Tunisia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Governatorato di Nabeul

J’ai passé un agréable séjour à La Badira. L’hôtel est calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité, et le personnel est professionnel et attentif. La piscine à débordement est superbe, la plage privée est bien entretenue, et le centre de spa est très professionnel, avec des soins de qualité dans une ambiance apaisante. En revanche, la chambre Fell est un peu décevante par rapport au reste de l’hôtel, et le restaurant international reste moyen, sans grande originalité. Globalement, c’est une belle adresse pour un séjour relaxant, malgré quelques points perfectibles.

**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.

BON HOTEL MA CRAFAR CHE RIESCE AL COLLORE E AERICOLAZIONE NON ESISTENTE Hotel in generale molto bene, ma bisogna perfezionare i dettagli. Non è ammissibile vedere un crafar che correva lungo il corridoio e con una temperatura calda si fa dire che abbiamo il riscaldamento. Siamo usciti dall'hotel per andare da qualche altra parte. La notte abbiamo dormito con la porta del balcone aperta per il calore

Le opzioni per la colazione e la cena erano discrete. Siamo contenti di aver scelto la mezza pensione. I dessert erano davvero buoni. L'accesso gratuito alle piscine interne riscaldate e alla jacuzzi era davvero ottimo. Splendida vista dalla nostra camera con due balconi. In hotel erano disponibili bancomat e cambio valuta. Negozi e alimentari nelle vicinanze. L'intrattenimento serale era un po' rumoroso. Splendida vista sul lungomare e spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi con bevande illimitate. Camere spaziose e tranquille. Purtroppo le lenzuola erano sporche, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarle, ma erano ancora gonfie e molto scomode per dormire. I cuscini erano troppo morbidi. La moquette era un po' rovinata in hotel e c'era odore di sigaretta nei corridoi. Abbiamo chiesto il ferro da stiro tre volte e non l'abbiamo ricevuto fino al giorno dopo. Ci è stato detto che ogni bottiglia d'acqua aggiuntiva per la camera aveva un costo aggiuntivo. Un hotel decente per un breve soggiorno.

Ottima location, servizi perfetti, personale efficiente.Unica pecca all’arrivo in Hotel, malgrado avessimo già pagato tutto in anticipo, l’addetta alla reception  ha preteso nuovamente la carta di credito per un secondo pagamento. Malgrado le mie spiegazioni, non hanno voluto sentire ragioni. Al nostro ritorno in Hotel si sono scusati ed hanno annullato la seconda operazione. Tutto ok, anche se penso che in un Hotel come il Radisson questi inconvenienti andrebbero evitati.

Il personale dell'hotel è eccellente. Mi piaceva il loro professionalismo e dedizione. Nota speciale per il personale di ufficio che ci ha accolti con professionalità e gentilezza, e ascolta le nostre richieste con un sorriso e reagito conseguentemente. Il gestore del servizio clienti (Haifa) è anche grande. Le camere sono molto pulite, ma i mobili sono abbastanza vecchi per un hotel 5 stelle(alcune cose di legno rotte ...) Principale debolezza: 1- Il menu del pranzo/di pranzo era esattamente lo stesso e abbiamo dovuto sollecitare la richiesta. Il giorno successivo era soddisfacente. 2- Dovremmo passare attraverso un'area aperta per andare alla piscina interna durante un tempo freddo che era molto inconfortabile (avere freddo dopo) 3- Prenotato un tutto inclusive e ancora bisogno di pagare per il giardino? perche'?

Delusione per questo prezzo e per un hotel di 4 stelle. La stanza era a malapena accettabile, chiaramente non pulita sotto i letti, nessuno occhiali, nessun asciugamani, sapone e contenitori di shampoo quasi vuoti all'arrivo e non erano pieni nel corso del nostro soggiorno. Le tovalette erano un incubo da ottenere: a volte basta, a volte manca uno, a volte manca due. Ricevere un ferro è stato una battaglia e dimenticare il servizio di lavanderia. Le richieste non sempre erano soddisfatte con una bella risposta, ma hanno dipinto una stanza accanto a noi, senza prendere precauzioni, e hanno fatto l'odore lontano nel nostro. Il pranzo era estremamente costoso per la zona, dimenticarlo. Il colazione e la cena sono stati in ordine. La posizione era molto bella, anche se l'ambiente è un po' morto..

The staff in the restaurant were lovely and provided an excellent service. The food was tasty with a wide variety of choices, the room cleaning was also great. The only downside for me was the limited opening times of the indoor pool and gym facilities.
