È stata una piacevole esperienza, dove era gentile e cordiale. Bella atmosfera, personale dove eccezionale, soprattutto il personale Anya che era sorprendente,un risparmio di vita e amichevole. Ma non sono soddisfatto del servizio di colazione buffet.

This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

Bem localizado, proximo ao aeroporto e restaurantes proximos. Quartos de bom tamanho e camas confortaveis..muito confortaveis.Estacionamento amplo.

We had an impromptu stay here when we had a flight cancellation. It was reasonably priced, had a really nice breakfast, and free airport shuttle which was really convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Nice that a couple fast food places were in walking distance for a quick bite. Definitely would recommend this hotel for any airport refugees.

Non sapevo niente di hotel aeroportuali ad Atlanta. Cercavo un hotel conveniente con un autobus aeroportuale. E il Westin era uno di loro. Il bus aeroportuale era buono, parte l'hotel in mezz'ora (cioè le 8:30 e le 9:00, ecc). L'auto per l'aeroporto è di oltre 10 minuti. Ho visto che alcuni hotel possono essere accessibili da Sky Train. In realtà, questi hotel sono più facili da accedere (che non sapevo). Il treno Sky è gratuito, lascia ogni 10 minuti dalla stazione aeroportuale, e è solo un breve fermo agli hotel. Così è più veloce e più facile. Non me lo sono reso conto prima del mio soggiorno. L’hotel Westin è a posto, non il più nuovo ma non male in generale. Il mio problema principale è che si trova ad affrontare un’autostrada e è piuttosto rumoroso. Mi sono lamentato che la stanza che mi hanno dato era rumorosa e ho chiesto di passare a una stanza che non è rumorosa. Mi hanno dato una stanza all'altra ali dell'hotel, anche davanti ad un'autostrada, ma un po' meno rumorosa. Non avevo l'energia di lamentarmi di nuovo. La doccia era buona, non male. Mi piace la donna africana americana che guidava l'autobus dell'aeroporto, è stata molto gentile, gentile e utile. Mi sono stancata dopo un lungo volo a Atlanta, quindi volevo andare fuori e prendere un po' di aria fresca. Li ho chiesto di andare fuori, la risposta era che non era sicuro andare fuori nella zona. Ma se volessi potrei camminare nel parcheggio.

One room Rm#511 did have TV service.  Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host.  If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.

È stata una piacevole esperienza di soggiorno a Kimpton the Shane. La custodia a casa è stata fatta ogni giorno. Belle toilette sono state fornite, sostituite come richiesto/requisito. Siamo stati li' per visitare la città, ma potrebbe anche essere un bel posto per soggiornare, poiché hanno molte opzioni di servizio in camera insieme a un bar e ristorante attaccato!

Mi hanno addebitato 130 $ extra senza motivo, non ho acquistato o danneggiato nulla nell'hotel. Ho continuato a contattare l'hotel per quasi 2 mesi e nessuno mi ha detto perché mi è stato addebitato.
