This was definitely a mixed visit. On arrival we were checked in quite quickly receptionist was firmly enough although the reception desk itself seemed more like an information hub then a check in desk so the initial walk in was a bit confusing for me and my partner who don't stay in many hotels.. the one main thing that I noticed in the reception area is just through a set of double doors towards what would seem to be a fitness studio with an overlook of the pool had a chair with quite a nasty looking stain picture included. On arrival into the room things seemed clean tidy and presentable although there were a couple of things that could have been better for example one normal sized towel and 3 hand towels wasn't great and 2 towels would have been better, the toilet roll was very basic and clearly the cheaper stuff which you wouldn't so much expect when staying at a village hotel, there was a tile missing on the bathroom floor with a questionable amount of dust and dirt inside and around this hole and finally the doorframe seemed to be hanging off pictures of this are included. We had a look at the restraunt menu and it's safe to day if you don't fancy a burger, salad or chicken wings you will have to make other arrangements as we did by visiting the local residence 74 cafe about a mile away where we had a lovely time great food and a reasonable meal price. The bar is quite an open space and at first a bit confusing as there are some cinema chairs and big tvs but only playing the news. We had a drink I'm the evening this was probably priced for the venue but at £15 for a single vodka and lemonade and a double whisky we decided on only one when we found out that the bar closed for residents at 11pm which we found a bit early as other places stay open for residents. Room service would have been an option but from what I read this finished at 9.30pm and the is no in room phone to order such. Sleep was comfortable and sheets were clean it was just very hot as the window barely opens, there was no fan provided and no aircon. The TV also says its an Internet TV but upon attempt of connection no services were available. This morning the hotel seemed alot calmer and relaxed, we weren't sure of the breakfast procedures at all so we just sat down and were asked our room number but my partner got quite frustrated as she is autistic and no clear instructions were given it took us a while to source out breakfast and when we did we noticed it was very limited consisting of mushroom scrambled egg starnge potato circles beans tomatoes sausage and bacon. Honestly for me hash Brown's and black pudding are staples of English breakfast and should always be included when possible but unfortunately they were unavailable. I was going to ask a staff member but only one was seen briefly. There was also a High table next to us that was very dirty and when the staff member went to clean she simply sprayed it didn't wipe it and moved on, this didn't seem very hygienic. Breakfast was very average the addition of streaky bacon and chipolata sausages as opposed to tradition thick sausages and back bacon seemed very odd and definitely not our cup of tea! Coffee was not good atall however they do have a starbucks with is great because we do enjoy it. The night receptionist seemed to keeping a very close on me without speaking I found this quite lntimidating as a hotel guest and would have preferred him to ask me any concerns he had other than staring at me until I awkwardly said hello in which he just smiled and looked away briefly until I did then followed me with his eyes towards the stairs and no doubt watched me on camera until I entered my room. Overall a fair experience perfect I guess if you just need a quick room and have to extra money to burn but not ideal for us so probably wouldn't return.

Per me, Leeds è uno dei punti di transito, ci sono parcheggi fuori dall'hotel, molto conveniente. La stanza ha abbastanza riscaldamento. Poiché il tempo fuori è molto freddo e piovoso, mi sono completamente bagnato e volevo una bevanda calda per riscaldare. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha offerto una tazza di bevanda calda, che è molto pensabile.

1 night stay. Close to restaurants and bars. Great customer service. Clean room. Breakfast was nice lots to choose from. I don't eat pork and the staff cooked fresh vegetable sausages for myself and my partner. Would recommend.

Ottimo hotel ma con una cattiva esperienza.Quando sono arrivato all'hotel alle 22:00 ho prenotato una suite per una notte tranquilla, ma alle 4:00 sono svegliato da un forte colpo alla porta, non so quanto tempo era lì, Mi sconvolgeva molto di vedere attraverso il peepole un uomo ubriaco in una camicia grigia sul pavimento, continuava a urlare e a strillare sulla porta accanto a una persona in una camicia rosa davanti alla mia porta, mi spaventavo molto e ho chiamato il desk in fretta e il desk lo sparò fuori. Ma sono stato danneggiato mentalmente, mi sono svegliato alle 4:00, mi sono svegliato colpito dalla porta, sono stato in hotel da sola come donna, e il mio stato mentale personale è stato gravemente danneggiato, ma l'hotel non mi ha dato nemmeno alcuna feedback, Questa notte è stata la peggiore notte del mio soggiorno.

Abbiamo trovato una camera doppia molto piccola (doppia standard), ma c'era quasi nessuna camera da spostare, anche la camera da bagno era piccola. Sono andato a parlare con il manager che era bello e ci ha migliorati nella suite esecutiva (luna di miele) senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, perché era il compleanno dei miei partner.

Stayed one night as we had an early flight from Leeds Bradford airport On arrival we recieved a friendly welcome from the lady on reception The room was clean with all the usual items. Ideally located for the airport also nice and quiet as it is not on the flight path.

Terrible terrible service! Checked in night of 20/7 and was told one of our bookings couldn’t be found. No help, compassion, empathy…nothing. Finally a colleague did find out booking and we received the two cards for our rooms. In one of the rooms there was guests already staying in the room!!! We apologised and went to reception. Again the female colleague had no compassion, she said oh yeh we realised that room was already occupied after you left reception!! How did they not know that before assigning us the room?!??? The person whose sleep we interrupted also came down to complain! We finally got a room but then our other booked room was then invaded with another family trying to access the room. They had again assigned another family one of rooms!!! We went down to complain again!! Was told manager would be available in the morning to make a complaint to. Didn’t sleep well because we thought our room would be visited by unsuspecting guests again! Morning came, we went to reception and was told the manager was in a meeting and we had to wait for them. A lady then approached us at breakfast and stated that she was not a manager, she apologised for the same girls at reception telling us that she was a manager. We demanded a refund and was told a manager would contact us later on the day to discuss. As I am writing this report no one has attempted to call us whatsoever. Very unhappy with this service!

My 3rd time staying in this hotel this time in room 319 the room was good and bed was comfortable massive bathroom. Only down side to this stay was the fire alarm going off at 6am in the morning. No view from the window and the bathroom door didn't shut as it was hanging off the hinges. But I'd use the hotel again

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo! Il personale ci ha dato un aggiornamento gratuito per il mio compleanno e mi sono sentito così felice e così spogliato! Amazing time. Amazing hotel. Abbiamo andato a un bel posto di caffè anche vicino alla porta.

La posizione nel cuore della città era grande e facilmente accessibile. Il piano superiore mi era stato assegnato perché ho chiesto una stanza tranquilla. Lo spazio era spazioso. Invece di usare il riscaldamento centrale, hanno fornito un riscaldatore a standalone. Puoi anche cambiare la temperatura da solo, ma non dimenticare di portare le braccia dentali.
