Fab posto bellissimi alloggi fuori di loro potrebbe fare con poco pulito ma suppongo che sia la natura l'interno pulito un casato tutto il bisogno è fornita così il balcone era fantastico modo di portare al lago è lui stesso così mio figlio poteva b up vicino ai pozzi senza essere in acqua C'è il ristorante bar bar acquatico nel ristorante playarea in un fuori golf pazzo camminando intorno al lago è bello e centrale per andare fuori esplorando Windermere 30min di guida e aveva un giorno sorprendente c'è anche piccolo chippy 5 min di guida sulla strada settentrionale pensava fosse chiamato bellissimo Alimenti e occhi prezzi al

Absolutely amazing. Would recommend to everyone to stay here. The service is amazing from the very second you walk into the doors. Will be coming back in the near future.

The location is great, but everything else is quite old and worn out. The service was quite bad, we did not have any towels or water bottles in our room. Upon asking, they said we are ‘supposed’ to get the towels from the receptions. And only the rooms with a fridge will have water bottles. Did not even offer to let us buy any bottles. As it was quite late when we realised we did not have any bottle of waters, luckily found a Co-op in 5 mins distance closing soon, we had to grab them from there. The room had a partial sea view. But the bed was so noisy and squeaky even with the slightest movement. All the other furnitures were very old, no charging or plug points beside the bed. If not for location, because the beach is quiet in front of the hotel, i wouldn’t have even considered it ever again. One good thing about it was the swimming pool, it was very clean but the changing rooms could have been much better. I have booked through Trip.com previously, so I know it has nothing to do with internet or 3rd party booking, it is just a very old hotel. And the pictures are quite deceiving.

Abbiamo avuto una bella 4 notti a Thurnham Hall. La persona che ci ha visitati domenica è stata molto piacevole e benvenuta. Abbiamo camminato sul terreno e erano bellissimi e molto ben guardati.La piscina e il bagno erano eccellenti. Grazie per averci offerto un hotel così bello per stare a casa e passare del tempo a visitare i nostri parenti Lancashire.

Abbiamo già soggiornato all'hotel per la terza volta, e abbiamo avuto qualche senso di tornare a casa.L'ambiente dell'hotel non è grande, ma è molto simile alla sala da pranzo rurale, molto calda!La colazione, oltre alla parte di autoservizio, è anche la parte di questo punto, molto attento, molto sensibile alla qualità!

In my opinion It’s a basic b&b at best it’s a 3* Lots of coaches come here so pretty busy. Be aware even if your itinerary says parking that does not mean it’s been paid. It’s an additional £3 Also I didn’t get the lady’s name at reception who booked us in but she was pretty blunt and rude. The rest of the staff throughout was fantastic.

This hotel has very old features but inside the rooms are big spacious and warm The bed although a double was twin beds pushed together which is very annoying as you slide into The middle of the bed and it’s uncomfy. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and had no empathy I had to walk back and forth from my room 3 times to sort out an issue and then the spa was another issue which finally got resolved So basically it’s a lovely hotel but the staff need to be retrained or understand customers better and the duty manager who was on duty too.

Just off the M6 but nice and quiet with an adequate restaurant. Staff were very friendly but not enough of them so were run off their feet

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed.
