India: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Uttar Pradesh

The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

Siamo stati a Radisson Blu Agra per tre notti e abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza. Il spa era uno dei punti di vista del nostro soggiorno. Un grande grido alle due signore che lavoravano lì – era onesto uno dei massaggi più rilassanti che abbia mai avuto. La colazione e la cena erano buoni, il cibo era fresco, delizioso, e c'era molte varietà. Il pranzo, d'altra parte, era deludente. Il primo giorno c'era una scelta molto piccola, e il secondo giorno si sentiva come i resti della notte precedente. Quando viaggiate in India, si vuole provare nuovi cibi, non mangiare qualcosa ricaldato che avete già avuto. Il personale era bellissimo per tutta la nostra permanenza. Jitendra, Manish, Javid e Kushi uscivano nel ristorante – tutti erano gentili, utili e grandi al loro lavoro. Anil, il portatore, era anche incredibilmente amichevole e ci ha resi benvenuti dall'inizio. C’erano alcune piccole cose che potevano essere migliorate: vedemmo qualcuno che si spostava intorno a volanti vicino al cibo, che è abbastanza giusto, ma lui era anche al telefono e non si sbarazzava delle volanti dopo, e vedemmo che questo accadde vicino alla salada. Le tolette della piscina hanno anche alcune tinture, e la palestra è molto limitata considerando che si tratta di un hotel a cinque stelle. Sarebbe anche bello avere un asciugamano appropriato fuori per gli ospiti che fumano. In generale, abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno. Il personale era gentile, la camera era comoda e la posizione è difficile da battere. Con solo poche piccole modifiche, questo hotel potrebbe essere ancora meglio.

Very nice hotel with a family like warm hospitality and professionalism. I particularly thank Afreen (Guest Relationship Employee), who personally guided me to my room on my arrival to Hotel the day before yesterday. I surely want to come back here with my wife, hopefully within the next few months not years.

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

Hyatt doesn't need a review anymore. Everything was perfect.

I stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.

Anche se vado alle 15:00 per fare le procedure di soggiorno, posso fare le procedure di soggiorno normalmente, anche se vado alle 12:00 Il ristorante è molto bello. Il letto è molto letto e molto comodo. Buon servizio La piscina è bella.Non è il livello che non si nuoterebbe. Il menu della colazione di autobus cambia ogni giorno.Ho vissuto due notti, ma sono felice che sia cambiato. (più male) Il mio amico ha lavato l'orecchio nella stanza, ma non l'ho trovato.Circa due ore dopo la partenza ... Il vento è molto vecchio Il rumore della costruzione è molto alto durante il giorno Time 々 Interrompere l'elettricità (circa 1 minuto per ripristinare, ma la frequenza è molto alta ...) Facilità dell'hotel (tappe, salotto, ecc) 々 Alcuni luoghi non sono perfetti In generale, mi sento vecchio e dolce. Il paesaggio della finestra è cattivo (roba circostante ecc.) Il pane per colazione non è buono (pane per angolo, salsa, ecc.) dovrebbe essere migliorato.

This hotel is affordable just for a couple of nights, the location is good for tourists who are visiting the wonderful Taj Mahal. The room are not enough clean with old moquette carpets with spots on the floor, greysh and dirty towels. The quality and taste of the food at the restaurant is acceptable but under the International standard.

Innanzitutto ho dovuto fare il check-in tardivo perché la camera non era pronta. Ho dovuto aspettare 45 minuti e poi anche la TV non funzionava. Sono venuti a controllare e non sono più tornati. Hanno rifiutato anche solo un bicchiere di ghiaccio e ci hanno messo 15-20 minuti. Avevamo prenotato una suite e ci hanno trattato così. L'unica cosa positiva dell'hotel era la colazione a buffet. Solo il personale delle prenotazioni ci ha aiutato. Non il personale della reception.

Il servizio e le strutture del Hilton Garden in Lucknow sono completamente di valore. La colazione era grande e così era la piscina. Le camere erano pulite e il personale era veloce a servire. Grande esperienza.
