Regno Unito: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Lancashire

La posizione di questo hotel era perfetta, avevamo una bella vista sul mare, mentre era proprio sul fronte del mare. L’hotel è stato molto facile da trovare e mi ha preso circa 15 minuti. Mentre aspettavo i miei amici, andai a controllare l'hotel. Usai la piscina e le camere a vapore e poi usi il palestra. Ci fu un canone di £2.00 per queste strutture che ero felice di pagare. Conosco altre persone su vari recensioni che ho letto hanno denunciato queste tasse, soprattutto se ci fossero alcuni di loro che viaggiavano come famiglia. L'hotel è molto bello in tutte le aree pubbliche e era molto pulito. Come ho già detto, è in una posizione molto buona e sarei sicuramente tornato a questo hotel la prossima volta che visiterò Blackpool come è anche molto buono per soldi

Bello servizio, ci sono molte strutture ma vado a Blackpool per la gara, quindi non ho tempo per godermi. E' abbastanza adatto per un viaggio di famiglia. E il tram ferma solo la passeggiata dall'hotel è conveniente.

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed. Sono rimasto qui poche volte e in generale ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno. Ho prenotato l'ultimo minuto per una serata di sabato e sono stato molto deluso di trovare una festa che va fino 12.00. T lui era abbastanza alto e ho prenotato un doppio ma è stato dato un gemella. A mio avviso, quando avrei dovuto essere stato informato della prenotazione, c'era un disco e potevo prenotare altrove.

Abbiamo prenotato due camere. Uno era con genitori anziani! La stanza data era una passeggiata equa e era molto lontana dalla zona di accoglienza senza alcuna assistenza solo verbale. Sarebbe stato bello avere avuto qualche assistenza dal personale. Quando siamo arrivati in camera, il buco di gomma era bloccato, così ho chiesto la ricezione per farla riparare, non è successo! Interrogato il personale di ricezione e ha mentito e ha detto che aveva riparato la manutenzione quando nessuno è venuto a guardarla! This is not the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Leggendoci sopra il bagno per spruzzare i denti e ogni volta che abbiamo dovuto lavarci le mani dopo aver usato il bagno, abbiamo dovuto usare il bagno. Non sono sicuro di leggere da nessuna parte, ma per usare le strutture di nuoto gli adulti devono pagare 10 sterline.

We had a fantastic experience. The place was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the shared areas, which made our stay super comfortable. The decor was warm and cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. What really stood out was the variety of activities available. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to recommend things to do in the area.

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Thurnham Hall. The person who checked us in on the Sunday was very pleasant and welcoming. We walked the grounds and they were lovely and very well looked after.The Spa and pool were excellent. Thank you for providing such a lovely hotel for us to stay at and spend time visiting with our Lancashire relatives.

Hotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

Prenotato per una notte e a causa delle circostanze, il check-in è terminato per 3 notti consecutive. Purtroppo, non era un viaggio pianificato, non ho avuto un costume da nuoto con me per fare uso delle loro strutture. Il parcheggio è bello e vicino all'hotel. L'intero hotel senza posti e letti è un compleanno che ho mai dormito durante il viaggio. La colazione, le opzioni e anche se il buffet è tutto molto fresco. Personale molto amichevole e niente troppo disturbo. Super il bar serviva cibo fresco fino a tardi, come io controllavo più tardi tutte le notti. If I’m in the area I would gladly stay here again & happy recommend to other travellers 😊

Un hotel molto buono, con un bel personale. Durante i miei 8 giorni di soggiorno in questo hotel, ho trovato che le strutture all'interno della stanza non sono abbastanza. Fortunatamente, offrono un centro fitness per l'ospite di usarlo, spero di restare lì la prossima volta!
