Turchia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Provincia di Trebisonda

È la mia seconda volta, la mia prima volta, sono stato estremamente felice di tutto e ho deciso di prenotare di nuovo, ma questa volta sono stato completamente annoiato. Purtroppo, ho trovato l'hotel in una situazione molto sgradevole, ma un grande plus per il suo personale e la loro efficienza, soprattutto i ragazzi della reception. Facciamo riferimento ai punti positivi, controllare e uscire è stato veloce ed efficiente. posizione è buona. I dipendenti sono molto attenti ed efficienti. La colazione è grande. La pulizia è effettuata ogni giorno. C'è un bagno e una piscina, ma questa volta non l'ho usata, quindi non posso dire molto. La vista dal balcone è favolosa. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente. Ora parliamo della stanza. Tutto è vecchio e non mantenuto bene. Le lastre, coperte, lettini e lettini sono tutte vecchie e hanno tutti i punti su di loro. Al mio arrivo i miei lettini, coperte e lettini avevano punti diversi su di loro . Ho chiamato immediatamente il ricevitore e tutto è cambiato. Ac non funziona bene. Il flusso di bagno è rotto e non funziona bene. I mattoni sono vecchi. Non posso dire niente di asciugamani perché non uso mai i asciugamani dell'hotel. Adoro questo hotel, ma sono stato molto deluso dalla situazione che ho visto quando sono rimasto 4 giorni questa volta. In generale, il suo ok & passable.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Il posto è sul lago e la moschea, e si tratta di una seconda vista della camera da letto come quella, e vicino ai servizi. E anche il trattamento è di alto livello e rapido a rispondere. La residenza era molto divertente.

In generale, il mio soggiorno in questo hotel aveva i suoi alti e bassi, la persona al parcheggio era incredibilmente utile e si occupava molto della mia auto, che era un inizio positivo. La mancanza di un sorriso, pur potenzialmente culturale, ha lasciato un po' di impressione fredda. Il check-in era efficiente e la stanza 206 era pulita, ma era deludente non avere una caldaia o un ferro. Il condizionamento d’aria, sul lato luminoso, funzionava bene. La testa del doccia può essere migliorata, come non mi piaceva. Inoltre, la fornitura di un solo grande e un piccolo asciugamano era un po’ minima. Su una nota positiva, la posizione dell’hotel era conveniente, con negozi a piedi. Check-out era semplice, semplicemente consegnare la chiave al ricevitore. In conclusione, sebbene vi siano alcuni aspetti positivi, alcuni miglioramenti nelle strutture e nell'atteggiamento dei servizi potrebbero migliorare l'esperienza complessiva di questo hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months. Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person. The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather. Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!

La struttura è stata molto pulita, le strutture sono state molto belle e il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile. La posizione dell'hotel è assolutamente perfetta tutto quello che serve è vicino. E ' particolarmente conveniente se si sta pianificando viaggi di giorno in zone nord di Trabzon come Rize e Uzungöl, o anche Batumi, Georgia. È facile coordinare con le compagnie turistiche locali per il pick-up lungo la strada dal Cevehar Mall, che è a soli un minuto a piedi dall'hotel. L'unico posto in basso è stato il colazione negli ultimi due giorni del mio soggiorno non c'era un colazione a buffet, e invece servivano le piastrelle.Credo che questo sia perché non c'erano abbastanza ospiti all'epoca. In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e mi consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel

Отель расположен очень удачно: напротив автовокзала, куда мы вечером приезжали из Эрзурума поэтому нам достаточно было только перейти дорогу по переходу. Когда в начале поездки проходили мимо этого отеля, видели там активное дорожное движение и волновались, что в номерах шумно, но нас поселили на 4 этаже и там было нешумно, а ночью я сплю в берушах. В день выезда пешком прошли до аэропорта около 40 минут. До центра города около 40 минут пешком, местами в горку. Ближайший супермаркет примерно в 10 минутах пешком. Номер просторный, новехонький, им очень довольны. Есть чайник с чаем и кофе, вода. Уборку за три дня не делали, но, думаю, если бы попросили, то номер бы убрали. Завтраки с 7.30 и тут выяснился минус отеля - поскольку отель напротив автовокзала, куда прибывает много автобусов из Батуми, на завтраке грузинские группы, которые ведут себя на завтраке, вплоть до того, что кричат и поют, все это крайне шумно, очень мешали есть. Правда, уже в будни они пропали, видимо, если и приезжают, то на выходные. В последний день пришли на завтрак вовремя, но не обнаружили ни еды, ни персонала. Уже хотели уйти, как прибежала проспавшая сотрудница кухни, которая стала извиняться и обещать, что сейчас все будет. Слава богу, у нас было время ее ждать. Очень приветливый ресепшен.

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

Grande posto per restare, è stato il miglior soggiorno che avevo in Turchia. Il personale era amichevole, utile e può parlare inglese. La vista è smeritante, la posizione con i suoi dintorni ti fa dimenticare che sei vicino alla città. Una volta entrato nel luogo dove si sente in un paradiso segreto con il suo bellissimo paesaggio, architettura, vista, sentieri da cammino e molto altro. È anche fantastico l'idea che il ristorante sia giù le scale direttamente sul mare. La colazione era grande, una delle più piacevoli mangiazioni che avevo avuto in un po'. Infine, ho prenotato una stanza duplex e ci hanno aggiornati in un appartamento privato. Grazie per tutto, saremo in grado di tornare.

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼
