Grecia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Epiro

No reception… I advised them 2x of the time we would be arriving as travelling from Corfu and took the bus from igouminitsa.. once arrived in igouminitsa at 2pm I notified them again what time we would arrive in Ioanina. We received a pin to get into the guest house, there was no room number provided. Called the number and was told they would call me back. However mobile connection wasn’t very good and OMG the lady that called me back was screaming down the phone at me in Greek and English that I wasn’t putting the correct code into the door which I was… after checking she changed the code so we could get in no apologies nothing. The guest house was quite nice I have to say, very clean but the walls are paper thin and we could hear the men in the next room that we’re really drunk screaming until gone midnight.. was 7 euros in a taxi from the bus station to the hotel so I advise to get a taxi. There was a great gyros place at the end of the road. Would I go back… yes to Ionanina as was beautiful but defo not to that guest house as they were so rude. Does have an elevator too.

Il personale era molto gentile e ci ha aiutato con le raccomandazioni di cosa fare in città, ma l'hotel stesso era molto deludente. La stanza aveva molte cose rotte. Il bagno cadde, la doccia era sporca e rotta, la porta del giacca era rotta e scaldata. La piscina non era pulita. Il colazione era quasi inesombrabile. Il primo giorno il mio uovo era completamente crudo e il secondo giorno c’era un capello che mi era fatto in pasto. Eravamo sinceramente così turbati per lo stato dell’hotel, sembrava così bello sulle foto e non viveva fino a quello che ci aspettavamo. In particolare per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, è stato incredibile.

Visited Ioaninna and King Pyrros provided everything I expected. We spent a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. Service at the front desk was attentive and prompt. The bedroom had all basic amenities including a fridge and AC. The drainage and general condition of the bathroom could have been better but the bedroom was totally satisfactory. Municipal parking nearby. A great bakery, Mikels Coffee and 2 brilliant ice cream shops within 1 minute walk. It's a slightly longer walk to the fortress but it's certainly a scenic one.

Personale super amichevole. Ho chiesto una stanza tranquilla e il mio desiderio è stato rispettato. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa con una grande vista sul lago. Acqua calda 24/7. Mini frigo anche nella stanza. Il letto era comodo. L'unico negativo per me è stato il colazione che non aveva opzioni alimentari calde/calde come pezzi, uova, pane tostato, ecc

Love, love, love this place. Plan to come back winter to experience the winter vibe. Hosts are exceptional, old world charm feeling. We had a fire place and balcony with amazing rural view. Would rate as one of the best places that I have stayed. Can’t wait to head back.

La stanza e le aree pubbliche sono decorate con un nodo al patrimonio bizantino, ma con stile e pensiero. La nostra stanza ha una potente doccia, minibar con i complimenti e la macchina Nespresso. La colazione offerta includeva anche una cucina per ordinare la selezione. Il personale era così utile e bella, facendo tutta l'esperienza. Prenota questo hotel se sei a Ioannina- è una gioiello.

Gastvrijheid van Georgios en zeker ook zijn vrouw, was top! Voeg daarbij een stunning view en een overheerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, wat maakt dat dit voor ons een super goed verblijf was. We hebben zo zin om nog eens terug te keren!

We stopped over for 1 night for visiting Mystras. The hotel seems more for company events than personal holidays.The room is very spacious. From Asian standard, it may need some upgrades for a 5 star..
