The hotel staffs are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast are delicious, they even serve beers (for additional charge). The pool is on the rooftop, it has sauna room too. The hotel itself is an old building with 2 small elevators (1 for service and 1 for guests), the room was not as spacious as I expected, wifi was slow (especially after 17:00, wifi works good during daytime). There are many junkies live in the derelict building next to the hotel. One of them trespassed to the dining room on 4 April. The employee told me that they do not have security guard for the hotel, they didnt alert the police for this too

Sono stato in questo hotel per lavoro una notte, ci tornerò a breve perche rimane uno dei pochi ad offrire un ottimo balance prezzo Vs Qualità , da migliorare un pochino il bagno delle camere (l’umidita’ si fa sentire sui soffitti ) e il rumore dei condizionatori. Per il resto molto buono ,anzi ottimo se comparato con la stessa categoria di altri hotel in Brasile

Ficamos hospedados no Tintto Hotel , férias com minha esposa. Ótimo Hotel, bonito. Café da manhã , excelente. Hotel perto de restaurantes, praia de Iracema. Local bem movimentado. Funcionários prestativos, bem educados, Quero dar meus parabéns para o pessoal da limpeza, sempre se preocupando com a limpeza dos quartos . Em especial a colaboradora Elisangela (limpeza), moça super educada , ótima pessoa. Em geral, super indico o Hotel.

Adorei a infraestrutura: 3 elevadores que, em geral, atendem bem a demanda, quartos super espaçosos, chuveiro ótimo e varal no box, algo que todos os hotéis de praia deveriam ter! O restaurante tem boas opções, o café da manhã tem muita variedade e qualidade. Mas, o que realmente fez a diferença foi o atendimento excelente dos funcionários! Estive no Praia Centro em uma excursão de pessoas com deficiência visual. Eram aproximadamente 50 pessoas. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e eficientes ajudando tanto nas questões de locomoção, no momento do café e em outras solicitações. E um hotel que já está nos meus favoritos e eu certamente indico! Um ponto de melhoria seria colocar voz nos elevadores. Os mesmos já tem botões com identificação em braile. Mas, não da pra saber se o mesmo parou no andar correto por falta da voz.

Our family of 5 people spent 6 days at Carmel Cumbuco over the New Year's Holiday. We got two rooms, they were very spacious and comfortable. Both rooms had a king bed and one of them had a side sofa bed for a child. Beach is beautiful with lots of kite surfers but the water currents are pretty strong (due to the winds) and full of rocks (bring water shoes and you will be fine!) There is only one option of restaurant and the food is mostly Brazilian. We LOVED the fish dish a Belle Carmel (ordered it a few times during our stay), caipirinhas were delicious (we loved passion fruit one and strawberry!) and service was overall friendly. We went to the close by ”Centro” (aka Cumbuco downtown) and enjoyed a few other restaurants there. We did a couple's massage with Denise and Luciene and it felt like heaven!! They were able to untie some knots on our backs, got us very relaxed, were friendly and very professional - highly recommend! At the pool bar, we loved the service from Lucas who was always so friendly, positive, attentive and courteous. The New Year's Eve party was incredible, food buffet was delicious, food was extremely fresh and had lots of options for all dietary needs. We got to try so many different dishes and they were all delicious. Desserts were okay, they seemed really good, maybe our taste was a little different. Decoration and ambience were so beautiful by the pool, band was really fun and the fireworks were awesome! The only thing that did NOT work well for us during our 6-day stay was activity reservation through Guest Relations. It was very disappointing, unorganized and lacked professionalism. We asked Guest Relations for help, they shared a QR link with options and shared all options were available. We booked a few of them with them in-person (buggy ride by the dunes, horseback riding and ceramics class). We received confirmation by whatsapp for the buggy ride. At the time/date scheduled, we showed up and were told there was no reservation for our time or name. No one knew what to do and what happened until we connected with the Manager. I shared feedback, he was helpful and welcomed the feedback - which was great. We ended up going on the buggy ride activity (which we highly recommend!) but they had to schedule it last minute and we were not sure if it was going to work until the end. Activities on its own are very worth it. We did the buggy ride, stopped by a few spots (including a ziplining activity) and were so fun. The horseback ride by the beach was also fun and it worked out for us to do last minute as well. In the future, I would likely will reserve activities directly with the other vendors or through TripAdvisor, not through the hotel guest relations.

Thanks so much for your excellent service. For many this was their first international mission trip. Breakfast was awesome. Food was always fresh. The staff that was at breakfast August 4-9 (two ladies that i shared blessing bracelets and the young man who showed me the monkeys. They were always pleasant and helpful, despite our language barrier. Would recommend and definitely stay there again if i am ever in Juazerio Do Norte again.

Le camere possono richiedere una rigenerazione, so che è un po' vecchia, ma funziona, ad esempio, alcune installazioni elettriche per attivare le luci una volta che entrate nella stanza. Le connessioni USB sono molto basse vicino al letto, il bagno richiede un aggiornamento e so che alcuni apprezzano mini bar e così via, ma con solo un set di grandi bottiglie d'acqua sarebbe sufficiente. Il menu per colazione dovrebbe offrire opzioni più interessanti, e per cena è necessario avere opzioni migliori nel menu. Più posti di lavoro e prendere chiamate di conferenza potrebbe essere molto importante perché la velocità Wi-Fi è buona.

Fantastico hotel! Ci siamo fermati qui per 3 settimane - il nostro soggiorno è stato impeccabile. Il personale è molto amichevole, attento e più che utile. La nostra camera era pulita per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Sempre sorridendo quando passando attraverso la reception. La selezione del colazione era ampia, e il personale lavorava come una buona squadra. Sempre sorridendo e salutandoci quando abbiamo avuto colazione. Il personale nel bar/pool era amichevole e attento. Grazie per il servizio sorprendente! Vivremo in questo hotel la prossima volta che visiteremo Fortaleza.

Ottimo alloggio, siamo in un soffitto, ma ha case e appartamenti bellissimi e attrezzati per la famiglia, con caffè e servizio in camera, oltre a un club perfetto, ottimo servizio, assicurazione per bambini, spiaggia tranquilla, con diverse attrazioni per un giro.
