Questa esperienza di soggiorno è davvero superiore alle aspettative!La posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente, il cibo e il trasporto sono molto comodi intorno.La camera è ampia e pulita, i prodotti di letto sono morbide e la qualità del sonno è particolarmente buona.Il bagno è separato secco, i bagni sono completi, i dettagli sono molto intime. Il personale della reception è gentile, gestisce il soggiorno veloce e aiuta a raccomandare le attrazioni circostanti.Il colazione è ricco e il gusto è buono.Il servizio generale è attento, l'ambiente è tranquillo e confortevole, e il rapporto costo-beneficiario è molto alto. Sia il viaggio di business che il viaggio di svago sono molto appropriati. La prossima volta, sceglierete qui, e vi consigliate fortemente per gli amici che ne hanno bisogno!

The hotel was fantastic, staff were so friendly and very helpful. So many incredible pools and amenities, we will definitely revisit.

During our stay every night they have event and the music was distrubing untuil 10 PM on the lasdt day on saturday until mid night. The foods ok the have various meals , the service is good

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole a Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon. L'hotel è nuovo, moderno e molto ben mantenuto, con camere pulite e eccellenti strutture. Il letto era molto confortevole, che ha fatto per un grande sonno notturno. Il buffet ha offerto una buona varietà di cibo. Grazie speciali al signor Arul, che era eccezionalmente amichevole, attento e utile durante il nostro soggiorno. La sua calda ospitezza ha reso ancora più piacevole la nostra esperienza. La 24-hour giornata è un grande bonus per gli ospiti che vogliono lavorare in qualsiasi momento del giorno. Un'osservazione è la posizione. L'hotel è vicino al centro commerciale di Pakuwon City, che è diverso dal centro commerciale di Pakuwon. Se il tuo principale destinazione è il centro commerciale di Pakuwon, aspettate circa un giro 40-minute a seconda del traffico. In generale, abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza a Aloft Surabaya. Le camere confortevoli, un servizio eccellente e le strutture moderne rendono un hotel che mi consiglierei felicemente e restare a casa.

Il servizio è stato eccellente; è il miglior hotel di Surabaya. Il centro commerciale al piano inferiore è molto comodo e si può persino fare shopping da Pop Mart e acquistare Labubu (un popolare articolo di moda per bambini). È stato probabilmente l'hotel più economico e al tempo stesso più soddisfacente in cui ho soggiornato durante tutto il mio viaggio in Indonesia. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Delicious Indonesian Javanese food specially created by the host, May, as well as the level of dedicated service is the highlight of this hotel. The menu food sounds unappealing, but all 7 lunch and dinners were so good. You have to try the chicken satay, which is soft and has white clean meat. The tuna is melted and panini is so fresh. The spaghetti cakalang is her created recipe of smoked fish and spaghetti. Her tofu and Tempe must not be missed! Her tempong chicken is yummy and fresh! Feels like it's directly from the farm. Nasi goreng must not be missed! Papayas seem to be in the season. Fried bananas covered in coconut flakes are not to be missed! In this hotel, don't expect luxury cleanliness because there are a lot of insects (bees, butterflies, moths, grasshopper, flies), spiders, millipedes, lizards, even a gecko. If you want to stay in this rustic resort you have to be okay with them. I didn't like the insects stuff in the room but the hosts immediately sent their staff to deal with them. Staff are friendly just be patient with them because not all speak English. May was a super host, who gave ALL sorts of ideas on where to go, and how to go, and gives you contacts and numbers and details. Ibnu makes the best dirty latte in Banyuwangi, most probably. The hosts are very nice and go out of the way to make their guests welcome. They even dropped us at a nearby tour site, and also gave us a short walk to the beach nearby. This level of service is almost unbeatable. Staff are always ready and welcome to greet and smile at you. I think the Indonesian and Javanese meals are better than the breakfast menu. Breakfast pancake and American breakfast normal only. They generously dropped us off at Bangsring Underwater which was 3-5 mins away, which MUST NOT BE MISSED for snorkelling beginners! (But first check out if the season is good for snorkelling) If you stay here, be prepared there's not much in the area. And not much air-conditioned cafes or restaurant or shops nearby too. The family room has a breathtaking view of the mountains but because of the attic like structure, is prone to insects and lizards and stuff. It had a resident gecko. The deluxe suite room had a flat ceiling so lesser insects! + huge verandah for drying your clothes + pink bougainvillea. There are corn fields beside the hotel. They send food to your room if you don't want to eat in the restaurant which also has a amazing view. Restaurant has rustic vibes with antique candelabras (+ spiders).

