Belgio: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Regione di Bruxelles-Capitale

Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

Easy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent. Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils. AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony. No house keeping for short stays. Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any. Very very very expensive hotel as we booked during BTS concert period!!! Had a good stay but beyond the price charged

Tutto è stato fantastico. Dato che era il nostro compleanno quando siamo stati, il personale ci ha fatto dei piccoli regali che è stato davvero un bel tocco.

Il Jam Hotel è ben posizionato, vicino alle fermate del tram e degli autobus. Anche una lavanderia a gettoni, un supermercato e un noleggio biciclette sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Consiglio questo hotel.

Ho soggiornato in molti hotel a cinque stelle in Europa, e questo era il peggiore. La camera era piccola e la pulizia era nella media, proprio come in un hotel a quattro stelle. A 1750 a notte per tre persone, è stato un vero affare a Bruxelles. La colazione non era necessaria; c'erano molti ottimi negozi nei dintorni dell'hotel. Ho comprato un pasticcino a forma di farfalla grande quanto un viso da Paul's French Bakery, che era delizioso. L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica, in una vivace via dello shopping di lusso, con numerosi negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, e il quartiere dei musei è a soli dieci minuti a piedi.

Bij aankomst was ik blij verrast dat er goede voorziening is voor elektrische voertuigen. Het personeel is erg belangrijk en behulpzaam. Niks is teveel en iedere vraag werd prompt beantwoord. Enkel de matras is aan de harde kant, maar dit is dan persoonlijk.

L'hotel è in una posizione ideale con un servizio eccellente e un soggiorno molto piacevole. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, e il prezzo è molto ragionevole per quello che si ottiene. Se il colazione fosse incluso nel pacchetto, sarebbe davvero migliore l'esperienza. Molto consigliato per chiunque cerca valore e comodità.

Immaginabile, potrebbe non essere in grado di fare qualsiasi aspetto dell'hotel. Buona personale, sorprendente buon cibo, sorprendente cameriere lunedì sera. Ben fatto Apssia.

Molto buon hotel, hardware software non è peggio di bellezza, specialmente il personale di servizio è particolarmente addestrato, con entusiasmo e attenzione, la scelta del tipo colazione non influenza troppo la possibilità di riegli.Inoltre, il ventilatore non è buono per usarlo, può portarlo da solo.

Rimasi per tre notti e aveva un bel soggiorno, solo il problema era che gli ascensori non lavoravano la mattina dovevo controllare, ma oltre che che questo hotel è un gemello nascosto nel centro della città di Place des Martyrs. La stazione Rogier è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale, per le connessioni aeroportuali, ferroviarie e metro. L'hotel ha una piscina e un benessere, una mini-studio e non molti hotel a Bruxelles hanno piscine.La stanza che ho chiesto era una tranquilla stanza a piano alto, lontano dagli ascensori, stanza 306. Molto comodo, ma siate consapevoli che la grande finestra superiore porta molto luce, dovete chiedere di chiudere o sarà molto luce.È meraviglioso fornire i bagni Milton Brown e ho goduto il caffè e il tè Nespresso fornito. La custodia della casa era utile, ho perso un orecchio nel bagno e una delle signore aiutava a recuperarlo, quindi grazie per il suo aiuto. La piscina, la sauna e la stanza sono grandi, ma siate consapevoli che non c'è spazio per cambiare, quindi andate direttamente al pavimento pronto per cambiare e indossate le mutandine fornite nelle travi da bagno. Il personale è stato molto utile e amichevole, e rimarrei sicuramente qui se ritornassi a Bruxelles.
