'albergo, al ristorante o al ristorante, rifletteva un alto livello di professionalità e gentilezza. L'accento del nostro soggiorno, senza dubbio, era il cibo. Ogni pasto era un piacere culinario – bellamente presentato, bruciando con sapore, e con pensiero preparato con gli ingredienti più freschi. Ogni morso era memorabile, sia che fosse stato il lavaggio colazione, i piatti locali autentici o i dolci indulgenti. È raro trovare un posto dove sia il servizio sia il cibo sono così equilibrati, ma questo hotel è davvero eccellente a entrambi.
