Servizio maggiordomo cordiale e disponibile +1 Upgrade della camera +1 ✅ Ma ci sono anche diverse esperienze che hanno davvero rovinato il soggiorno: La doccia non aveva mensole/porta sapone -1 (questa è la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio) Colazione al completo e nessuno ci ha accompagnato al tavolo -1 Isolamento acustico scarso -1 Partiamo dalla cosa più assurda: devo mettere gel doccia e shampoo per terra quando mi lavo? 😅 Avevo letto recensioni prima del check-in in cui altri ospiti avevano già sollevato questo problema, il che dimostra che non è un caso isolato. È così difficile installare una mensola a muro? Il costo non è alto, ma l'esperienza ne risente molto. Ci sono anche aspetti positivi: l'hotel si trova all'interno dell'area panoramica, il che rende gli spostamenti comodi e la visita senza pensieri. Ma spero davvero che l'hotel migliori questi dettagli, invece di rispondere nelle recensioni con frasi fatte come ”Grazie per il suggerimento, miglioreremo”. Dopotutto, gli ospiti cercano un vero miglioramento, non risposte standardizzate.

Very stylish ID for this hotel, you can see the owner has put lots of efforts. We had very good stay here, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice pillow… just the right height (yes, they even went down to the detail of the pillow choices) Breakfast was good, 谢谢你阿姨，especially for the 小米粥. Location was superb, many eatery places around. Walking distance to major places of attraction. Very close walking distance to the famous 陶溪川, which we were so lucky to have impromptu visit to the 春秋大集. But above all, it was the extra efforts & services the owner has offered to us. Firstly the hotel helped us to move our luggages from our previous stay so that we could have late check-in, more time to visit the places we wanted to go. By the time we were back at nite, everything was already well arranged, our luggages were nicely in our rooms. Welcoming us with a beautiful bowl… full of local fruits. They even gave us a very beautiful multi-purposed bag with all the room amenities in it. The bag is huge, meant for laundry too. Oh yes, we did our laundry there, so convenient and thoughtful. BEST OF ALL 🥰 (this was way too unexpected) We were simply just wanted to arrange our next destination transportation. Ended up the owner shared us his beautiful car, asking one of the assistant to drive us personally. How long was the journey? Not close by at all, 2 hours to get there (for us), to and fro in 4 hours (for him). For that, we simply would like to express our gratitude for everything, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you thank you, all the very best for each of you who has made this trip memorable. 🙏 ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ♾️

Molto grato alla contessa che ci ha lasciato controllare in anticipo. La stanza era molto più diluita rispetto alla foto che è deludente. E’ un vecchio hotel, quindi le strutture erano state usate, ma niente di grave, e il personale ha affrontato rapidamente qualsiasi problema. Grande complessivo e ribook

Questo “Resort” si trova nella valle, una valle completamente ricostruita ma veramente ben ricostruita, si ha la sensazione di essere realmente in un villaggio cinese di tanti anni fa. All’interno di questo villaggio ci sono una serie di negozi, ristoranti (di cui uno alle 19,40 ci ha detto essere già chiuso) ecc Passiamo a commentare i servizi, il resort ha camere sparse praticamente ovunque nel villaggio, alcune accessibili e altre molto meno accessibili. All’arrivo il personale ti accompagna e porta la valigia, al check out il servizio andrebbe organizzato di default chiedendo un orario di ritiro bagagli (un po’ come la nave da crociera), la maggior parte del personale incontrato sono giovanissimi e pochissimi se non nessuno parla in inglese. Altro punto, ho dovuto richiedere io le pulizie giornaliere delle camera… Colazione: buffet abbondante e vario, ma per il numero di persone insufficiente, si fa fatica a trovare un tavolo libero benché le signore siano velocissime a sparecchiare. Piscina: la cosa più trascurata, non sono sicuro che il sistema di filtrazione funzionasse e inoltre il livello dell’acqua sembrava basso.

We stayed here for a week to take a ceramics class in the city. The hotel and staff were wonderful and very communicative during the entire stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the room was located right next to the cleaning supply closet for and so early in the mornings we'd hear the staff go in and out the room to gather their cleaning supplies. Unfortunately, it wasn't very soundproof so we heard everything but other than that the stay was really nice.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

這家酒店房間很寬敬，房型也很舒服，前台的molly ，舒適，很安逸，隔音效果不錯，前台態度熱情 下次還會再來。 園林式酒店環境優美。看到有小童樂園游泳池什麼的，酒店大設施豐富，挺適合度假的。離這邊最熱鬧的商場碩果也近，吃飯挺方便。 送的歡迎餅乾非常好吃。

L'hotel è molto buono, la camera è molto grande, spaziosa, bagno, secco separato, la finestra terrazzata completa, la ricezione è molto veloce, l'hotel ha anche un parcheggio gratuito all'interno dell'hotel 🅿️, il terzo piano ha lavastoviglie auto-servizi gratuiti, la colazione è anche molto buona, c'è zuppa di latte e polvere di latte di nanzian, il sapore è molto buono, E'anche molto conveniente andare intorno alle attrazioni. Una passeggiata di due o tre minuti è la linea 2 e la linea 4 della metropolitana. Il rapporto prezzo è molto buono.

My recent stay at Shangri-La Nanchang was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, the friendly concierge welcomed me warmly and provided me with a lovely room featuring a stunning river view. The sumptuous dinner that followed was a highlight of my visit. When I inquired about a room upgrade, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price offered. This marks my sixth stay at this hotel, and once again, it proved to be worth every penny. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a blend of comfort and enjoyment!
