The location is great because the hotel located in city centre. The room was comfortable and the toilet and shower area was clean. The reception staff was lovely and welcoming. There is a functioning lift but I was staying on the first floor so I mainly use the stairs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will surely coming back whenever I come to Leeds.

In termini di servizio in camera, è molto cattivo. Nessuna risposta alla chiamata telefonica. Hanno cancellato deliberatamente la chiamata, soprattutto per interrogare il desktop e per i servizi in camera. Veramente deluso.

Durante una visita personale difficile senza una giornata di vacanza, il personale non poteva essere di più aiuto e comprensione.Grazie a tutta la squadra.

Nice clean hotel, perfectly situated very close to train station and in the heart of Leeds. Peculiar layout, which was interesting at times! Quiet rooms and good staffing, had to ask for a quieter room for meetings as there was hammering near my first room. Both rooms I was offered had little to no light but I believe this is due to its location and possibility of being overlooked.

Lovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

La stazione è molto vicina alla stazione degli autobus, che è la cosa più importante. Molto gentile e bel personale, accogliente e c'è sempre qualcuno nel desk quando hai bisogno di qualcosa. Il posto è pulito, un po' vecchio ma ancora comodo a dormire con. Il mio bambino è così felice, anche se pioveva tutto il tempo di visita. L'unico posto in basso non è un caldo per l'acqua calda quando vogliamo un drink caldo. Ma il nostro soggiorno è ancora una piacevole esperienza per noi.

The apartment was very clean with large shower room and comfy bed. The communication was great and the snacks and tea making facilities were spot on. The only problem we had was the light outside our apartment 34 was not working which left the steps dimly lit and had to use phone torch to open door with the key when returned from evening out. Would definitely stay again though. Thanks

The overall experience was really good, it is very near to foster square railway statuon and interchange. The staff were really polite and kind.the checkin roughly took abot 2..3 minutes. I really recommend this place if you need a pause from your busy schedule.
