Sud Africa: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di KwaZulu-Natal

Ho trascorso il mio compleanno all'hotel Balmoral dal 24 aprile al 28 aprile 2926. Era assolutamente fantastico. Ho incontrato un personale così utile, tra cui i suoi manager, ognuno era amichevole e gentile. L'hotel è vecchio, ma si sente così domestico e comodo. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa da ordinare, chiedi solo e il personale è molto efficiente. È stato bello avere una serie di articoli da scegliere. Le tazze di tè dovrebbero essere un po 'più grandi 😋 Grazie ancora per un bel soggiorno

Very average service received. Room service closes at 11pm!!! Why offer it then? At least 2am gives you a chance should you miss the normal restaurants that close at around 11pm. Sad that a simple request for X2 decent size glasses and some ice can't be followed or done at 11:30pm... Instead I received 1 glass and absolutely no mention of the ice... It's the little things that make the stay enjoyable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, rooms were clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast and dinner was delicious. The place is too close to the beach, you just take a walk. I will definitely can't wait to come back again

Positive: Clean and today appearance. friendly staff. Bottomless soda/ice and regular water. Ice machine on ground floor. Easy access to central town and the highway. Simple book in/check in process. Bar on ground floor. Negative: No elevator. A little expensive for what it is(an ocean view with breakfast is the same price). No fridge or microwave in the room makes bringing your own food complicated. McDonalds is your immediate neighbor but your only option in safe walking distance. Nearly no soundproofing.

La posizione è molto buona vicino all'autostrada. Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile, amichevole e molto utile. Raccomandato per un soggiorno notturno 1-2 per coloro che viaggiano in diversi luoghi.

Il nostro hotel ha avuto un soggiorno sorprendente, il mio ragazzo ha visitato Durban per la prima volta, e questo posto gli ha completamente sbattuto la mente! Dalla nostra arrivo, il personale incredibile ci ha resi benvenuti, anche sorpreso con un aggiornamento della stanza gratuita. La nostra stanza ha una vista incredibile sull'oceano e sulla città skylineperfetta per rilassarsi e prendere nella bellezza di Durban. La posizione era invincibile: solo passi lontani dai fantastici ristoranti (siamo stati spogliati per la scelta!), la spiaggia, e anche attaccati a un centro per la comodità finale. Che siate alla ricerca di lusso, comodità o solo una spazzatura incredibile, questo hotel offre a tutti i livelli. Certamente saremo tornati! Molto consigliato.

Perfetto posto, la mia seconda volta qui. Vivo in Cina, e questo posto è ideale per il mio soggiorno di notte scorsa in Sud Africa. L'unica domanda è che questa volta non c'era latte nella stanza per il mio caffè mattina. 🙃 Ho provato a chiamare la ricezione, ma non c'era risposta. Ho dovuto prendere il caffè nero!

A good hotel, located approximately 15 km from the center of Durban, closer to the international airport. The rooms are quite spacious, everything you need is there. The breakfast is excellent, I can recommend it. Excellent lobby, stylish design. There are many restaurants for every taste near the hotel. And a few shopping centers near the Hotel. From the international airport of Durban about half an hour by taxi.
