We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything—from the food to the service—was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home. Our room was lovely and had a balcony, which was a nice highlight even during the summer. We also enjoyed swimming at the beach; although it’s only open until 7 PM, it’s understandable since it gets dark later in the evening. One of the major highlights for us was the indoor playground for kids. We brought our baby along, and she had such a great time—it made the whole experience even more special. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and I want to especially commend a staff member named Yuki. She was so nice, hardworking, and truly stood out with her excellent service. Another thing worth mentioning is the cleanliness. We went out and came back to a clean and tidy room even without requesting housekeeping—definitely a big plus! Overall, this was the best staycation we’ve had, and it was a perfect way to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and genuinely happy with our stay. Thank you so much—we will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back again!

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! Was a great stay. Just that the rooms need sound proofing. I could hear people at the corridor making noises.

We decided to drive through the UAE and this is a must see. The location is beautiful filled with things to do. Would definitely recommend and see again!

Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati accolti con vera e propria attenzione da parte del personale incredibilmente amichevole e attento. La loro ospitezia ci ha davvero fatto sentire speciale per tutta la nostra permanenza. Il design elegante, combinato con l'atmosfera serena, ha creato il perfetto contesto per una via di relax. Ogni dettaglio, dalle belle camere alle splendide viste, è stato curato con cura per fornire un'esperienza di assoluto comfort e indulgenza. Il pranzo al resort era un piacere, con ogni pasto come un capolavoro culinario, e la varietà di opzioni si occupava di tutti i gusti, e la qualità del cibo superava le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo lasciato Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort con memorie preziose e un aspirante ritorno. Pros: Service is friendly, accommodating and efficient  Rooms are great for the price point Buffet restaurant was surprisingly good , never bored over 5 days Wide beach with plenty of pool areas Sports bar is great, but not all drinks are in the all-inclusive, but has premier league football Cons: If you drive you will have to park outdoors under a tree and your car will be covered in debris, no underground parking House drinks could be better, soft beverages are great though Pools and beach is overcrowded Outdoor bars close too early Restaurants are not included with the all-inclusive except for buffet restaurant, suggest guests staying over 2 nights should be able to book within all-inclusive Overall, was dreading the booking , but was pleasantly surprised.

This was my second stay at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach, and once again, it was amazing! We came as a couple and everything was perfect — from the service, cleanliness, and friendly staff to the beautiful room and spacious private pool. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. It’s definitely one of my favorite summer spots, and I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. Uno dei migliori hotel intercontinentali che abbiamo mai avuto. Hotel classico e fantastiche attrazioni. Shaheedah dall'Egitto ha fatto il nostro check-in in modo regolare. Abdou ha aiutato con i nostri sacchetti. Tutti i membri del personale erano ben addestrato e si occupavano degli ospiti. Una cosa che potrebbe essere cambiata è che qualcuno dovrebbe essere presente nei contatori di check-in/out per evitare di annoiare i clienti perché nessuno può scoprire chi era il prossimo in fila. Anche se nel gennaio, quando andammo, l'acqua del mare era troppo fredda e molto ventosa. Così la spiaggia era difficile nuotare in ma la piscina era controllata la temperatura. Grande hotel e valore per i soldi. Anche la pressione delle docce dovrebbe essere aumentata se possibile. E anche lo champagne dovrebbe essere migliorato.

Its beautiful beachfront location, impressive pools, elegant rooms, and attentive staff create a memorable experience. While it's relatively new, and some minor ”teething” problems have been mentioned, the resort is clearly striving to deliver a top-tier experience. It's highly recommended for families and couples seeking a serene and sophisticated retreat.
