Indonesia: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Giava Orientale

There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.

La piscina superiore del tetto è anche molto rinfrescante, perché non possiamo nuotare sulla spiaggia

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast variety is good. Getting to the room is confusing at the start (lift at hidden area, need to go up, walk across the bridge and take another lift to go up again), LG and level 3 is the same. 2 restaurants on site where the food is quite good. Not walkable to anywhere, quite convenient using grab each time though.

We choose to stay in Swiss-Bel due to our great experience with Ciputra in Semarang which is owned by Swiss-Bel. Unfortunately, Swiss-Bel Surabaya can't compete with Ciputra Semarang. Both hotels have similar pricing, but Ciputra has a much better atmosphere and amenities. Swiss-Bel Surabaya has no bar area. The breakfast is served in the lobby where guests check-in and people outside walk by. The food choice is much less than Ciputra and Swiss-Bel Malang. However, the hotel itself is good and breakfast sufficient if you don't compare it with Ciputra and Swiss-Bel Malang. One thing which absolutely needs to be improved is that jam, chocolate paste and peanut paste should be served in cups, not jars where guests have to scoop out the sweetness themselves with a knife or spoon. This is unhygienic and not tasteful.

This is my favourite hotel. I stay here 2 to 3 times a year. Every time I stay 3 to 4 days in their legendary suites. It has the old school charm and the suites I particularly like are those facing the swimming pool. I go for a dip 3 to 4 times a day. Just relaxing there is enough. I'm not the average tourist that likes to hop around touristy sites every day. This time I was arranged to stay at the Charlie Chaplin suite which the General Manager promised me last time I visited a few months ago. This time, I also noticed some improvements to little details at the hotel. Near and around the hotel, there r new restaurants cropping up providing more choices of food. Overall, the trip was pleasant as usual 👍

C'è una sala fumatori, c'è un SAP all'11° piano e dalle 9 alle 15 c'è uno sconto del 20%. C'è una piscina al 17° piano, la biancheria da letto è comoda e c'è molta acqua calda! Il nostro volo partiva alle 9:50 del mattino. Se avessimo ordinato il servizio Grab alle 6:30, un autista avrebbe ritirato l'ordine rapidamente. Prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto sarebbe costato meno di 40 yuan. Siamo partiti la mattina presto e abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di prepararci la colazione in anticipo~

La proprietà è rinnovata. Arrivare presto. Posso vedere che sarà bella molto presto! Servizio da tutti i dipendenti è grande! Spa è anche fantastico!

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons by Sheraton. The location is perfect for tourists — there’s a large shopping mall right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A lively tourist street is also just a short walk away, so there’s always something to explore. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The hotel was great: it is crispy clean, strategic location (it is located in a very large and modern shopping mall complex), the service is top notch, especially during breakfast at Djaman Doeloe restaurant. One of the staff (Evi, I think) asked me what my favourite that they didn't have on that morning. Told her, I like traditional ”klepon” cake. The next morning, Pak Andik, the pastry chef, brought me 3 klepon, fresh from his kitchen. What a surprise. The cake was delicious, especially with black coffee. Thanks, Pak Andik and Evi, for your hospitality. Will be back again in the near future.
