Abbiamo prenotato due camere. Uno era con genitori anziani! La stanza data era una passeggiata equa e era molto lontana dalla zona di accoglienza senza alcuna assistenza solo verbale. Sarebbe stato bello avere avuto qualche assistenza dal personale.
Quando siamo arrivati in camera, il buco di gomma era bloccato, così ho chiesto la ricezione per farla riparare, non è successo! Interrogato il personale di ricezione e ha mentito e ha detto che aveva riparato la manutenzione quando nessuno è venuto a guardarla! This is not the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard.
Leggendoci sopra il bagno per spruzzare i denti e ogni volta che abbiamo dovuto lavarci le mani dopo aver usato il bagno, abbiamo dovuto usare il bagno.
Non sono sicuro di leggere da nessuna parte, ma per usare le strutture di nuoto gli adulti devono pagare 10 sterline.

Lovely clean hotel. Very comfy beds. Breakfast was good.
Reception staff were pleasant. Driver was the friendliest.
Was a good stay but I wouldn’t say it wowed me and felt staff could’ve been more attentive. Also lack of room service, evening snacks, fridge, tv channels, alternative pillows etc.
also hotel said they didn’t receive my special requests I’ve added to the trip booking which meant the birthday we were celebrating was overlooked.

Fab place lovely lodges outside them could do with little clean but suppose it's nature the inside clean an homey all's u need is provided aswel the balcony was amazing way lead onto lake it's self so my son could b up close to ducks without being in water there is watersports shop bar restaurant playarea in an out crazy golf walking around lake is nice and central to go out exploring Windermere 30min drive and had an amazing day there also little chippy 5 min drive on north road think was called was lovely food and ok priced to

We stayed over for a night - late check in and out. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We have 2 children, a 4 years old and a 5 months old. We arrived quite late and so were the last table in the restaurant for dinner as well as the last to join the breakfast. However, the staff made sure we have all we needed and tried their best to help us. Impressive service and a pleasant stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the next visit to Lancaster.

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations.
On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep.
Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds.
Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed.

La posizione di questo hotel era perfetta, avevamo una bella vista sul mare, mentre era proprio sul fronte del mare. L’hotel è stato molto facile da trovare e mi ha preso circa 15 minuti. Mentre aspettavo i miei amici, andai a controllare l'hotel. Usai la piscina e le camere a vapore e poi usi il palestra. Ci fu un canone di £2.00 per queste strutture che ero felice di pagare. Conosco altre persone su vari recensioni che ho letto hanno denunciato queste tasse, soprattutto se ci fossero alcuni di loro che viaggiavano come famiglia. L'hotel è molto bello in tutte le aree pubbliche e era molto pulito. Come ho già detto, è in una posizione molto buona e sarei sicuramente tornato a questo hotel la prossima volta che visiterò Blackpool come è anche molto buono per soldi

Good things are
Spacious room with great standard
Comfortable and clean bed & pillows , and towels ( a big and a small for one person each )
Has kettle and tea/ coffee with treats ( biscuits)
Has a hair dryer and an iron with an iron board inside the wardrobe.
It has a round table and a sofa chair on top of a worktop table and chair .
It has a small gym , a swimming pool and jacuzzi .
Can include breakfast and dinner ( has restaurant) and can order to the room ( room service)
I only brought bed and breakfast and breakfast is great choices and plenty. Even for gluten free options!
Bad things
Hotel lift has broken and put me on 3rd floor but I can request the staff to give me on the ground floor ( said last room / no other choice) twin room . It is better to write the request that in the event of lifts are not working to give ground floor or lower floor.
Kettle has no sieve ( may be broken before me. )
The sofa chair has a stain before me .
Overall very good service and great room and has good facilities.

As per most of the existing reviews,smashing little place ideal for town centre,very clean,very nice breakfast,really comfortable bed in the single room,(usually can't sleep in a single bed)helpful staff,would definately book again or recommend

UUtente ospiteHotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

Purtroppo, non era un viaggio pianificato, non ho avuto un costume da nuoto con me per fare uso delle loro strutture. Il parcheggio è bello e vicino all'hotel. L'intero hotel senza posti e letti è un compleanno che ho mai dormito durante il viaggio. La colazione, le opzioni e anche se il buffet è tutto molto fresco. Personale molto amichevole e niente troppo disturbo. Super il bar serviva cibo fresco fino a tardi, come io controllavo più tardi tutte le notti. If I’m in the area I would gladly stay here again & happy recommend to other travellers 😊
