The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use. We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal. Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend.

Surprising nice. I've been to many hotels in India and haven't enjoyed any of them. This one isn't your typical 4 star hotel as none of the star ⭐️ rating in India 🇮🇳 are as good as most star ⭐️ in other hotels around the world. Ma questo hotel è almeno una 3 stelle che è buona per me.

This was a good hotel for the night. Nothing special about the room, but the lobby looks nice and the staff is helpful. It’s not too far from the Taj Mahal, but you cannot see the Taj Mahal from the building at night since the Taj Mahal is not lit up at night.

Probabilmente uno dei migliori soggiorni che abbia mai fatto in viaggio. L'Hotel Taj Resorts di Agra ha davvero superato le mie aspettative! Di solito scelgo ostelli e hotel economici, ma a questo punto del mio viaggio ho deciso di prenotare qui. Sorprendentemente, rientrava ancora nel mio budget e non avrei mai pensato di ricevere un trattamento così eccezionale a questo prezzo. Punti salienti: Sono arrivato presto e mi hanno gentilmente offerto un check-in anticipato. Il Taj Mahal è a pochi passi di distanza. Tutto il personale, dalla reception alla sicurezza e oltre, è stato molto cortese. La colazione era eccellente.

Great location. I literally just walked to Taj Mahal from here. This was my biggest room in all my 3 hotels travelling through India solo. I think that they gave me the more modern and recently renovated room because I read some bad feedbacks regarding this hotel being old and that it needs renovation. Also it has a view for Taj Mahal at the rooftop. I didn't expect that because they did not advertise it openly in there postings.

We were travelling with our 18 months old infant & elderly. It was a wonderful stay at Sarovar. The place catered to variety of food & activities for all age groups. The property is kids friendly. The location is easily accessible & readily available parking right in front of the hotel. Food was delicious. All the necessary amenities of good quality were provided. The staff was friendly & approachable. Thank you for making our stay in Agra Comfortable. We especially enjoyed our cold coffee by the Poolside.

Ik heb twee dagen verbleven in de golden tulp van Agra. Bij binnenkomst zijn we netjes ontvangen, we hebben de wifi code gekregen en informatie over de faciliteiten van het hotel. Vervolgens zijn we naar onze kamer gebracht. De kamer is schoon, bedden zijn opgemaakt en er staan twee flesjes met water klaar. Verder is de locatie dichtbij het centrum en toegankelijk met de taxi. Het ontbijt er erg aan te bevelen. Er is een ruime keuze van westers tot Indiaas eten en de kwaliteit ervan is erg hoog. Ten slotte heeft het hotel een bar, zwembad en een spa. Deze zijn ook sterk aan te bevelen. Deze hotel raad ik sterk aan en kom ik zeker terug.

Ogni interazione, sia all'albergo, al ristorante o al ristorante, rifletteva un alto livello di professionalità e gentilezza. L'accento del nostro soggiorno, senza dubbio, era il cibo. Ogni pasto era un piacere culinario – bellamente presentato, bruciando con sapore, e con pensiero preparato con gli ingredienti più freschi. Ogni morso era memorabile, sia che fosse stato il lavaggio colazione, i piatti locali autentici o i dolci indulgenti. È raro trovare un posto dove sia il servizio sia il cibo sono così equilibrati, ma questo hotel è davvero eccellente a entrambi.
