Regno Unito: hotel con piscina nella provincia di West Midlands

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Decent sized room. Reasonably clean. Has an indoor swimming pool, which is really nice. Location is not near the city center. Overall, a good stay.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with good facilities. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, making check in and general requests smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for a short stay.

Il personale era caldo, professionale e attento, la camera era spaziosa, senza spot e molto confortevole, e la posizione era perfetta per esplorare la città. La colazione è stata eccellente con una grande selezione, e le strutture sono state mantenute bene.

Molto bene, il panorama dell'hotel è buono, a 15 minuti di auto dal centro della città. La colazione è una colazione inglese normale, non c'è niente di speciale.Buonasera alla piscina!

L'hotel era così buono e pulito particolarmente buona opzione per gli studenti perché si può sedervi liberamente e studiare fuori dalla stanza in basso e l'esterno era così buono anche negozi sono così vicini come 1000/1000

Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant ****** on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the ****** was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

Myself and my 12 year old daughter were given room 44 on Monday 30th March which we didn't realise was right above the Restaurant. Even after calling Reception to query the loud Ed Sheeran music that could be heard very loudly above the TV in our room, they turned it down a little but we heard the music all night until 11pm and then was woken again at 6:45am by the Breakfast piano music. The room appeared to have zero or minimal sound proofing resulting in a very poor nights sleep and a pointless stay. The facilities offered and breakfast options were also not very family friendly with only small cereal boxes aimed at children. Adding pancakes or waffles to the menu would be a good addition to compliment the range of breakfast toppings.

Purtroppo, il condizionamento d’aria non funzionava a volte con la temperatura ambiente superiore a 28’ gradi, il che rendeva il sonno estremamente incomodo entrambe le notti. Il personale dell'hotel ha davvero cercato di risolvere il problema di trasferirci in un'altra stanza, ma un simile fallimento A/C è stato verificato fuori dal loro controllo. Abbiamo ricevuto un'acqua dolce e complimentare per il tempo della notte, e anche il colazione, che non è spettacolare ma è una cosa simile: cereali, uova e strani salsicce. Le ascensori sono molto lenti, le strutture di ricambio sono date e sono state un odore di merda.