Abbiamo soggiornato al Grand Mercure Malang Mirama per la nostra luna di miele per 3 notti e 4 giorni e, onestamente, è stata una delle migliori esperienze alberghiere che abbiamo mai avuto. Mia moglie ha adorato tutto di questo hotel, e anch'io. Fin dal nostro arrivo, l'ospitalità è stata eccezionale. Siamo stati accolti da Wike alla reception, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. È stata sempre sorridente, rispettosa, gentile e molto disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Ci ha persino offerto attività e buoni gratuiti, un gesto davvero apprezzato. La sorpresa più grande è stata l'upgrade alla Executive Suite, la categoria di camera più lussuosa dell'hotel. Un enorme grazie a Wike per aver reso la nostra luna di miele indimenticabile! La camera in sé era incredibile. Vista mozzafiato, un ampio soggiorno, camera da letto separata e un bagno fantastico con vasca affacciata sul panorama. Tutto era lussuoso e molto confortevole. Dato che era la nostra luna di miele, la camera era anche splendidamente decorata e siamo stati accolti con un cesto di frutta, che ci ha fatto sentire davvero speciali. Anche la colazione è stata un punto forte. La varietà era incredibile, c'erano così tante opzioni che onestamente non sapevamo cosa scegliere. Tutto ciò che abbiamo assaggiato era delizioso. Una cosa che ci ha davvero colpito è stato il personale. Ho viaggiato molto, ma il servizio qui era diverso. Ogni singolo membro dello staff che abbiamo incontrato sorrideva, ci salutava calorosamente, si accertava che tutto andasse bene e ci aiutava immediatamente quando necessario. Si percepisce davvero la genuina ospitalità. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un servizio fotografico gratuito dall'hotel, un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Il fotografo era bravissimo e ci hanno persino regalato una foto stampata e incorniciata da portare a casa come ricordo. L'unica nota dolente del nostro soggiorno è stata l'esperienza Teppanyaki al ristorante giapponese. Purtroppo, non ha soddisfatto affatto le nostre aspettative. La chef si è limitata a cucinare davanti a noi senza alcuna interazione o intrattenimento, e quando ho provato a conversare, sembrava infastidita. Considerando il prezzo, è stata un'esperienza davvero deludente. Personalmente, non consiglierei l'esperienza Teppanyaki in questo ristorante. A parte questo, tutto il resto è stato davvero fantastico. Anche se non ricordo i nomi di tutti, grazie a ogni singolo membro dello staff che ha reso la nostra luna di miele così memorabile. Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente. E ancora una volta, un ringraziamento speciale a Wike, sei una star! ⭐

Hotel semplice e un po' datato, popolare tra i viaggiatori locali perché vicino (10 minuti a piedi) a Tunjungan Plaza. La camera ha un aspetto trasandato. Asciugamani vecchi. Il materasso è vecchio e si affossava quando ci si sdraiava sopra, causandomi mal di schiena. Ho chiesto che venisse cambiato, ma anche quello nuovo era morbido. La palestra era una piccola stanza con alcuni pesi liberi, un attrezzo multifunzione, una panca e due macchine per il riscaldamento. Il pavimento in moquette probabilmente non è stato aspirato una volta. La moquette del corridoio è molto vecchia, sporca e strappata in alcuni punti. La colazione a buffet era così così.

Переехали сюда из другого отеля, не смотря на то, что он был у нас проплачен (там было ужасно) Этот отель нас очень порадовал. Он такой стильный и красивый. Номер был хороший, чистый. Нам не повезло с погодой, но я представляю какой вид с бассейна отеля. На 4 вулкана. Вся территория детально продумана. Прям ходишь и глаз радуется. В ресторане было вкусно. На завтраке было вкусно. Еще у них потрясающий кофе и они там же продают зерна. Персонал очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Вообщем мы довольны на 200% Если честно сразу хотела в этот отель, но почитала отзывы и выбрала тот, из которого сбежали 🤪 поэтому не верьте тут никаким отрицательным отзывам. Отель чудесный. Возможно вы найдете какие-то минусы, но мне кажется тут это лучший вариант! Мы останавливались, чтобы сходить на Иджен. Спасибо персоналу. Если бы у нас было больше время, остались бы тут еще на пару ночей.

I had a wonderful stay overall, and while there are a few areas where the hotel can step up its game, the foundation is absolutely there for this to become an exceptional property. 🏨 The Hardware & Facilities (Top-Notch!) On the physical side of things, the hotel completely delivers. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, the gym is well-equipped for a holiday workout, and the swimming pool area is beautiful—perfect for soaking in the quiet energy of the region. 🍳 Food & A Soothing Morning Ritual The culinary experience was a highlight. The food quality was solid, and the local flavors were genuinely delicious. But my absolute favorite part of the morning was the outdoor breakfast area, where they offer fish feeding. Watching the fish move gracefully through the water while enjoying breakfast was incredibly calming and set a beautiful, soothing tone for the day. 🌱 Areas for Growth: Service & Sustainability To truly elevate this hotel to a 5-star luxury standard, there are two areas I’d love to see improve: Eco-Friendly Amenities: In a pristine destination like Banyuwangi, sustainability matters. Currently, the hotel is still using single-use plastic containers for bathroom amenities. Shifting toward refillable dispensers or biodegradable alternatives would align beautifully with the natural essence of the area. Staff Guidance: The young team members have incredible potential and are clearly eager, but they just need a bit more structured guidance and hospitality training. With the right leadership, this passionate young staff could easily turn good service into an exceptional guest experience. 🗺️ The Verdict Overall, I will absolutely come back!
