Regno Unito: hotel con internet nella provincia di West Yorkshire

Even though room was ok, the process was more like AirBnB rather than Hotel which was the impression that was given to me when booking. After a 4 hour train journey from London I expected a hotel reception interfacing with real person rather than a coded door with PIN not working. In the end I had to ring Trip advisor to sort out issue and missed the start of the party I was commissioned to film from 4pm as I reached there until after 5pm😢 Lesson learned from this is to research Hotel in more detail to prevent any further repeats.

Questo hotel è stanco. Le camere di funzione erano belle, ma in ogni altro luogo è data. È anche abbastanza freddo, non sicuro se c'era un problema con il riscaldamento, ma c'era un piccolo radiatore pieno di olio in una delle grandi camere. Come cercare di riscaldare l'oceano con una bottiglia d'acqua calda! Il cibo era buono, non molto caldo e abbastanza pulito. I prezzi delle bevande erano generalmente ragionevoli. Assicurati che non si trovi in nessuna delle camere sopra l'ingresso, perché questo doppio come la zona di fumo, era davvero rumoroso fino alle 1:00 e la ricezione e la scala si sono spezzati di fumo. Tutto era pulito e il personale era tutto bello.

Non posso non deviare la posizione, molto conveniente collegamento autostradale a Leeds solo un breve viaggio da Wakefield. La colazione è davvero buona, ben cucinata e facilmente riempita. Tuttavia, le tavole non erano state pulite, e non sembrava ci fosse nessun personale intorno a farlo. I letti e le tovalette erano puliti, ma i mattoni avevano bisogno di un buon shampoo, e il pavimento della doccia aveva i capelli su di esso.

I had an awesome experience – the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to come across such a dedicated and kind team who clearly love what they do. Their positive energy made a big difference and turned a good experience into a great one. I’ll definitely be back – highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service! 😊

All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but it’s the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.

Water pressure really bad that have to wait overnight for it to flush properly. Tv were too complicated to connect to watch netflix, youtube. Location wise is good, overall good location, bad amenities. The staff also not very welcome from the front desk to cleaning lady 🥴🥴

Excellent location just off the motorway. Spa / pool / gym are great to break up the day. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely. Bar & grill could do with a change of menu. Food choice and standard are both poor. The price also being expensive for what it is. No one asks if everything was ok with any meals. Frequently cold meals / parts of meals. Breakfast buffet was not the best and the hot selection was poor in taste & quality. Not worth £10. I would stay again but order food in or bring food with me.

🚗 Trasporti: proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria Bradford, molto conveniente 🧹 Salute: in generale, non sarà un problema troppo grande, può essere un po'vecchio 🍃 Ambiente: molto classico, un hotel classico che può essere visto dal nome 🔔 Servizio: lo specchio è caldo e interessante per prevenire l'ascesa

Leonardo Hotel, Bradford is an excellent hotel located in the City Centre close to shops, shopping mall and wonderful old buildings. Bradford is the City of Culture, 2025 and Centenary Square is the central focus - there are so many wonderful activities going on all year round plus the fantastic theatres, The Alhambra and St George’s Hall very close to the hotel. Bradford Live is opening very soon and also the Kala Sangham Arts Centre. Leonardo Hotel, Bradford is really excellent to enjoy the hotel food and facilities plus all that Bradford and the local area has to offer. We will stay here again, very soon.

The apartment was very clean with large shower room and comfy bed. The communication was great and the snacks and tea making facilities were spot on. The only problem we had was the light outside our apartment 34 was not working which left the steps dimly lit and had to use phone torch to open door with the key when returned from evening out. Would definitely stay again though. Thanks
