The hotel is a 5 minute walk from John Lewis. The room was clean on arrival, but the beds were very hard. Reception staff pleasant, but we did overhear a manager telling a member of staff about all their errors while sitting in the reception area. Not very professional! Overall acceptable for the price and we would stay here again.

Good location near the train station and on a leisure complex with a cinema, bowling and restaurants. The only problem I had was my room was located overlooking the dual carriageway which is very loud all night. I did not get much sleep, even with some earplugs in. Maybe the rooms on the other side are fine

Ive stayed here a few times before. The rooms are tidy. The staff are friendly. The cost is reasonable but reflects where you stay. If your after a comfy night in the centre of leeds then this is great. If your after a bit more luxury then youd have to uo price accordingly. Theres a great pub next door and leeds best kebab shop is over the road. The only downer was the route to my room involved 2 lifts one of which didnt work but this added interest to the stay

Buon hotel e posizione. Dopo aver chiesto quale slot per colazione, pochi elementi non erano disponibili in quella slot e non erano stati riempiti come bacon e frutta. Il personale ha offerto qualcosa di diverso quando chiesto, ma non c'era altro che volevamo.

We used this hotel as we were travelling to visit the university site @ beckett for my old child. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The only thing that let the site down was the parking as after a period time they don’t have a massive area. If you wanted to visit the city centre get a local taxis and leave the car behide.

It is a very beautiful hotel with lots of history. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a view across the square. There was a problem during my stay but the front of House Manager Dean who is not only funny, friendly and brilliant sorted it swiftly and efficiently for me. I will definately be staying again.

Ho soggiornato una notte all'EasyHotel Leeds: nel complesso, è stato discreto. La cosa migliore è sicuramente la posizione. È a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Leeds e proprio nel centro città, proprio di fronte al Flat Iron Leeds (perfetto se avete voglia di bistecca), con un Costa Coffee accanto per la vostra dose di caffeina. La camera che mi hanno dato non aveva finestre e sembrava essere una delle loro camere accessibili: bagno spazioso con corrimano e sedile per la doccia. Nessun problema, solo un appunto. La camera in sé era pulita ed essenziale, assolutamente perfetta per un breve soggiorno. Il Wi-Fi era discreto per un uso generale. Hanno distributori automatici al piano terra e una reception aperta 24 ore su 24. È disponibile un deposito bagagli gratuito prima del check-in, il che è stato davvero comodo. Dopo il check-out hanno detto che potrebbe esserci un costo, ma mi è servito solo per circa un'ora e non mi è stato addebitato nulla. Niente di speciale, ma se cercate un posto economico in una posizione centrale, questo è il posto che fa per voi.

Generous sized family room. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable and we weren’t disturbed by any outside noise. Managed to get over 8 hrs sleep which is great. Very convenient location with less than a 5 min walk to the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Il controllo era efficace, la stanza della prima ispezione sembrava buona, il primo problema la socket per la macchina del caffè e la caldaia non funzionava, il gruppo di ricezione è arrivato alla stanza 108, non può essere risolto, perché era fine settimana. A causa della socket, che è anche vicino allo specchio, era difficile usare un asciugacapelli fino a questo punto; avrei anche aspettato che ci fossero asciugamani a mano nel bagno, ed anche un bel toccamento per l’acqua in bottiglia, perché il tempo era così caldo. Il bar e il ristorante che è stato allegato all'hotel erano molto costosi, avevamo solo una bevanda, ma avevamo un costo di servizio del 10% aggiunto al conto, che mi sembrava piuttosto strano quando eravamo ospiti dell'hotel, L'hotel era in buona posizione per il nostro viaggio all'arena Leeds, apprezzo anche lo sconto di parcheggio

All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.
