La posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente, andare alle attrazioni è molto conveniente e può camminare.Lo stile di decorazione dell'hotel è elegante e generoso e non perde la moda.Le strutture della camera dell'hotel sono perfette e sono molto adatte alle vacanze.L'hotel offre punti di bagno gratuitamente e molto intime quando si tratta di formalità di soggiorno. La colazione di autobus dell'hotel, eccellente, di grande qualità, e ci sarà un'adeguamento ogni giorno, e ci sarà un senso di freschezza per gli ospiti che vi abitano.In generale, è un buon hotel vacanze, vale la pena raccomandare!

Das Ensana Nove Lazne in Marienbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr zentral, direkt an den Kolonaden und am Kurpark. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns in deutsch verständigen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war sehr gut und wurde teilweise ganz frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde vorbildlich gereinigt. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zuzubereiten. Die deutschen Fernsehprogramme hätten etwas umfangreicher sein können. Ganz toll fanden wir das historische Bad, die tägliche Nutzung (auch die 3 Saunen und die Whirlpools im Haus) ist im Preis inklusive.

I membri del personale, soprattutto la giovane donna alla reception, sono amici, gentili e professionali. Il desk front reception si chiude alle 6:00. Se si accede più tardi, si deve contattare la proprietà in anticipo. Purtroppo, non l'ho fatto, e ho dovuto fare circa 40 chiamate su tre numeri diversi forniti. Egli rispose solo dopo 50 minuti di attesa, e questo era davvero irritante, solo perché mi sono stancata dopo il viaggio, ho fame e ho bisogno di usare il bagno. ( Mi dispiace per i dettagli). We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

Einfach wunderschön ein Traum großes Zimmer vom feinsten und ein wunderbares reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal vom Frühstück bis zur Rezeption einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen und mehrmals etwas klein aber dennoch das Schwimmbad benutzt da kann man relaxen und es sich gut gehen lassen wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per mia madre.E lei l'amore: il personale era acomodante e cura, grande posizione e delizioso pasto. Molto consigliato

È stato di nuovo fantastico, si può parcheggiare la macchina sul grande parcheggio per 50 corone al giorno o direttamente all'hotel costa un po' di più. La macchina si può stare in piedi alla città guidare direttamente un autobus costa solo 18 corone per persona.

L'hotel è impeccabile. Quando ho prenotato l'hotel semplicemente non sapevo che la camera non era nell'edificio principale (foto 2) e dovevo attraversare la strada per andare a fare colazione e fare sauna. Spero che le informazioni sulla camera forniscano un promemoria. Vivendo di fronte all'edificio principale (immagine 1), l'esperienza è notevolmente cambiata e sembra di soggiornare in un hotel a 3 stelle. Naturalmente il prezzo sarà sicuramente diverso.

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2. My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night. The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.
