It was fantastic experience, wonderful atmosphere highly recommended place 😍

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

We recently stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service, particularly from a staff member named Halil. From the moment I checked in, Halil went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it was assisting with local directions, making recommendations, or ensuring everything in my room met expectations. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression and truly elevated the overall experience. It’s staff members like Halil who make a difference in hospitality. Thanks to his dedication and service, I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. Thank you again, Halil, and the Hilton DoubleTree team!

I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it.

È un nuovo edificio e pulito. Il personale è amichevole e carino. La cosa più importante in questo hotel è La ricezione Lady 👍 Ha il ruolo più importante nella gestione dell'hotel. Lei vi aiuterà con qualsiasi cosa che chiedi, indipendentemente dal fatto che la sua domanda sia A proposito dei servizi dell'hotel o shopping fuori ir trovare un posto appropriato. Questa signora è la vera chiave importante in questo hotel. Non consiglierei questo hotel senza questa signora seduto in sedia di ricezione 👍👍👍 Grazie 🙏🏻

I clegri sono molto caldi. Rispondevano a tutte le mie domande per il viaggio e mi hanno dato qualche consiglio in inglese. L’ultimo giorno dopo aver fatto il check-out, il clegri mi ha anche portato alla stazione minibus, dicendomi come andare al Van Castle. Il colazione che offrono è un colazione tradizionale turco. Sebbene l'effetto di isolamento sonoro della stanza sia molto cattivo. Ogni notte mi sveglio a causa del rumore fuori. Se non siete rigorosi con il suono, vi consiglio di prenotare questo hotel.

Location definitely worth to choose this hotel you can walk modt of everywhere in central area very close by to airport and intercity bus station. Housekeeping needs bit more paying attention to not to creating issues on stay. Rest of all tge staff members very kind helpful

Il personale è amichevole e attento Sono arrivato all'alloggio e sono andato a vedere il van-cat, mi hanno guidato direttamente, e quando ho chiesto di prendere l'autobus a Doubeyajit, mi hanno aiutato come se fosse il loro business. Sono stato molto soddisfatto della condizione e delle strutture di pulizia. Grazie a loro, ho avuto una buona impressione di Van Lo consiglio a chiunque.

Situato nel centro di Van City, il trasporto è conveniente! Il prezzo è ragionevole, ma la stanza è grande! Penso sia un ottimo hotel. Se ho l'opportunità di tornare, voglio davvero rimanere qui!
