Repubblica Dominicana: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Provincia di Samaná

Generalmente va bene e ho prolungato il mio viaggio per qualche giorno. Il cibo era buono e la squadra di intrattenimento era grande. Tuttavia, il desk front è un po' pieno di se stessi. Quando sono arrivato alle 14:30 mi hanno detto che la stanza sarebbe pronta entro le 15:15. Quando sono tornato alle 15:30, hanno detto alle 16:30... perché lo dipingevano ancora! Quando sono andato in camera, ho preso in prestito contro il muro e sono ripreso in pittura. Ho contattato il dipartimento frontale che sembrava molto inconveniente per la questione e ho detto: “Immagino che volete cambiare la stanza”. Beh, si'... mi hanno offerto di aiutarmi a pulire la pittura, trasferire il mio bagaglio nella nuova stanza, portare le nuove chiavi per me? No No No - dovevo farlo da solo. Quindi le competenze di recupero dei servizi non esistevano. Anche loro hanno sbagliato le nuove chiavi quando ho esteso il soggiorno, così dovevo tornare. C'è un'area di club sulla spiaggia, ma è così gravemente segnalato che la gente si sdraia e si siede e poi si mette in una battaglia (literalmente) con gli ospiti del club. Non voglio ascoltare questo durante le mie vacanze e mi aspetto che anche coloro che entrano in casa vogliano essere umiliati, ma mi piaceva l'hotel e soprattutto la spiaggia era grande per nuotare.

We expected a lot more for this hotel. Checking in, the receptionist was very friendly and so was the bellboy. The room was sober but clean and i have no comment on that. But, we had no warm water, even after it ran for over 15 minutes. The bartender was unfriendly and i made a comment to him directly that he had to learn to smile, that it does not cost anything. But the same went for the serving staff in the bufet restaurant. Although the hotel was only occupied for about 30% , they were very slow and unfriendly. The selection of food was very limited. Breakfast didn't include bacon, and had only one type of ham and cheese. Lunch and dinner, the same. Small selection of vegetables and speciality dish, 1 type of fish and one type of meat. No cheese, ice cream or even pudding for dessert. I realize it is low season in Samana at this moment, but i had expected more from a Wyndham hotel. Further more, driving there, you can get lost, as there ar no signs or directions to follow. Its in the middle of nowhere.

Lovely place to stay when in Samana. Very good breakfast included in the price with amazing friendly service. The check in is fast and well organized. Would recommend this Hotel based on the free private parking in front of the hotel and the beautiful infinity pool and restaurant service.

Wonderful place. Like living in the castle. The view is marvellous, beds are huge, breakfast is delicious. People who work here are nice and welcoming.

La posizione è molto buona. Le camere grandi. La pulizia è buona. Il personale è attento e cerca di fornire l'aiuto necessario. Colazione è buona. L'acqua della piscina non era molto pulita.

La spiaggia è fantastica posizione grande le camere sono grandi per 5 ospiti Io davvero amo il posto colazione è stato buono

Excelente servicio de 5 estrellas un personal muy atento desde el que limpia hasta el gerente. La comida y bebida primium es un oasis de relajación y compartir con tu pareja.

Ci piace il posto, è afrodisiaco ed esclusivo. Il ristorante non si può mangiare molto costoso e non ottimale. Ma tutto il resto eccellente.
