India: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Uttar Pradesh

This hotel is affordable just for a couple of nights, the location is good for tourists who are visiting the wonderful Taj Mahal. The room are not enough clean with old moquette carpets with spots on the floor, greysh and dirty towels. The quality and taste of the food at the restaurant is acceptable but under the International standard.

We recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Varanasi and had an absolutely outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, Abhishek made us feel incredibly welcome. Despite there being no availability showing online, he went out of his way to accommodate us and assign rooms. His professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help immediately set the tone for our stay. We would also like to sincerely thank Sundar, one of the Duty Managers, for his exceptional customer service. He demonstrated true leadership and hospitality by allowing a member of his team to go above and beyond in helping us arrange activities and navigate Varanasi. His kindness and flexibility made experiences possible that otherwise would not have happened. A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Priti, who was simply amazing. She went far beyond what we could ever expect from hotel staff. Using her local knowledge and personal contacts, she arranged a private boat tour on the River Ganga for us at very short notice. Even more incredibly, she personally took us early in the morning to attend the Ganga Aarti and visit important local temples before starting her own shift at the hotel. Her dedication, warmth, and generosity of time made our trip to Varanasi truly unforgettable. These incredible experiences would not have been possible without Sundar’s support and Priti’s initiative, local expertise, and genuine care. In addition to these standout individuals, all of the staff at the hotel were attentive, professional, and consistently delivered excellent customer service throughout our stay. We are deeply grateful for the hospitality we received and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi. This stay was not just comfortable — it was truly memorable.

Ci è piaciuto stare al Radisson. Il punto forte era la colazione, mi è piaciuta molto e la camera con vista sul Taj era incredibile anche se a causa della nebbia si poteva vedere correttamente. La camera con vista Taj è più adatta per l'estate e la primavera. Il personale era gentile e disponibile.

Surprising nice. I’ve been to many hotels in India and haven’t enjoyed any of them. This one isn’t your typical 4 star hotel as none of the star ⭐️ rating in India 🇮🇳 are as good as most star ⭐️ in other hotels around the world. But this hotel is at least a 3 star which is doable for me.

Sono rimasto qui poche volte e ho avuto un soggiorno molto confortevole. In questa occasione, l'hotel ospitava un evento, e la musica molto alta è stata giocata fino alle 3:00. Ho chiesto al direttore di farli fermare la musica, ma si sono rifiutati di fare qualcosa per la disturbo.Molte persone si lamentavano, ma il personale dell'hotel non poteva prendere una posizione ferma e spegnere la musica. Ho fatto un volo alle 8 del mattino successivo e il giorno dopo mi ha colpito il lavoro, che è stato molto deludente per il mantenimento della situazione da parte del direttore del servizio.

Несколько раз останавливался в этом отеле несколько лет назад и сейчас решил остановиться здесь. Номера чистые, кровати комфортные, косметика хорошая. Но вот что изменилось так это завтраки, элементарно нет сосисок и лапши, можно конечно попросить омлет и блины или досу, но где же обычная еда? Три раза завтракал и только в один день было из мясного сосиски, а также фасоль, которых не было в другие два дня. Фрукты нарезает один человек в таком объеме, что даже в 7:30 утра не хватает на 5-10 человек, которые приходят к этому времени. При этом ужины хорошие, большой выбор и разнообразие. Исправьте завтраки! Обслуживание при этом в ресторане хорошее!

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per riprendermi da un intervento chirurgico che avevo. Ho finito per annullare, perché non mi sono reso conto che Ghazibad era epico lontano da New Delhi, e non potevo prendermi cura di me stesso dopo l'intervento per un po'. Mi è stato detto dall'hotel che mi presentavano per rimborsare il costo del mio soggiorno (non è successo). Inoltre, quando ho controllato, non mi hanno dato i costi finali della mia stanza, poi mi hanno molestato su Whatsapp finché non sono riuscito a pagare, tutto cercando di guarire da un'operazione importante, e ho dovuto tornare all'ospedale. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel, è elencato come 4 stelle, ma è più simile a 3. Ho scelto l'hotel per le belle strutture nelle immagini - non sembra quello che è immaginato. Il personale è utile, andando fuori dal loro modo per soddisfare le vostre esigenze e il menu del ristorante e il buffet del colazione sono buoni, anche se molto costosi. Utilizzavo anche il servizio in camera, che in un momento mi è stato detto che non prenderebbero il mio ordine, dovevo venire a dare l'ordine personalmente. Direi che questo è un colpo o un hotel perduto. Il quartiere che circonda l'hotel è al di là di una situazione insicura e deplorevole e non mi sentivo confortevole a tutti andare fuori senza rischiare la mia vita e la mia vita. Non consiglio questo hotel e non mi fermerò di nuovo.

We visited from Fiji 🇫🇯. It's a great place, spacious room and very clean. It's almost 5-6km from the Ganga Ghaat so you have to take an auto to reach the temples or the river area. Don't take Uber as roads are mostly closed for big cars during peak hours. Bikes and auto are good. Hotel is next to JHV mall if you prefer some quick shopping within 100m walking distance from hotel

Probabilmente uno dei migliori soggiorni che abbia mai fatto in viaggio. L'Hotel Taj Resorts di Agra ha davvero superato le mie aspettative! Di solito scelgo ostelli e hotel economici, ma a questo punto del mio viaggio ho deciso di prenotare qui. Sorprendentemente, rientrava ancora nel mio budget e non avrei mai pensato di ricevere un trattamento così eccezionale a questo prezzo. Punti salienti: Sono arrivato presto e mi hanno gentilmente offerto un check-in anticipato. Il Taj Mahal è a pochi passi di distanza. Tutto il personale, dalla reception alla sicurezza e oltre, è stato molto cortese. La colazione era eccellente.

Innanzitutto ho dovuto fare il check-in tardivo perché la camera non era pronta. Ho dovuto aspettare 45 minuti e poi anche la TV non funzionava. Sono venuti a controllare e non sono più tornati. Hanno rifiutato anche solo un bicchiere di ghiaccio e ci hanno messo 15-20 minuti. Avevamo prenotato una suite e ci hanno trattato così. L'unica cosa positiva dell'hotel era la colazione a buffet. Solo il personale delle prenotazioni ci ha aiutato. Non il personale della reception.
