The room was clean, but the building was old. Due to unexpected early flight changes, I needed to talk to the front desk to reschedule the shuttle request, but no one was available at the front desk for about 40 minutes to an hour. At 4 AM, I had to physically go to the front entrance to wait for the shuttle driver to inform him of the change.. Price was reasonable comparing other hotels in town.

整體還行，但確實達不到五星的標準，這是比較舊，地段不錯，服務整體還行，但不到五星的標準。住了9天，housekeeping早晨有時九點多，十點多就來敲門，幸好已經醒了，今天要退房的，九點多來敲門house keeping，還沒睡醒，然後去門口好掛了牌子請勿打擾，又來敲門問幾點退房，但已經跟前台説過了延遲退房，感覺他們這些連結是有漏洞的。部分人員感覺得到他們工作的積極性及熱情，有問題都會及時解答，但有些確實感覺態度散漫。
大堂裝修不錯，房間一般。

L'hotel è vecchio e antiquato. Ha prelevato circa 10 dollari al giorno per servizi come WiFi e piscina, che sono gratis per la maggior parte degli hotel ora!
La posizione è buona, a pochi minuti a piedi dal parco statale e dal ponte arcobaleno.

Tutto è grande su questo hotel, molto spazioso e Caroline al desk front è molto piacevole e utile. L'unica denuncia è l'unità di aria condizionata/calore nella stanza è molto rumoroso, perché non è aria centrale.

La camera è ampia, è possibile parcheggiare in campus. L'hotel ha anche un parcheggio speciale. La carta di soggiorno è in entrata e in uscita. È molto sicuro. L'hotel è gestito dagli studenti. È molto caratteristico. L'hotel può camminare a distanza dal supermercato vicino al ristorante. Il primo piano è un negozio di souvenir. È molto conveniente

Grande posto per andare molto pulito in tutte e tre le camere ero in!! L'ac non lavorava nelle prime due, ma la camera finale era fantastica e aveva un jacuzzi!! Grande colazione!! Dato che due carte 10$ ogni per due giorni verso il costo del colazione, grande succo di caffè occhio di mela grande personale!! Anche se l'hotel di Xiaozhen ha tre stelle, il personale di servizio della ricetta è molto moderato e paziente.Anche se un po'vecchio, è tutto pulito.La stanza è una suite, e il servizio clienti è buono.La colazione non è buona.Naturalmente, è buono avere un tale hotel in città.

UUtente anonimoManaged to arrive early and allowed early check-in at 1pm plus instead of 4pm. The caucasian woman stationed at the check-in counter was not the most friendly person. I passed her my credit card and was waiting for her to instruct me to sign for receipt. After a long pause, i realized i have to do something with the machine, and asked her where do i click for the machine. She did not respond kindly. I understand not every American has travelled widely and tends to provide poorer quality services as compared internationally. Hereby pointing this out, as a matter of fact, the hotel need to understand not every country use the same brand of credit card machine/POS as the Americans. The hotel staff should not expect foreign guests to know how the machine or hotel works. Also, there is no instruction on the machine ‘Please sign here’. The staff should at least provide a verbal instruction for signature on the machine. If the staff cannot be bothered with providing verbal instructions, please paste a visual aid on the machine at the minimum. Thankfully, the asian guy during check out was much friendlier and tried to start a conversation, but i was having a cold so i tried to minimise interaction. The interiors were old fashioned like in 90s. Fortunately, the room was clean and lit with multiple lamps around the room. As with most reviews, I was charged twice on my credit card on first day and last day each. Asking for a refund through my card service now as unauthorised charge was made on the last day and it wasn’t even on the receipt/expense report. I would gladly just pay for everything on my Day one, instead of going through such trouble. No receipt for deposit or cancellation, unlike other hotels i have been to. Service and amenities are average. No slippers available in the room. Locker for valuables provided. Own coffee machine provided in-room, but don’t set high expectations as it’s not Nespresso. There is no in-room dining menu for reference, even if i want to get. 30$USD destination fee per night is compulsory but exchangeable for 2hr bike rental in central park for two pax or food in the hotel. It feels like the hotel wants to charge you extra but don’t want to provide the service paid. I didn’t bother to purchase food from hotel as the reviews were average. Recommend to visit Los Tacos No. 1 & Broad Nosh Bagels a few blocks away for breakfast and lunch. The best point and only positive point is the hotel location. Just behind MoMA and near proximity landmarks such as Rockefeller Centre, and two streets away from 5th Avenue and Central Park. Only stayed here for convenience as a friend was also staying in the same hotel for business needs.

KKitrynThis hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

KKathyyy.È stata un'ottima decisione scegliere questo hotel! Fin dal momento in cui ho messo piede nell'hotel, ho potuto constatare la meticolosità del servizio. La camera è arredata con stile, calda e confortevole, il letto è molto comodo e ho dormito bene la notte. Anche il servizio di ristorazione dell'hotel è ottimo: il cibo viene consegnato rapidamente e il sapore è buono. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo complessivo è molto alto, sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel quando andrò in futuro!

UUtente ospiteIl letto era ampio e sufficientemente lungo. La stanza non era eccessivamente grande, ma era comunque abbastanza grande. Gli unici aspetti negativi che ho riscontrato sono l'aria condizionata (molto rumorosa e molto polverosa) e le pareti molto sottili. Alcune notti siamo stati fortunati perché i nostri ”vicini” si sono zittiti alle 22:00, quindi non abbiamo sentito nulla, ma altre notti sentivamo chiaramente altre persone che parlavano nella loro stanza, sedute dall'altra parte del corridoio.

UUtente anonimo這裏應該是老酒店完全翻新的。房間非常漂亮，有格調，每一件物品都很講究，衞生間偏小，淋浴水量微小，可能是老的樓改的原因。不過值得一住。晚上樓下的酒吧看上去很不錯。房間的點餐口味很贊！而且快！有個小問題，前台押信用卡時，必須要帶芯片的。

Sarebbe stato utile se il personale ci avesse informato in anticipo che i trasferimenti in aeroporto al mattino dovevano essere prenotati in anticipo, mentre noi abbiamo dovuto prenotare i nostri trasferimenti a pagamento. Ho soggiornato in altri hotel aeroportuali della zona e non ho avuto questo problema all'ultimo minuto.
C'è una signora in particolare alla reception: non la nomino, ma potrebbe essere un po' più cortese e guardarci negli occhi quando parliamo, a volte era come parlare con un robot.
Se ho detto troppo, mi scuso, ma è importante!
