Regno Unito: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Lancashire

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed. Fab place lovely lodges outside them could do with little clean but suppose it's nature the inside clean an homey all's u need is provided aswel the balcony was amazing way lead onto lake it's self so my son could b up close to ducks without being in water there is watersports shop bar restaurant playarea in an out crazy golf walking around lake is nice and central to go out exploring Windermere 30min drive and had an amazing day there also little chippy 5 min drive on north road think was called was lovely food and ok priced to

Was happy with our stay at the hotel  I did not except the plenty of food we were offered  Was so delicious  The room was clean  Only the carpets are old and car park is difficulty  But l would love to go again  I really enjoyed the food  Had variety and you would until you are full Thank you and keep it up

First time using Holiday Inn Good things are Spacious room with great standard Comfortable and clean bed & pillows , and towels ( a big and a small for one person each ) Has kettle and tea/ coffee with treats ( biscuits) Has a hair dryer and an iron with an iron board inside the wardrobe. It has a round table and a sofa chair on top of a worktop table and chair . It has a small gym , a swimming pool and jacuzzi . Can include breakfast and dinner ( has restaurant) and can order to the room ( room service) I only brought bed and breakfast and breakfast is great choices and plenty. Even for gluten free options! Bad things Hotel lift has broken and put me on 3rd floor but I can request the staff to give me on the ground floor ( said last room / no other choice) twin room . It is better to write the request that in the event of lifts are not working to give ground floor or lower floor. Kettle has no sieve ( may be broken before me. ) The sofa chair has a stain before me . Overall very good service and great room and has good facilities.

Prenotato per una notte e a causa delle circostanze, il check-in è terminato per 3 notti consecutive. Purtroppo, non era un viaggio pianificato, non ho avuto un costume da nuoto con me per fare uso delle loro strutture. Il parcheggio è bello e vicino all'hotel. L'intero hotel senza posti e letti è un compleanno che ho mai dormito durante il viaggio. La colazione, le opzioni e anche se il buffet è tutto molto fresco. Personale molto amichevole e niente troppo disturbo. Super il bar serviva cibo fresco fino a tardi, come io controllavo più tardi tutte le notti. If I’m in the area I would gladly stay here again & happy recommend to other travellers 😊

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo questo fine settimana. I bambini amavano il fatto che ci fossero 3 TV e 2 bagni, una piscina, un jacuzzi e una stanza a vapore. Le strutture erano grandi. Così tanto spazio per rifrire e per sedersi e mangiare. Un fantastico ultimo minuto trova. Parcheggio gratuito e così vicino alle negozi e alla spiaggia.

Abbiamo prenotato due camere. Uno era con genitori anziani! La stanza data era una passeggiata equa e era molto lontana dalla zona di accoglienza senza alcuna assistenza solo verbale. Sarebbe stato bello avere avuto qualche assistenza dal personale. Quando siamo arrivati in camera, il buco di gomma era bloccato, così ho chiesto la ricezione per farla riparare, non è successo! Interrogato il personale di ricezione e ha mentito e ha detto che aveva riparato la manutenzione quando nessuno è venuto a guardarla! This is not the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Leggendoci sopra il bagno per spruzzare i denti e ogni volta che abbiamo dovuto lavarci le mani dopo aver usato il bagno, abbiamo dovuto usare il bagno. Non sono sicuro di leggere da nessuna parte, ma per usare le strutture di nuoto gli adulti devono pagare 10 sterline.

Il weekend è stato assolutamente fantastico, in un ambiente bellissimo, tranquillo e noi amavamo la fauna selvatica. Il personale era amichevole e molto informativo e disponibile per tutto ciò che avevamo bisogno. Il cibo era bellissimo e tutto il prezzo molto ragionevole. Certamente prenoteremo un altro soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte - check-in e check-out tardi. Il personale era molto attento e ospitante. abbiamo 2 bambini, 4 anni e 5 mesi. Siamo arrivati molto tardi, così è stato l’ultimo tavolo nel ristorante per cena e l’ultimo per venire al colazione. Tuttavia, il personale si è assicurato di tutto ciò che avevamo bisogno e ha provato il loro meglio per aiutarci. Servizio impressionante e un piacevole soggiorno. Torneremo certamente a questo hotel nel prossimo viaggio a Lancaster.

La ricezione lenta in giorni occupati, solo un ricevitore Non c'è TV lontana in camera, ci sono voluti due giorni per ottenere una dopo cinque richieste, alla fine l'uomo di manutenzione mi ha preso una Più punto, i titolari di biglietti blu ottengono parcheggio gratuito altrimenti £7 al giorno, colazione £10pp
