這酒店很贊，是個很大的城堡，入住的時候會給你個地圖，基本都是國外的老爺爺老奶奶來度假的地方，知名度很低，但是很棒。房間很乾凈，景色很美，還有高爾夫球場，果嶺練習場，是免費的，還可以管前台借桿，地下還可以打斯諾克，還有泳池。早餐也挺豐富（英國的豐富，和國內還是沒法比的）。

Very nice scenic, good for couples or family to relax, enjoy the nature and the sun. Restaurant’s food is in good quality. Good selection of drinks. Room was a bit old with old carpet and bed. Probably need renovation. Evaluator not working so we need to take the stairs with our luggage’s.

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

Due bagni, due bagni, suddivisi in due piani superiori e inferiori, c'è un grande balcone che può mangiare sul tavolo balcone!Ha il proprio parcheggio e il parcheggio è conveniente.La prateria è molto grande, adatto per i genitori!È una posizione un po' lontana, l'ambiente generale è molto buono 👍

After checking in online, we got to the hotel and they could not find our booking then in the confusion we were asked if we had paid. After time booking was found. We did not have any further problems.

Kenmore è un bel posto e la zona è un luogo di bellezza naturale in Scozia, il che mi ha detto, dopo essere rimasto in questo resort prima, mi ha deluso la pulizia e la manutenzione non solo dei loggi, ma anche del centro di svago. L'alloggio stesso aveva carta da muro e chip intorno ai commutatori di luce e ai vecchi pannelli frigoriferi, tutte le cose che sono facilmente mantenute e/o cambiate. La zona della piscina è bella, ma la piscina era fredda e una delle due docce era fuori ordine a causa di una base rotta nelle donne. Questo è stato un po' meno costoso ma nonostante questo, sento che il Kenmore club sta guardando un po' sbabbioso e in grande bisogno di un riassetto o almeno una qualche rinovazione per mantenere le vicine alberghi e alloggi più moderni e ben mantenuti

This was our first visit and it definitely won’t be our last. Everything about our one night stay was perfect. The castle room was so comfortable, the spa was a delight and the Sandeman restaurant was a treat. The staff were beyond helpful and the surroundings were breathtaking. A very special stay in a special hotel.

L’accueil n’était pas du tout chaleureux. Noys avons reçu 2 chambres qui ne correspondaient pas du tout aux photos sur le site. L’une avait les 2 fenêtres qui donnaient durectement sur 1 toit. L’autre chambre avait les 2 fenêtres près du plafond. Donc aucune vue pour les 2 chambres. La 2ème faisait carrément ”prison”. La chambre était propre mais tout ce qui était communs (réception, corridors, loundge) laissaient beaucoup à désirer et paraissaient vieux et malpropres. Cet hôtel tient de l’usine à touristes. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel à quelqu'un qui recherche quelque chose de cosy et chaleureux pour séjourner. Mais il est fonctionnel.

Nice hotel in a great location. With good sized and clean rooms. The bar meals in the evening can be busy and they weren't able to accomodate for one night. Also, breakfast starts quite late at 8 am, so can be very busy a hectic when it does begin. A 7 am breakfast start would ease that and be helpful for business travellers and walkers with an early start.

We enjoyed our stayed as a family but the service and food in the buffet style restaurant at night was very poor as food was cold and we were finished eating before we received our drinks. We eventually managed to speak to a manager about it. However, we have stayed before and ate in other restaurants and they were good. Upgrades to winter garden bar were nice but again service for drinks very slow. Overall a 6.5/10 stay.
