Indonesia: hotel con piscine nella provincia di Giava Orientale

C'è una sala fumatori, c'è un SAP all'11° piano e dalle 9 alle 15 c'è uno sconto del 20%. C'è una piscina al 17° piano, la biancheria da letto è comoda e c'è molta acqua calda! Il nostro volo partiva alle 9:50 del mattino. Se avessimo ordinato il servizio Grab alle 6:30, un autista avrebbe ritirato l'ordine rapidamente. Prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto sarebbe costato meno di 40 yuan. Siamo partiti la mattina presto e abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di prepararci la colazione in anticipo~

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Esperienza al colazione, chiedere il caffè senza venire 2 e non rispondere troppo al personale del ristorante.. come questa classe di hotel, solo senza caffè non può essere fornito ... ore aspettare molto dtg2. .. Il caffè pagato è disponibile, ma la comunicazione barista può dover essere ricostruita, la direzione deve verificare se il carico di lavoro del personale è troppo stanco o che questo tipo di carattere è lontano dall'atteggiamento professionale.

Easy access to Surabaya biggest tourist spot, the Jalan Tunjungan.Very nice location, no noise. But I felt that the hotel was a bit dark. It was just my preference. I like bright alleys and rooms.

Siamo arrivati ​​con un bambino di 2 mesi e 2 anni alle 13.30, ma si è scoperto che fino alle 15.00 avevamo una stanza, hanno detto che c'era ancora una lista d'attesa, ha detto la signora Tirta. La situazione era anche che mio figlio di 2 anni ha vomitato nella sala d'attesa per così tanto tempo che non è entrato nella stanza per riposare e alla fine un altro ufficiale del CS ha immediatamente ripulito le tracce del vomito di mio figlio. Sì, prima di sposarmi, se volevo pernottare venivo qui, ma poi sono rimasto davvero deluso. E comunque, hanno avuto una doccia in piedi invece della vasca da bagno, se la vasca era in attesa, ha detto la signora Tirta. forse 1 ora dopo (credo) duuuh

Hotel staff not so warm and friendly. Some do not understand basic english. I was left standing for no reason. Only when i asked what am i waiting for, someone “jumped” in and served me. Room was ok. Comfy bed. I slept well. But towels are were old with frayed ends. Gross. Location is less than 10 mins to Tunjungan Plaza, a popular mall. Traffic is mad so crossing the road is challenging. No bottled water but rooms have pitchers to fill up water from Dispensers outside rooms. Good initiative.

Words can't describe the kindness, attention to detail and, politeness of the staff. The breakfast was simply delicious and offered a lot of variety. We had the most amazing stay. Extremely clean. Close enought to the airport :)

Warm, friendly staff who gave good and practical advice about the protests and safety, much appreciated . Housekeeping was impeccable and thoughtful and really prompt with adhoc requests.  Rooms are large (size norms from a different time) and the mix of analog vintage features and updated features is charming. Clear and strong WIFI , clean rooms especially for tropical setting The buffet spread is excellent quality, clean and a good mix of delicious local and international continental options.  The spa is lovely, though service can vary - I had a lovely therapist and my friend’s therapist was using her phone during the session (which is not acceptable at any massage place, what more at this spot) incongruous with the very high service and hospitality standards set by the rest of the staff. Would come back and stay here again!
